THE CHOICE Analyze the travel of young people in relation to the growth of social networks and the dematerialization and miniaturization of technological equipment in the future of 2030.

This will lead to ever greater content sharing. There will, therefore, be a transition from the culture of the self to the culture of us.

“The hospital principle itself must not revolve around the needs of the doctor but those of the patient.” - Umberto Veronesi

The care and psycho-physical well-being in living environments. Design with a view to human-centered design, with attention to psycho-physical well-being, to those in need of care, for the elderly and Alzheimer’s patients. For the project we decided to operate in the hospital with the intent of finding design solutions that would improve the lives of elderly hospitalized patients. In particular, we decided to take care of people who are in a long-term situation with a low level of mobility and autonomy.

Sense of imprisonment A patient who is bedridden, in post-operative conditions and with mobility problems, may feel imprisoned. The autonomy is reduced considerably and the raised bed rails contribute to increase the sense of constriction and imprisonment. “Being able to carry out some activities independently can make the stay more pleasant”

The proposed solution is to integrate an extendable table in the bedside system, in order to make the patient as autonomous as possible in carrying out the main activities. The sides have a satin finish in order to reduce the sense of imprisonment of the patient while maintaining privacy.

The legislation to be met to know the specific requirements for medical beds is: UNI CEI 60601-2-52: 2010. The standard applies to basic safety and essential services for medical beds for adults. The materials that have been used must have certain characteristics: they must be antibacterial and water repellent, in order to have the IP67 Certification. The chosen materials are therefore the PC with satin finish for the sides, while ABS for the mobile table.

The movement of the table is integrated into the commands of the remote control that can be used by the patient and in the panel for doctors and nurses. The table can move longitudinally to the bed depending on the patient’s comfort.

Plate Nupe is a cult object with a geometric decoration. It's used to make donations to divinities. Nupe people are an ethnic group living near the confluence of the Niger and Kaduna rivers in westcentral Nigeria. They are the dominant group in Niger State.

The laundry tub is made of wooden slats. It has a circular plan and is equipped with two handles. It also has a hole at the base, closed by a cap, for water to escape without the need to lift the entire tub. Lauandi wants to bring this object back into the contemporary world, which has been a symbol of a culture now gone by, without neglecting any detail or the characteristic that distinguishes it, precisely the hole. (lat. Lauandi).

Fūrin, as suggested by the name, was inspired by the famous typical Japanese bell tower and, also, by the Nemopilema Nomurai, a jellyfish found in the Japanese sea.

Fiero Party is a new possible experience offered by Martini to sponsor the product “Fiero e Tonic” and allow the user to feel part of the brand. After an initial analysis of the term “Fiero”, we realized that this feeling can arise from the need to express awareness of the achieved successes and rejoice in them. A second analysis is based on the idea of the aperitif in the current pandemic situation due to Covid-19. Our concept is to recreate an experience that would give users safety and confidence, without damaging the aperitif moment.

Martini arrives at your home, recreating the atmosphere and feelings that it arouses for users who go out to consume a Martini product. Fiero Party is not just a product delivery, it is a new way of conceiving the aperitif, in a more intimate way, involving friends, but having the opportunity to feel welcomed by the brand that you prefer. Fiero Party is not only suitable for the new life during the pandemic but it is also the birth of a new way of organizing a sophisticated event at home.

A Bombo for sanitising and playing. Approaching the world of order and cleanliness through cooperation.

In order to avoid the exchange of germs, bacteria and viruses in kindergartens and their transport to homes, optimised sanitisation of objects used by several children is needed. Design a sanitisation and containment "system" for objects shared by childrens to educate them in the concept of hygiene/order/health. The product should be usable by children aged between 3 and 6, teachers and ATA staff. The interaction should also have a playful function in order to attract childrens. The space must: - promote autonomy and learning; - promote relationships

Where is Bombo? How it fits into the class space?

Bombo's project stems from the need to make products that come into most contact with children (toys) cleaner. The theme of cooperation led us from the very first design phase to be inspired by the world of bees. The design phase of the project was characterised by the idea of wanting to create a product that would remind the child of the natural world but at the same time be friendly for its tender age. Bombo is a product that may look like a toy due to its aesthetics, but whose main features are safety for children, functionality for the classroom and a safe environment for children.

For the safety of children, access to the electrical outlet leading to the nebulizer startup, which is only positioned at the end of the day when children are not present, is secured by a locked flap.
