Looking ahead We’re focused on improving our delivery of new homes across our operating area to meet the needs and aspirations of our communities. Specifically taking steps to concentrate our approach to reduce our carbon footprint in construction including increasing the use of factory-built/offsite manufactured homes and reviewing heating technologies to move away from gas. We’ll continue to do this with our customers front of mind, building homes that not only suit their differing needs, but also ones they can afford to live in.
