alute the leaders of tomorrow at the May Contact Breakfast on Wednesday, May 21 from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel and Conference Center. Local high school students take center stage as The Chamber Foundation, the not-for-profit educational organization of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, proudly presents over $65,000 in scholarships to those looking to further their education in the Hudson Valley and beyond. The total amount awarded will shatter last year’s record of over $53,000. Chamber Foundation scholarships range from very broad to very specific in scope, some offered to students across disciplines, while others are precisely targeted for those pursuing a career in music, journalism, culinary arts, and more.
