om Stebbins, Executive Director of the Lawsuit Reform Alliance of New York State, will address the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce on the fight to reform the Scaffold Law and other legislation of interest to the Hudson Valley business community during the October Contact Breakfast on Wednesday, October 15 from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel and Conference Center. Stebbins has been involved in bringing jobs and economic development to New York since graduating from the MBA program at Cornell University in 2007. Before becoming the executive director of the Lawsuit Reform Alliance of New York, Tom was a project manager for Horizon Wind Energy, where he developed multiple commercialscale wind farms in New York and the Northeast United States. Business Expo has new features, central location

T

he Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s annual Business Expo returns to the centrally located MidHudson Civic Center on Wednesday, October 22 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Attendees can browse the best in local business at no cost, meeting with owners and managers of companies and organizations across all categories. There will plenty of raffles, giveaways and a grand prize drawing throughout the afternoon.

In addition to the Business Expo trade show, several renowned local restaurants will be offering a full lunch for just $10 per person at the Hudson Valley Food Court, and local marketing experts will be on hand to provide a ‘Social Media Check-Up’ to all interested attendees.
