Checklist for Picture Day NEED TO KNOW • • • •
The Photographer willl be shooting every room (including closets) and all around the exterior of your home. No personal items (if photos must be out, please keep them to a minimum) The floors need to be clear of debris, swept, and vacuumed. You will be able to tell they are dirty in pictures. The Photographer will open or close blinds when possible based on the lighting in each particular room.

KITCHEN

BATHROOMS
_ _ _ _ _ All lights turned on (change burnt out bulbs) _ _ _ _ _ Clean mirrors (remove any stickers) _ _ _ _ _ Clear off countertops (no more than 2-3 items of decoration) _ _ _ _ _ Remove all movable eye distractions (i.e toothbrushes, hair dryers, trash cans, personal items) _ _ _ _ _ Toilet lids in down position _ _ _ _ _ Make sure towel racks have towels hanging (great way to add color) _ _ _ _ _ Clean shower curtain (you don’t want spotted curtains for pictures, may be great time for a new one)
