Rosemary Garlic Chicken Drums Ingredients 12 Chicken Drumsticks 5 ml Robertsons Garlic Flakes 15 ml Robertsons Rosemary 65 ml Margarine Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Robertsons coarsely ground black pepper to taste
Instructions 1. Use a sharp knife to cut diagonally into the bone of each drumstick. 2. Combine the garlic flakes, Rosemary and margarine. 3. Season with Salt and Pepper 4. Rub into the slashes made by the knife. 5. Rub over the chicken. 6. Braai over medium coals for about 15 - 25 minutes, turning often until cooked through.
