Dorothy May Day, A Catholic Pacifist of Civil Disobedience none could stay! Fighting for a World of Peace, Where the worth of life holds sway Fighting against War Demonic! — the gory madness that slays. Prayers and Protests were preached, were written every day That millions of lives might not be buried in military graves. Thus The Children of God ascend each step of The Way Towards Our Lord upon the Summit—who from the Sermon on the Mount says We are called, all of us, to be, to become—without delay,

Blessed Peacemakers whereby souls and communities are saved. Likewise, Dorothy’s salvation work was for the Downtrodden of the USA, Not as a saint, not as a churchgoer, but as a fervent doer who serves, who fervently prays For the equality of rights, for the righting of wrongs, for tomorrow and today, That their prosperity, their dignity, their part in their community be ever upward raised; Whereby we make sacrifices necessary that the least among us be loved in a caring heartfelt way. This revolution of the heart is the greatest challenge of The Day. Thus let us do the best thing we can for the suffering — love them each and all — always. Ever Alive with Spirit Merciful: Dorothy May Day.
