From the M27, exit at Junction 7 and take the A334 towards Botley/Hedge End. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Tollbar Way (B3342) then continue following the B3342 over a series of five roundabouts (for about a mile) until the landscape changes to countryside and the road becomes Bubb Lane. At the roundabout at the end of Bubb Lane take the first exit onto Botley Road (B3354). After 0.8 miles, at the traffic lights, turn left on to Burnetts Lane, then take the second right into Anson Lane. The Hammerley Farm development is straight ahead.
