With promoting and community cohesion, the collection adjusts to market demand and to attract a group of similar condition of people. The project categorises the three collection by the age group of family with children, young people, and age care. In term of program distribution, the demand of family group need fit with part of timeline that, comity space as a core vertical connect with another typology that have clear layer relationship. Housing space demand highly flexible adjust in time, to solve the indeterminacy of amount of family member.

Due to the COVID-19, people adapt to study and working from home, the need for offices has fallen off sharply, also reflecting that large need in exercise. In ten years, the almost half of office typology replace by housing and community. With the further development, office only left over necessary in small percentage, replace by the energy generation to achieve an autonomous model with sharing space and resources. In 30 years, with perfection online shopping and delivery as well as virtual shopping, retail could be replaced by the community space response the continuous demand of open public space to exercise, gathering. What is the City?
(ΔT)
Due to the result of economic, political and cultural forces, the city form not only transforms, but also mutates. It blurred the boundary of city and suburb in the way of making the city without darkness by build plenty of skyscraper apartment fill in gap, creating a city outline. City is now changing from horizontality to verticality. The skyscraper seems like a definitive typology, that no longer stand together and interact with surrounding, it was swallowed everything else, such as culture and character of the city. By repeating the simple geometry and pervasive urbanization changed the city condition beyond all recognition. those bulky buildings make the city as machine factory that rapid and indifferent operating humans’ life. Every adherence to the primordial condition inevitably leading nostalgia to irrelevance. The Temporal City
A city should not only reflect the present need and present ability, but also constraint by its own identity. Without the identity, the city could fit in anywhere in the world, it does not need to maintenance, it can self-destruct. It constitutes with superficial structure, not ‘real’ architecture. With increase of the population, rather than taking place of the public space lead greater density, better to extent the city out, develop the horizontality and verticality at the same time, with keeping the identity and quality of space.

In today’s society, individualism and isolationism predominate. today buildings stand as individual objects within the urban fabric unrelated to others. How to transform from individualism and isolationism to operate within a collective model. To achieve greater depth in the closeness and human relationships of people who inhabit, there will be create shared public spaces and technical facilities to connect separate buildings and programs. The block would be a city within a city, a city that coexist to live, work, social and enjoy leisure, performed as one community maintain intimacy. With that, the project not only sharing the space, also sharing the infrastructure to achieve autonomous entity. The public space has shifted from defined type of space (street, square) to a remaining attached and disorganized space occupied only by physical buildings. The city loses its spatial consistency and becomes a series of disconnected, isolated by landmarks and small building complexes surrounded by roads and parking lots. The project will define the public space into different typology society space to meet what people need.

The public space has shifted from defined type of space (street, square) to a remaining attached and disorganized space occupied only by physical buildings. How to transform from individualism and isolationism to operate within a collective model? To achieve greater depth in the closeness and human relationships of people who inhabit, there will be create shared public spaces and technical facilities to connect separate buildings and programs. The Temporal City
The block would be a city within a city, a city that coexist to live, work, social and enjoy leisure, performed as one community maintain intimacy. This project aims to approach with individual and community involvement, to redefine the project as a social apparatus. In traditional vertical city building model, continuously grow of the height make the result in detached from the ground levels and out of human proportion. By stacking “boxes in variant geometrical form, its able to break the traditional form of orthogonal high rises, locating each box a step back from its immediate neighbour. This method provided each apartment with a roof garden, a constant flow of fresh air and a maximum of natural light. (ΔT)
Community run as circulation connect and interact with another typology to condense gathering group of people benefit in community involvement, achieve in a collective model. Rather than traditional commercial circumstances that increasing in value as they are closer to the ground levels, insert vertical commercial space able to benefit from increased frontage area, which translates to more business patronage.
