Our industry first compact rigs make you travel lighter, taking way less space both if you are driving or are ready to fly.

Lastly, the wind-hydrofoil.

It seems as if it was originally conceived specifically for windsurfing. Easy and safe, opening up a new dimension to our sport with new horizons. Today it is perfect to ride at 18-20 knots average speed with only 8-9 knots of real wind, without needing huge camber - induced sails, and also a new way to experience windsurfing in any wind and wave conditions.

LTD LIMITED EDITION Semi custom / Biaxial innegra carbon deck glass bottom The LTD is our “industry benchmark” for high performance boards and is now improved thanks to the new deck laminate that reduces weight and increases impact resistance.

The Biaxial Carbon Innegra fibers guarantees an impressive strength and long life. Innegra is a high performance fiber used in composite which can be converted into many different reinforcements. By mixing layers of Innegra and carbon we also got a superb and exclusive look. The bottom is built with PVC foam 5 mm 100 Kgs/m3, covered with a 160 grams glass full length and a half bottom length glass layer of 160 grams.

LTE LIGHT TOUGH EDITION Single shot, wood deck and bottom The LTE is our wood technology which combines strength and lightness by adding specific reinforcements and perfectly combining them underneath the wood laminate.

Those layers are combined together and placed very efficiently to reinforce the most stressed parts, leaving a lighter weight in less stressed areas. Both deck and bottom are laminated using a 0,6 mms wood veneer and Biaxial Glass fibers.

E-TECH EPOXY TECHNOLOGY Glass epoxy skin top and bottom Our strongest technology, the E-TECH is made for those who want the ultimate in durability and those entering or starting windsurfing. Suitable for schools and centers that want maximum durability.

HARDCORE WAVE V7 LTD The Hardcore Wave V7 is without doubt our most complete wave board ever. Developed and inspired from the boards of Alex Mussolini, they offer the usual radical turning ability that the Hardcore has been famous for, but with added speed and performance to make them the most versatile Hardcore ever.

All the boards have been completely renewed and re-shaped from scratch. 4 new boards from the 96 lts all the way down to 70 lts.

The new Hardcore v7 allows late lip hits and radical turns as if it was a surf board. Always in control and able to attack the wave.

Compared to previous V6, the new scoopline is slightly flatter through the front section giving hugely improved speed and performance, but the pronounced kick through the tail maintains the radical turning ability.

The new distinctive outline comes with a fish tail and pin nose. The tail adds drive through the turns, whilst the narrow nose allows radical snaps off the top.

The new Hardcore comes with the Biaxial Innegra Carbon fibers on the deck which gives an impressive style and strength to the board.

All the boards are provided with exclusive K4 for RRD fins in orange colour.

WAVE CULT V8 LTD / LTE The new WAVE CULT V8 is the board that everyone should have, which suits all kinds of conditions and allows you to feel covered in any sessions at both your home spot and on your travels. We focused more and more on this goal to provide a tool that can perform the best in both on-shore and side-shore conditions in every wave size.

The V8 model is available in two different technologies, the LTD and LTE, to cover everyone’s needs. The LTD comes with our latest and most innovative Biaxial Carbon Innegra fibers on the deck and glass bottom, while the LTE is a single shot with wood deck and bottom.

The WAVE CULT V8, like his predecessor, has superb planing capabilities and is easy in all transitions and, at the same time, is very powerful in turns. All the boards are short, with more volume in the central part and are combined with a pronounced kick. The outline comes out with a completely re-designed round pintail with winger and soft diamond nose.

TWINTIP V7 LTD Our freestyle board line continues its path, every year we add new details to improve it and make it more competitive.

The TwinTip V7 allows the riders to go beyond their level and perform at the highest level.

Compared to the previous v6, we have further shortened the board by 4cm. The new TwinTip LTD V7 is only 219 cm long to make it easier to be swung around during air moves. The rocker line is straight in the tail area, making the board quicker to plane. We have narrowed the width of the tail to make it faster and improve the pop. The result is a much more reactive and alive shape for better snaps and speed needed to fly higher in airmoves. The position of the front straps have been moved further inside to improve the centrality.

It comes with the new Biaxial Carbon Innegra fibers on the deck which makes it stronger and more resistant to impacts.

The new freestyle board is equipped with new fin sizes, the MFC GE G10 in 20 and 21cm, which guarantees to have the speed and performance needed.

The TWINTIP V7 is a pure performance board range to support serious freestyle riders!

JACOPO TESTA ABOUT THE TWINTIP V7: This year we worked hard to further improve the performance of last year’s magic board. We have reduced the length to ease and improve the air rotations and decreased the tail width to make it faster and with better pop. The new biaxial innegra carbon is much stronger and gives me confidence when landing from big jumps.

X-FIRE V11 LTD The royal chain continues!

The X-Fire boards are the most awarded racing machines on the PWA world tour. Under the feet of the 24 times world champion Antoine Albeau and other riders, the X-Fire’s have won countless races, events and world titles.

The new X-Fire V11 boards are RRD’s latest and greatest creation up to date.

As usual our relentless R&D team led by Arnon Dagan and Andrea Rosati have put these boards to test in countless different locations and conditions around the world including Hawaii, Italy and Israel.

The advantage of having an in-house custom factory at our home in Italy has proven yet again to be a key feature in the success of this boards.

This year 4 all new models came to life: the 129 lts, 122 lts, 118 lts and 114 lts FEATURES: • The 129 lts and 122 lts: all new outline, volume distribution and rail shape brought this boards to new levels of speed, power, control and jibing abilities. Best sail sizes 129 lts - 10.0 to 7.8; 122 lts - 9.5 to 7.8 • The 118 lts: we have added this new size which ended up as a successful and highly recommended boards!

It is based on the X-Fire V10 114 shape but a bit bigger and wider. It takes a huge range of sail sizes and wind conditions yet remains extremely fast and easy in all of them. Best Sail sizes- 9.5-7.8 • The 114 lts: we wanted to maintain the advantage of using a bigger sail then our competitors in the light winds and, at the same time, improve it in high wind and comfort abilities. The result is a success! The all new refined cut outs anable the board to plane even earlier yet hold on to the board in super high winds and rough water. Best sail size: 8.6-7.0 • Light as possible: with full Carbon on both deck and bottom • All the boards from the 108 lts up are foil ready thanks to a specific reinforced deep tuttle fin box, while the small sizes have a standard tuttle box • This year we have improved by 20% the stiffness and durability and slightly lowered the weight of the boards by using a 90 grams Dynanotex / Spread tow Carbon fabric on the deck of the 129/122/118/114/108 models.

H-FIRE 91 PRO LTD / LTE The H-FIRE PRO 91 is the board of choice of World Champion Antoine Albeau for the 2018 PWA hydrofoil racing season.

Our new lightwind machine is a mix of super early planing and control at top speed. As soon as a light breeze kicks in you’ll find yourself flying above the water with extreme ease and keep planing at top speeds with comfort and control. The upwind angle you will achieve with this shape is pretty amazing!

The rocker is optimized for early planing and with specific boxy rails and a wide tail area, the H-FIRE 91 PRO provides a superior pressure potential onto the front wing of the hydrofoil to improve stability and control at top speeds.

As light and thin as possible, the board is only 225 cm long to reduce drag while flying. The LTD is entirely built with a full layup of carbon 90 grams Dynanotex / Spread tow Carbon fabric on both deck and bottom.

Specifically designed to hold the strong forces generated from the hydrofoil, a race sail and rider; the H-Fire PRO 91 has all the features for competing at any level aiming for the first place!

ANTOINE ALBEAU about the H-FIRE PRO 91: With the H-FIRE 91 PRO I’m able to ride faster than ever on a foil board. The scoop rocker is super good as the board is planing really early which is essential when foiling in light wind and the wide tail and boxy rails help me tracking upwind better and with loads of stability. The nose is thin enough to fly smooth and effortlessly. It’s just amazing the confidence and feeling I’ve build with this board!

FREESTYLE WAVE V5 BLKRBN / LTD / LTE The new Freestyle Wave line now fits with every conditions and type of rider. No matter what water surface, waves or flatwater the new Freestyle Wave V5 does it all.

The Rocker is straight and fast in the mid/rear section. The volume displacement has less volume on the tail and more volume on the nose, to keep the same amazingly well balanced board in both planing and non-planing conditions. The simple slight double concave/V rail to rail configuration allows a perfect flow and balance over the roughest waters in any conditions.

It is available in 3 different technologies, the LTE, LTD and the BLKRBN (Black Ribbon). The Black Ribbon gives the lightest possible boards under your feet and a superb distinctive finishing level.

The new Freestyle Wave V5 has been completely renovated and is laminated using the Biaxial Carbon Innegra fibers on the deck on both LTD and BLKRBN.

FIREMOVE V4 LTD / LTE / E-TECH The FIREMOVE has always been the most wanted board in our range. Easy and accessible, once you step on it you’ll instantly feel confident. This year we have further improved the performance and versatility.

The outline of the new FIREMOVE V4 has been modified, creating a mix of a “retro style” nose and winger round tail in a very modern wide maximum width.

The rails have been thinned down, up to the point of being thinner than a Hardcore wave shape, a real boost in manouverability and foot steering ease.

The result is early planing, acceleration, manouverability and a lightweight feel over the water.

The new FIREMOVE FLIGHT 135 lts is a mix between a great freeride hydrofoil board and a super early planing freemove board. Its 85 cms of max width and a pronounced curved outline throughout the whole length of the board, make it a real modern “ONE FOR ALL” kind of board.

The new FIREMOVE V4 comes with the Tuttle Fin Box on all sizes. The 120 lts and 135 lts are equipped with a specific and reinforced FOIL BOX to ensure the best possible resistance during the use with hydrofoil.

FIRERIDE V2 LTD / LTE / E-TECH The FIRERIDE V2 has the most accessible range of use to adapt at its best to everyone.

This board gives a precise feel and control to everyone from the very first moments and allows you to step up in level with ease and fun. The more pronounced length than the FireMove and the reduced width make the new Fireride a board inspired by a more “classic” freeride concept revisited and modernized. In fact, its volume distribution, much more homogeneous than the classic freeride shapes of the past, is micro tuned thanks to the CAD design of the shape which allows you to make full use of its floating and stability capabilities even with light winds or larger sails.

The very full rails from tail to nose, allow the board to plane instantly even with little wind and also use larger fins to stay upwind better, assuring the board never becomes physical or hard to control.

It is comfortable, planes fast and with superb versatility to suit all levels and type of uses.

Thanks to its length, it perfectly adapts to foilwindsurfing, especially when learning and even for a more advanced level.

FIRESTORM V5 BLKRBN / LTD / LTE The Firestorm is designed to combine speed, early planing and easy jibing; the new Firestorm V5 line has been further improved working on details to extend its program of use.

It comes with a new outline mixing a much wider nose on the same classic and succesful Firestom mid section and tail.

Thanks to this new feature, the board keeps tracking upwind better in light winds and creates an even better potential for top speed thanks to more parallel lines in the mid/front section of the board.

A pure blooded SLALOM DNA is assured by the use of the X-Fire 114 scoop rocker line, keeping the perfect trim over any type of water surface to allow you to be on the tip of your top speed potential at all times.

The rest is all related to pure control, from the rail shape, to the marked TUE “tucked under edge” on the front and mid section to the wingered/toro tail design that has been firstly developed and used on RRD boards.

H-FIRE 91 WOOD The RRD H-fire 91 is our first windsurf foil board in collection. It has been developed in collaboration with Antoine Albeau and is designed to be used with sail sizes from 5.0 square meters and up. The board is 236 x 91cms of width, with a wide tail area that makes it easy to get up on the foil and control it. The 236cms length will make your learning process an easy one and will become extra functional once you will try your first jibes. The board is very handy when foiling at high speed when you need maximum control during touch downs and works well also for a standard fin ride.

Specifically designed with a FOIL FIN BOX to hold the strong forces generated from the hydrofoil mast, the sail and rider.

The H-Fire 91 has all the features for a great foiling experience at any level.

HI-FLIGHT WS/SUP FOILBOARD The HI-FLIGHT sup and ws foilboard is designed to allow an easy approach to sup and windsurf foiling and progress further with controlled and accessible performance.

The HI-FLIGHT is 150 lts in volume and has a size of 240x 78 cms ( 7’9” x 30 3/4”); we have found great advantages in using a longer and thicker board shape.

For windsurfing a moderate width of 78 cms keeps the board easy to start planing and foiling. It is very controllable when using it for pure freeriding (using it only with front straps in) or even strapless without harness lines on your boom!

For sup foiling this bigger shape gives extra stability when paddling and allows a faster positioning on the line up, catch the right wave at the right speed and getting the necessary momentum to avoid out of control take offs.

FEATURES: • A straight rocker line with a dead flat tail section, helps getting immediate speed and reduces the problem of excessive slowing down on touchdowns • Marked beveled edge on the nose section of the rails all the way to the hydrofoil base plate attachment point.

WH FLIGHT 85 ALU V2 It’s the newest and latest developed Hydrofoil for freeride use.

The WH FLIGHT ALU 85 V2 has its best performance in lightwind conditions (7-18 knots), allowing you to enter the water with 7-8 knots and is extremely easy and fast.

Made with an 85cm long mast which is assembled with a dedicated plate with Tuttlebox insert or alternatively a plate with Powerbox insert. In fact the special plate has collar that pushes onto the area around the fin box which prevents fin box cracking. However when using it with a Powerbox we recommend to use a full sandwich board with a reinforced sandwich structure around the powerbox itself.

The 120 cm long fuselage allows an earlier take off and a longer full height flight even when the wind gets lighter.

You can foil with ease for longer distances, having a better control and find your desired trim even with gusty wind.

Jibing will be a lot easier and smoother and the upwind performance will be greatly improved.

The hybrid carbon wings, 80 cm in the front and 50 cm the rear, are the best combination in terms of foiling, tracking, upwind and control downing when powered up.

All in all, this is the most advanced and easy to ride foil on the market today.

GAMMA MK4 Our radical 3 batten design for pure wave riding. The most reactive sail in our lineup, featuring power, smooth handling and incredible release, ideal for driving through a powerful bottom turn and then slashing off the top.

Remarkably light in the hands and amazingly manoeuvrable, this is the sail for precision rail turns and radical airs.

JS NOTES “The Gamma has an incredibly forgiving nature when wave riding. The test results proved we hit exactly the right spot with Planche Mag (France) declaring the 4.5 Gamma, the Coup De Coeur. For the MK4 we added the new power clew, allowing further tuning ability between power and control, for an even bigger range of use. Plus with the new Performance construction, we reduced the weight even further, making this the lightest sail in the range”.

VOGUE HD / PRO MK10 The Vogue MK10 is our universal all around wave sail, designed to be equally happy smacking a lip as it is flying through the air. Now in its 10th generation the Vogue has become renowned for its superb handling and control, together with its neutral power delivery.

New for this year we added a touch of sparkle and style, as well as a boost of performance. A new more compact outline in the larger and smaller sizes keeps the big sails feeling small and throw about, whilst the small sails become less nervous and easier to control in gusty high winds. A slightly modified leech twist further improves control and allowed us to add a touch more power, further widening the already expansive range of the Vogue.

Like always the Vogue is available in 2 constructions; The Pro version featuring a high visibility monofilm window and the HD version featuring 100% X-ply design for the ultimate in durability.

MOVE MK6 5 battens in the smaller sizes and 6 battens in the large, the Move offers plenty of power and huge amounts of stability. Whether its flat water blasting, bump and jump or waves, the Move does it all. Larger sizes are orientated more towards flat water conditions, whilst the medium and small sizes morph through the range to maximise performance in bump and jump and waves. If you ever wanted 1 sail to do everything, the Move is the answer.

STYLE PRO MK7 After our most successful season yet we introduce the Style Pro MK7, our new pure freestyle sail.

With Jacopo Testa powering to victory in the European Tour as well as standing on the podium of the PWA, the pedigree of the Style Pro is plain to see. A huge amount of work went in the Mk7 with all the team involved and hours of both testing and debriefing. The result is a faster sail, with more reactivity to help push the sport even higher.

An increase in the dacron section of our Power luff zone, and a decrease in the luff tube width was the secret to making the sail faster, but at the same time keeping all the power.

At the same time we modified the batten angle to help keep the structure solid and reduce movement in the sail.

Helping to make the sail stable in both the ducking and the moves.

The Style Pro Mk7 continues to push the boundaries forward, making everything simple and letting you focus on the biggest moves!

JS NOTES: “We spent a huge about of time testing and refining various concepts to get the absolute best from a sail in a constantly evolving side of our sport. GROMSTYLE MK4 The Grom is our mini sail with maximum performance. For the younger rider that wants to rip hard and know that their equipment will never hold them back. A slightly lower aspect ratio than the equivalent sized wave sail, to give better low end performance in lighter winds. All the design was focused on reducing the weight of the sail with the emphasis on an ultra light weight rig to make windsurfing easier and maximise the time on the water. With 3 battens, reduced head reinforcement and overlapping pocketless battens, we saved every gram possible to make the windsurfing experience as easy as possible right from the start.

F-WING MK1 Brand NEW for year 24 we introduce the F-Wing mk1. A twin cam powerhouse designed to be used for both foiling and fast freeriding.

2 cambers below the boom lock the power low and forward, and create a solid foil for maximum stability. The luff tube is kept as small as possible, widening only at the boom cut-out and below, making waterstarting a breeze.

An adapted power clew system gives 2 eyelet positions for huge range of use. The outside eyelet gives plenty of low end power for early planing on big freeride boards, whilst the extreme inner eyelet is the perfect option for foiling, keeping the power incredibly controllable in the hands.

JS NOTES “For the last years we had the Firewing which was a freerace sail sitting in the middle between a twin cam and a full race. DETAILED FEATURES 1. Triple Power Clew – We wanted to offer different feelings in the X-Wing, rather than different amounts of power. With 3 eyelet positions, all with similar boom lengths, we give options to ride the sail more neutral or more lifty, depending on your style and set up.

Refined Leech Twist – A huge amount of work went into achieving a more connected leech twist. With a modified luff curve as well as adjustments to the shaping in the front, we created a sail that works more smoothly and efficiently across the full wind range.

Deeper Draft Profile – By increasing the shaping, particularly in the lower section of the sail we create 3 main benefits. 1- increased power and stability. 2- Increased downforce on the board, which allowed us to open up the head of the sail for a faster release without loss of control. 3- By increasing the shape in the foot area more naturally, we could reduce the need to ‘force’ the shape with cam pressure. This massively improved the rotation of the sail giving better exit speed out of the gybes.

4. 100% carbon tube on battens 4 and 5, to lock the draft forward and give maximum top end speed.

5. 30% carbon tube on batten 6 for the perfect mix of control and acceleration in the main power generating area of the sail body.

6. Thanks to improved stability and control we’re able to reduce the number of battens in the larger sizes from 8 to 7. This reduces the weight and also improves the pumping and low-end performance 7. Straight section luff sleeve - By utilizing straight sections on the luff sleeve, we improved the accuracy during the manufacturing process and help guarantee that the sail we test and put into production is exactly the same sail that you have in your hands.

A portable rig pack designed exclusively for the Compact Grom sail. A special 280 mast design uses a reduced wall thickness, reducing the weight and also improving the flew characteristics fo the lighter rider. Due to the smaller size, we were able to use a standard boom construction, with only a small modification to the arms and extension tube. This further reduced the weight. Finally we add the alloy extension, uphaul and of course the bag.

“Feather tip” layup – By reducing the weight by nearly 20% in the top section of the mast, we were not only able to save nearly 10% overall weight, but more significantly bring the centre of gravity down, multiplying that saving even further, and giving an incredible light feel without compromising our famous durability. Plexiglass protection – A customised Plexiglass tape not only adds Italian style, but also provides additional protection to the bottom section of the mast, where the majority of the abuse occurs.

BOOM COLLECTION BOOM HEAD: The most versatile boom head on the market. A removable adaptor allows the front end to fit any mast, whether its SDM or RDM. Our front end offers the perfect mix of strength and stiffness, whilst remaining comfortable to use and forgiving on the mast.

BOOM CURVES: Every boom length has a specific bend curve to perfectly suit its range of use and making riding as comfortable as possible.
