History: 88 yr M No chronic medical problems 2 weeks of Dyspnea FC III Echo EF 30% antero-apical and inferior akinesis. Echo (2months earlier) Normal
Could not pass a stent !! What do you suggest ?

One hour later developed chest pain and ST elevation anteriorly
