Some kitchens have curved unit doors (see plans) • Worktops are made of granite with matching up-stands and splash backs in a light dappled grey. Sinks are under mounted with drainage grooves and modern style curved tap. • Kitchen Appliances: Modern style range cookers, curved glass and stainless steel extractor hoods, integrated fridge (freezers in utility rooms), and integrated dishwasher, all AA rated for efficiency by BECKO. • Utility Room and Appliances: Integrated washer/dryer and freezer, with fitted base cupboards and laminated worktop in neutral tones. • Bath and Shower Rooms: Classic style sanitary ware by Burlington; each house has at least one bathroom and one shower room, some come with storage cupboards (please see plan). All showers come with glass doors and enclosures and shower trays are low-profile for your convenience. • Bathroom Tiles: Large white rectangular tiles are arranged with grey tinted grout in the traditional ‘brick bond’ arrangement. The large floor tiles are in a heavily marbled smooth stone effect; in sandy shades of grey and neutral tones. Tiles are full height in the wet areas and half height elsewhere.

Some wardrobes have split/double hanging to maximise storage space. • Doors, Joinery and Ironmongery: Six panel painted textured wood-grain doors with chrome door handle in a classic/ contemporary style. Doors to lounges and basements are half glazed. The front doors are bespoke; made especially for Burlington Place, with two glazed panels to bring in more light to the entrance hallway. The design is in keeping with the period style of the house and painted in smart black. • Fireplace: Cast iron style wood burning stoves in the lounge of each house, with polished slate hearth-stone and brick lintel. Stoves are by reputable local manufacturer, Charnwood. • Security: All windows and doors are Secured by design; additional coded burglar alarm systems have been fitted to each house.

• Electric and Heating specification: Solar Panels on every roof generates electricity for each homeowner. Energy providers pay the homeowner directly for electricity generated irrespective of usage.
