Dear Partners and Friends I greet you in Jesus’ Name with the blessings of God be upon you and your family. Angeline and I have been travelling to many nations according to the will of God, to proclaim His Word and Ways. We have been witnessing a strong move of the Holy Spirit and thousands of people touched by God to repentance. We have been receiving testimonies of miracles and healing in people’s lives. The Lord is showing prophecies that deals with nations at national and governmental level. I am receiving reports from South Africa of the prophecies the Lord gave and came to pass. We give all the glory to Him alone. The Lord has been leading our ministry into new nations to plow the land prophetically. The Lord has called me, “to call back His Church to Him to walk in His ways. To prepare the Church for the end-time and be ready for His coming.” We sense the spiritual pressure as in this level of intense ministry, we are fighting against principalities and powers that holds nations in darkness. Spiritual breakthroughs are held in hostage, but I declare, “God

is raising an army who knows how to cut these ropes of darkness and set the captives free.” Our ministry is in a transition to move into the greater things of God according to the plan of the Father revealed to me in 1988. The nations that I am now invited to are the same nations the Lord said He will bring me. I am thankful for His grace that He is the God of fulfilment. He is a faithful God. The depth of God always requires sacrifice and consecration. Likewise, my wife and I have consecrated our lives to live for the glory of God and simply obey what the Father wills. We fast and pray more to keep our lives consecrated to hear and obey. We travel more despite our weakness and tiredness of air travel, and on the road to places where the Holy Spirit leads us to revive teach the Church to raise up an army for God. In Acts 16:6-10, the Apostle Paul experienced the Macedonian call. He experienced the leading and the restraining work of the Spirit to guide him where to go and where not to go. I am in the same boat now. Through heavenly encounters, the Lord commands me to the nations that I should go and where I should not despite of the invitations. Our ministry is in a phase of expansion internationally. I will update you more. Continue to pray for us. Keep our ministry team in prayer. I hope to publish a teaching newsletter more regularly to share with you the revelations of the Word as the Lord teach me. A prophetic message preached in Prophets’ Conference 2019 in Singapore

Condition Your Heart To Hear Thirty years ago, Bro Sadhu prophesied a long prophecy over me during the first School of Prophets. One of the things he said, ‘The Lord is going to bring you to minister and teach about the End-Time in Germany and Europe’. Through all these years, I could have easily asked some of my ministry friends in Germany and Europe to open a way for me to minister in their churches, but instead of me trying to manipulate God’s timing, I chose to wait upon the timing of God to open the way. Early this year, we received an invitation to speak and teach in Germany and Switzerland on September 2019. Do you see what God can do through the mouth of His prophet or a yielded vessel? Do you see the capacity at which God can use His prophet to see and speak into someone’s life ahead of time? And in my case its a word spoken 30 years ahead of time. When it comes to true prophets and senior prophets of God in the prophetic movement, their prophecies are always pointing ahead of time. At times, we are unable to grasp and conceive prophecies that are way ahead of time. This is the Spirit of God coming upon His prophets to speak destiny over your life. You need to capture and hold on to it in your heart, and

allow the Word of the Lord to come to pass. I was invited by a pastor friend to speak in a prophets’ meeting. He said these words to me before the meeting started, “Steven, when you pray over my members, don’t need to tell them “Jesus loves you’ or ‘Jesus is with you’, there is no need to tell them such words. And if you have nothing to tell them, just pray a prayer of blessing over the church and that will be sufficient.” Why? The reason is simple, he wanted his church to grow in faith and maturity and not to remain as babies in the Lord. As a prophet of God entering into such meetings, he or she is not sent to just release some goosebump prophecies, but to draw deep from the Spirit of Christ to release His Word with intensity. It is not that words of affirmation and assurance are not important. Time to time we do need to know that Jesus loves us and cares for us. But when the condition of our heart to hear is open and right, we will begin to hear the deep things of God, we will hear and know of God’s destiny for our lives.

The Prophets’ Conference is a platform raised by God for His prophets in the region to declare and articulate His Word, revealing His mind for the season that is advancing the Church. In the Prophets’ Conference, we seek to understand the Father’s will and purposes for His Church and people. Different dimensions of the prophetic grace operating through the speakers will serve as a plumbline in God’s hand to bring accuracy and clarity the Word for the Church and our Nation. In Addition, expecting a stirring of the Spirit of prophecy, which is the testimony of Jesus to prevail during the Conference, not only upon the Speakers but upon every participants. God is serious about His agenda in this season for our Nations, and is raising the Church to a higher level of authority and maturity ‘to see, declare and decree’ her position in Christ. This year, we held our first Prophets’ Conference 2019 in Singapore. We see the Lord gathering more than 800 participants from 23 nations. While I sought the Lord concerning a conference in February 2019, I had a visitation where I saw four angels. I could not really identify them but I knew the first one that entered Rivers of Life Ministries

was the leader. I asked the Lord who are they, the Lord said these are the angels commissioned to blow the Trumpet of Judgement throughout the four corners of this earth. And in their hands they had a silver trumpet that resembled the temple shofar.

Proclaim The Coming Of The Lord The Lord said: “Now is the time to proclaim the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Tell the pastors to keep preaching and proclaiming the Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Tell them to prepare the Body of Christ and their congregation about the coming of Jesus.” NOW is the time to teach and make our people understand the Book of Revelation. The teaching of this book cannot be just based on theological knowledge. The moment we commit ourselves to the reading and understanding of the Book of Revelation, the Spirit of Revelation will come and teach us. In this end-time, the Body of Christ will go through a lot of challenges. It is for this reason that the Lord is building us up not to give up, not to run away and not 4

to hide. He is raising us up to stand, to advance, to fight and to declare the Name of Jesus. In the course of this, some will stand, some will hide, some will even die for the glory of God, but all of us will go through this times of testing. Imagine this, if Jesus is going to come in the next 40 years, some of us may not get to see His Coming. But if Jesus is to come within the next 10 years, many of us are going to see the Glory of His Coming. Bear in mind, the issue here is not about ‘WHEN is Jesus coming?’, the issue is ‘ARE YOU READY for His Coming?’. This is an important question that we should ponder over. While the angels were still present, the Lord said these words: “I am coming back for My Bride, make them ready by the Blood of the Lamb, the last supper is prepared for My Bride-to-come. I am not going to give up My Bride for someone else, I am a jealous God, I will protect My Bride from the coming dangers during the times of anti-Christ.” No words could express the overwhelming love which I felt the Lord has for His Church. I was in tears.

Arise! Warriors of God Our Lord Jesus said in the Bible, when he comes back, He is going to make His Bride as pure virgin, blameless, holy, acceptable and present her before the Father. My dear brothers and sisters, please do not have the wrong thinking that we are going to run around like rats, just to be hunted down during the time of anti-Christ. Instead we are going to see our Warrior Jesus rising up as a King, defending and fighting for His people. Supernatural things are going to happen for those who stay upright during the course of their life. We are going to witness a God who showed the children of Israel how powerful He was in the Book of Exodus. We will have the opportunity to see God in His magnificent power coming back to defend His Kingdom.

To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. Revelation 3:21 (NKJV)

Jesus said, “Do not fear what the anti-Christ can do to you, I am going to raise up a remnant who will be called the overcomers. They will overcome the dragon, they will overcome the anti-Christ. The anti-Christ will be nothing to them!”

Anointing Upon The Women Then I saw an anointing that is going to come amongst the women’s ministries. Many women will be released to serve God in this end-time. The Lord said woman saints will come, special anointing will be poured out. The Lord is going to gather them and launch them out, not to entertain the people but to minister deliverance to women. Gone are the days when we stand on the stage to demonstrate our best talents, gone are the days when ministries and camp-meetings are all about our best

preaching, best musicians, best talents, singing and entertainment. It’s time we gather as warriors to receive our orders from our Lord Jesus.

A Woman In A Basket Zechariah 5: 5-9 “Then the angel who talked with me came forward and said to me, “Lift your eyes and see what this is that is going out.” 6 And I said, “What is it?” He said, “This is the basket[c] that is going out.” And he said, “This is their iniquity[d] in all the land.” 7 And behold, the leaden cover was lifted, and there was a woman sitting in the basket! 8 And he said, “This is Wickedness.” And he thrust her back into the basket, and thrust down the leaden weight on its opening.” There are some play of Hebrew words in the above passage. The word ‘basket’ where this woman was hiding inside, comes from the word ‘eyphah’ in Hebrew. It means its either used for ‘worship’ or it is used for ‘commerce, commercial or business’. In this end-time, iniquities will increase. False worship and the rise of the Babylonian system of business is going to increase. Millions of dollars will be pumped into different industries, propelled by the spirit of anti-Christ and Jezebel. This demonic is to raise up certain companies to become a propaganda of the new false religions that are about to rise. Rivers of Life Ministries

Arise! Warriors of God Why woman? Who is the woman that the angel identified as ‘wickedness’? I did a study on this Hebrew word and was shocked, it means Ashtoreth. What has she got to do in the Book of Zechariah and with the woman? Ashtoreth is the goddess whom Jezebel worshipped. Jezebeth was possessed with the Spirit of Ashtoreth. It is a controlling spirit of principality. When Jezebel died, that spirit took over the name of Jezebel, and later known as the Queen of heaven, but Ashtoreth is behind this spirit. I want you to know this, we are no longer fighting ‘mosquito’ demons, we are standing up against principalities and powers. The challenge is going to increase in the end-time. Therefore it’s time for us to learn, to understand and to put on the Armour of God so that we can stand strong for Jesus Christ.

a woman. She will represent Jezebel on this earth but she is not Jezebel. In this end-time, Jezebel is going to create many icons, she is going to clone herself, so by fighting the clone Jezebel, no one will know who the true Jezebel is. There will be a time when God is going to give time for evil to manifest itself to do what evil needs to be doing. This period will be permitted for evil and you will see the rise of the spirit coming against us. This is why God is preparing us today.

It is time for women to rise up. It is time for the women to be anointed to combat the forces of the enemy. God is going to raise up women to combat Jezebel I then asked the Lord why the one in the basket is a woman and not a man. The Lord answered, “It is time for women to rise up. It is time for the women to be anointed to combat the forces of the enemy”. God is going to raise up women to combat Jezebel. We want to see ordinary, authentic women who are credible and authenticated by God, women and prophetess who will stand up and preach. I pray in the name of Jesus, that God will strengthen, empower and use the women to battle the demonic spirit of Jezebel. God is going to raise up many women who will know how to pray and battle.

I was taken in the Spirit once and I saw a woman with thousands and thousands of people seated in front of her, there was this huge layer of dark shadow surrounding her and I asked the Lord what is that. The Lord said in the coming days you will see a false religion that will rise up in this earth and it will be propelled by 6

On the other hand, the Lord also said that more women will walk and fall into deception in this endtime, and the demon will use these women to deceive ministers and men, causing them to fall into adultery and spiritual fornication. So, stay alert and be aware that some women are sent by demons into churches to bring down the men. Some women will come with a spirit of lust to destroy marriages. Some will come to destroy their pastors’

Arise! Warriors of God During the time of Babylonian kingdom, the beast will be worshipped. The worship of Lucifer comprises of the spirit of Jezebel, the false-prophets and the false priests who will teach the people how to worship. Who are these priests? This is the mystery. Many of them are already existing, many of them will be employed by Jezebel to work as priests in the kingdom of darkness. The Lord said in this end-time, demonic spirits will seduce many. God is preparing us to war against the principalities and powers. Be strong and courageous, arise as Warriors to advance, fight and push back the darkness. In Him, we are made more than conquerors. family. This is the time for us to walk in purity and holiness, to identify who are sent by God and who are sent by demons.

Zechariah 5:11 “He said to me, “To the land of Shinar, to build a house for it. And when this is prepared, they will set the basket down there on its base.”

Shinar is the Old Testament picture of the place called Babylon. The Bible says in Revelation 18, Babylon will be resurrected to be the headquarter for the endtime works of the enemy. It will be the headquarter for all kinds of foul, demonic spirits to work from. I was brought in the Spirit into certain countries where I saw demons unleashing certain religions which are now existing, these demons are hiding behind those religious mask and they will become the end-time demonic spirits during the Babylonian kingdom.

A Voice In The Wilderness

Luke 3:4-6 (NIV) “A voice of one calling in the desert, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him. 5 Every valley shall be filled in, every mountain and hill made low. The crooked roads shall become straight, the rough ways smooth. 6 And all mankind will see God’s salvation.’ ” So often the voices of the world is louder than the voice of the Church. So often, the voice of the natural is louder than the voice of the supernatural. Why is that so? Somewhere in time, during an interval period, the Church has slowed down in preaching Christ crucified to this world. She became embarrassed to preach the message of the gospel - which is foolishness to the unsaved (1 Cor. 1:18).

The Church of Jesus Christ has been commissioned by the Father to be the Voice of the Lord on earth. She is to trumpet the call of repentance to the present day generation with all her spiritual might. John the Baptist as a prophet cried in the wilderness with a message of repentance. He was preparing the way for the first coming of Jesus. The church must walk in such a prophetic anointing where her conviction and passion for the lost is heard in the preaching of His Word. Far too often, preachers are preaching about heaven and hell without conviction and passion, that the hearts of the sinners are neither troubled nor touched.

Isaiah 40:6 (AMP) A voice says, cry [prophesy]! And I said, What shall I cry? [The voice answered, Proclaim:] All flesh is as frail as grass, and all that makes it attractive [its kindness, its goodwill, its mercy from God, its glory and comeliness, however good] is transitory, like the flower of the field.

The Church wants to preach a message with intellectual wisdom to the world. She is trying to be at par level with the world’s wisdom, in the name of cultural relevance. But the Bible clearly declares the world cannot comprehend God and the message of the gospel through worldly wisdom. This approach has been blown out of proportion without checks and balances where people have become “church-friendly” and not enough “God-friendly”. In this way, she looks pretty with the cosmetics of the world. She is able to attract people with the world’s wisdom. Is that really what God wants? I am sure there is no clear answers to this question as each senior minister and his leadership has to hear from the Holy Spirit as to how much of cultural relevance is permitted. My friends, God has not called His Church to preach a “clever-gospel,” but rather a gospel of conviction and repentance where the sinner is touched by the love of God and his soul redeemed from destruction and translated into the kingdom of His dear Son (Col 1. 1:13).

A Voice in the Wilderness The shocking truth is that many of these “easy salvation mass” do not know the reality of heaven nor hell or even what it means to be saved. I am not talking about the new converts, but rather about the ones who have been attending church for more than a year. It is a dangerous trend. Many want to tag along church meetings without making a decision to accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour. It is right that we cannot force nor give deadline to anyone, but there must be enough salvation emphasis in the messages preached from the pulpit that gives people the opportunity to repent and make a decision to accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour. When we trouble-shoot the reason why many have not had a conviction through Sunday services, hands are pointing to the minister. The minister’s message caters to educate the mind and please the soul but leaving the spirit of man starving and void of revelation.

1 Corinthians 1: 18-29 (NLT) I know very well how foolish the message of the cross sounds to those who are on the road to destruction. But we who are being saved recognise this message as the very power of God. 19 As the Scriptures say, “I will destroy human wisdom and discard their most brilliant ideas.” 20 So where does this leave the philosophers, the scholars, and at the world’s brilliant debaters? God has made them all look foolish and has shown their wisdom to be useless nonsense. 21 Since God in his wisdom saw to it that the world would never find him through human wisdom, he has used our foolish preaching to save all who believe. 22 God’s way seems foolish to the Jews because they want a sign from heaven to prove it is true. And it is foolish to the Greeks because they believe only what agrees with their own wisdom.

So when we preach that Christ was crucified, the Jews are offended, and the Gentiles say it’s all nonsense. 24 But to those called by God to salvation, both Jews and Gentiles, Christ is the mighty power of God and the wonderful wisdom of God. 25 This “foolish” plan of God is far wiser than the wisest of human plans, and God’s weakness is far stronger than the greatest human strength. 26 Remember, dear brothers and sisters, that few of you were wise in the world’s eyes, or powerful, or wealthy when God called you. 27 Instead, God deliberately chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who are powerless to shame those who are powerful. 28 God chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important, 29 so that no one can ever boast in the presence of God. 23

God has called the Church and her ministers to preach with supernatural wisdom to counter the wisdom of the world (Ro. 1:16). The only substance that sets apart someone who is called by God and one who is self appointed, is the anointing of the Holy Spirit for the office he or she is called into (Ro. 1:1; Eph. 1:1). God has invested His authority and power upon His Church so that she will demonstrate the true power (Lk. 10:19). Has the Church lost her voice because of all the “screaming and shouting” descending to the realm of the flesh? Has the Church lost her voice to harmonise with the symphony of heaven - to sing forth the praises of her God or has she became too busy singing her own praises?

Voice Of God On Earth The Church must not be afraid to be and become the Voice of the Lord. She must love to hear the Voice of her Master and Beloved (Ge. 3:10; SOS 2:8; Col. 4:1). Rivers of Life Ministries

A Voice in the Wilderness The Church can only be His Voice when she obeys and keeps His charge for her - Ge. 26:5. Then only can the Church walk in such an authority of divine power against sicknesses and diseases (Exo. 15:26). The Church and her ministers must believe that God desires them to hear His Voice (Exo. 19:19). Even in this, satan has clearly crafted a false theology that God has stop speaking to His people. And even if God does speak, it is only deep inside your heart and that all other supernatural means need to be tested and most of the time they are false. Many ministers mixed the truth and the false concerning the divine promises of the Lord that God will speak to His children and that His sheep will hear His Voice (Jn. 10:3) but only through limited expressions. Just because they (the ministers) themselves are not able to hear or experience the supernatural manifestations of the Voice of the Lord, they brand everybody else who are proven and able to, as false or the need to be cautious. When the Church obeys His Voice and fulfils His counsels, none can oppose her on earth. She will walk in the spiritual might of the Lord (Eph. 6:10; Col. 1:11). It is the desire of the Lord to manifest His glory through His Church that she will learn the secrets to dwell in the secret place of the Most High (Ps. 91:1). The Church must learn to tap on His deeper anointing and enter into the open portal of the supernatural where the manifest glory of the Lord becomes tangible (Rev. 4:1).

The Voice Cries For Repentance In the Garden of Eden, the Voice of the Lord called for Adam and Eve and they were afraid. As both sinned against God, the Voice of the Lord brought conviction to their souls as their eyes were opened. But God did not leave them there in the sin-state. After announcing the penalty of sin, He provided garments of skin through the sacrifice of blood which is a type of atonement (Ge. 3). The fact that Abel knew how to offer the firstborn of his flock and its fat (Ge. 4:4), reveals that Adam must have taught his sons how to offer sacrifice through the shedding of blood. The Voice of the Lord through Moses brought conviction and judgment to Egyptians and deliverance to the Israelites (Ex. 3). The Voice of the Lord through Samuel the prophet brought conviction to Saul (1 Sam. 13:1014) and the Voice of the Lord through Nathan the prophet brought conviction to David the king (2 Sam. 12:1-14). The Voice of the Lord through Elijah the prophet brought judgment to King Ahab and Jezebel (1 Kings 19) and the Voice of the Lord through Jeremiah brought judgement to kingdoms. The Voice of Jesus brought repentance to the Jews as He fervently preached about it (Mt. 4:17). The Voice of the Lord through Paul caused souls to be saved and churches to be established. The Church too must travail with the spirit of conviction and repentance as she reaches out to the lost souls in this end-time. The Church cannot afford to replace the message of repentance with any other form of the world’s “I feel good” philosophy. The Church cannot play mind games with her people within the church but instead she must speak the truth regarding heaven and hell.

The Voice Cries For Preparation Luke 3:4 NIV “Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.” Isaiah 62:10-11 NIV Pass through, pass through the gates! Prepare the way for the people. Build up, build up the highway! Remove the stones. Raise a banner for the nations. 11The Lord has made proclamation to the ends of the earth: “Say to the Daughter of Zion, ‘See, your Saviour comes! See, his reward is with him, and his recompense companies him.’ ”

The voice of John the Baptist cried in the wilderness preparing the way for the first coming of Jesus, while the Church is to cry and prepare for the second coming of Jesus. We cannot wait any longer. Sin is increasing rampantly attracting the judgment of the Lord (Ro. 1: 18-31).

The Lord has released a spirit of urgency to fulfil the work of the Lord into many ministries around the world. The Church must cry out in the spirit of prayer and intercession as she is the watchman set on walls (Is. 62:6). The ministers of the Lord must give themselves fully to the work of the Lord. Can you feel the importance of Isaiah’s prophetic cry, “Pass through, prepare the way, build up, remove the stones, and raise a banner…”. Heaven has started its countdown for the unfolding of end-time events as prophesied in the Book of Revelation. This is not the time that we should slumber and rest in the natural. This is the time of preparation and obedience. We have to keep in pace through the work of the Holy Spirit with heaven’s countdown.
