Martin has worked with high profile corporations delivering property transactions that satisfy the business need. More recently, the focus has been providing traditional property services to clients across the South Coast. Over the last 20 years Martin has advised occupiers on landmark transactions at Canary Wharf, in the City of London and at Media City. Across the South Coast, Martin is actively involved with The Glenmore Business Park, Chichester Harbour Marine Park, a range of public sector assets, Chichester Food Park and business space for SME’s. Since 1993, I have worked with a diverse range of high profile corporations delivering property solutions that support the business need within strict financial parameters. I joined Henry Adams in 2012 to focus on advising their clients with traditional commercial property interests across the South Coast. In 2015, I pooled my experience and set up Commercial Property Services with the sole objective of helping clients maximise returns from the capital invested in their property interests.
