A dry rub is a spice mixture that is worked into meat before cooking and can be adapted to fit whatever spices families prefer. It’s also best used on meats that could potentially dry out using a marinade. T-Bone Steak with Spicy Rub 15 minutes

Ingredients 4 Thick Cut T-Bone Steaks 45ml Robertsons Master Blend for Braai Zesty Lemon and Herb 1 Fresh Lemon 45ml Olive Oil
Instructions 1.
Combine Robertsons MasterBlends for Braai Traditional Braai Mix, a good squeeze of lemon juice and a splash of olive oil on a wooden cutting board.

Rub the T-bones into the mixture, coating both sides. Allow to rest for 30 minutes so the flavour can penetrate.

Braai over hot coals for 4 – 6 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
