LIVABLE CITY Livable city is a project that promotes more democratization of the city while providing sustainable, good living experience for different groups of people with urban development space. Through the analysis of the existing Melbourne CBD related data, it focuses on the current urban development issues. The city supports different groups of people with different strengths. At the same time, the city has complex functions while the development logic is gradually dominated by commerce. The project reduces the circulation distance between the elderly and young people, optimizes the elements of urban blocks, and encourages the sharing of architectural spaces and changes their functions based on crowd behavior data to create an urban space that is more suitable for mixed use by different groups of people in the future . The city is the ultimate carrier of modern life, and therefore attracts countless young people to live in the CBD. Today’s cities are full of vitality, businesses and young people, but people always get old. At this stage, cities seem to be unfavorable by the elderly and many other kinds of groups. There are many reasons, such as the lack of medical facilities, too many high-rise buildings, and the elderly. The entertainment life is not convenient. My research is based on data to overcome these difficulties and create better cities.
