Rooibos Chilli Soaked Chicken Thighs Ingredients 8 Chicken Thighs For the Marinade: 125 ml Knorr Sweet Chilli Sauce 10 ml Robertsons Ground Coriander 5 ml Robertsons Cayenne Pepper 100 ml Boiling Water Infused with 4 Rooibos teabags (Remove teabags before using) 45 ml Chopped fresh Dhania Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt Robertsons Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions 1. Combine the marinade ingredients together, pour over chicken and marinate for an hour or longer if time allows. 2. Braai chicken over moderate coals turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade for about 30-45 minutes, or until cooked. 3. Serve scattered with fresh coriander leaves and lime wedges if you like.
