Introduction
The Colors of Success DEI Leadership Award program will improve equity and access by spotlighting the work of leaders in our community who demonstrate excellence in sustained efforts toward advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, directly contribute to DEI related programs, policies, or initiatives that positively impacts the status of a community issue/initiative, and demonstrate commitment to coaching and/or mentoring others in the workplace, or in the community, as it relates to DEI
This award elevates the work that is being done to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplaces, and cements it as a critical area of focus for all businesses By showcasing these leaders and their work, Greater Rochester Chamber is inspiring our nearly 1,300 members and other local businesses to take up the same mantle to improve equity and access in our community.
