Tabbed to head the HVEDC in February 2013, Gottlieb previously served as the Director of Economic Development for Westchester County where he was

Gottlieb has over 25 years of experience as a top management executive in several major corporations, public affairs agencies, a global non-profit organization and public office. completed major renovation to the FDR Library and Museum, the first such endeavor since it was first built in 1941. According to the FDR Presidential Library, the $35 million renovation has improved drainage, modernized the plumbing and electricity, replaced the sheet metal roof with a slate one, enhanced security and
fire protection, created an entirely new HVAC system, and made the library and museum completely accessible for those in wheelchairs.
