Peri Peri Chicken Livers with Bacon 8 minutes

serves 10

Ingredients 500g Chicken Liver 30ml Olive Oil 15ml Robertsons Barbecue Spice 5ml Robertsons Peri Peri 60ml Chutney 60ml Tomato Sauce 15 ml Thick Soy Sauce 1 x 200 g Bacon

Instructions 1.

Wash and clean the chicken livers. Combine oil, Robertsons Barbecue Spice, Peri Peri Spice, chutney, tomato sauce and soy sauce

Marinate the livers in the mixture for about 30 minutes.

Wrap a piece of bacon around each chicken liver and thread onto soaked wooden skewers.

4.

Braai over medium to hot coals turning frequently until the bacon is crispy and the livers are cooked through.
