前言

Introduction 駿鋒建築有限公司一直與建築師緊密合作，協助他們實現夢想的設計。創立了四十多年的駿鋒，為香港、澳門及國內的多個住宅及商業項目提供多元化的建築工程服務，當中包括外牆鋁板、玻璃欄河、玻璃幕牆、會所、住宅大堂、戲院及醫院等多元項目的精裝修工程，憑藉豐富經驗和優質服務，駿鋒在業界中建立起優良信譽。開業四十年以來，駿鋒曾經承接多項大型工程項目。近年有位於烏溪沙的大型住宅項目〈迎海〉，項目分為五期發展；包括21座提供一至四房單位的住宅大樓。大樓設計別樹一格，外牆及內部裝潢工序較平常更為複雜。駿鋒承接其中多項工程；包括總面積超過 118,000 平方米的外牆鋁覆蓋層和玻璃欄河、共21座升降機大堂的精緻室內裝潢、單位內的廚房和浴室裝飾、兩個佔地廣闊連室內泳池的住客會所、以及屋苑正門車道入口的奪目照明裝置。所有工程項目均要在非常緊迫的時間內完成，除了需要大量物料與人手，更需要有效地管理如此龐大的施工隊伍。

Chun Fung Construction Ltd. has been working closely with architects to help them create their design concepts. Established for more than 40 years, Chun Fung provides diversified construction engineering services for many residential and commercial projects in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Work includes exterior aluminum panels, glass railings, glass curtain walls, clubs, residential lobbies, theater and hospitals. With extensive experience and high-quality services, Chung Fung has established a good reputation in the industry through the delivery of fine decoration projects. Over 40 years, Chun Fung has undertaken a number of large-scale engineering projects. In recent years, there has also been a large-scale residential project, Double Cove, located in Wu Kai Sha. The project is divided into five phases of development; including 21 residential buildings providing one to four-bedroom units. The design of the building is unique, with the exterior walls and interior decoration processes more complicated than usual. Chun Fung undertook many of these projects; including a total area of more than 118,000 square metres of external aluminum cladding and glass railings, 21 lift lobbies with exquisite interior decoration, kitchen and bathroom decoration in flats and two spacious clubhouses with swimming pool. As well the eye-catching lighting at the entrance of the front driveway. All projects had to be completed within a very tight timeframe, in addition to the large amount of materials and manpower required. It was also necessary to effectively manage the large construction team for this prestige project.

除了〈迎海〉之外，駿鋒亦曾參與其他著名項目如嘉亨灣、翔龍灣、尚滙、尚悅、維峯、栢滙、帝滙豪庭、英皇戲院、養和醫院、銀座38、翰林峰、藍塘傲等等的會所及電梯大堂之精裝修工程。多年來，駿鋒與建築公司和承辦商建立起密切關係，因此亦十分了解他們的要求。有時候我們更會直接地與建築師商討他們的設計概念，和他們參觀供應商的生產工廠，這不但能提高工作效率，更能準確地滿足建築師的要求。

In addition to Double Cove, Chun Fung has also participated in many famous projects such as Grand Promenade, Grand Waterfront Plaza, The Gloucester, The Reach, The Hemispheres, Parker33, Wellesley, Emperor Cinemas, HKSH Medical Group, Nathan Hill, Novum West and Alto Residences We provided exquisite decoration works for these clubhouses and elevator lobbies, etc. Over the years, Chun Fung has established close relationships with construction companies and contractors and therefore understands their requirements. Sometimes we will directly discuss the design concepts with architects and visit suppliers’ production factories. This not only improves work efficiency, but allows Chun Fung to accurately meet the architect’s requirements.

L’ Avenue (Shanghai) 上海尚嘉中心坐落於虹橋經濟技術開發區，於 2013 年 6 月全面開業。外立面設計將建築物流線外形從上而下，順著天窗帶到裙房之上。宛如一位身穿白色禮服的優雅貴婦，散發珠光寶氣華貴格調；室內風格則將源自東方的延綿禪意與法式悠閑絕佳結合，豁然開朗又不乏驚艷細節，充分顯示尚嘉中心的高端品牌形象。尚嘉中心的建築主體設計已榮獲由美國綠色建築協會(USGBC)頒發的“能源與環境設計（LEED）”金級預認證，標志著這一建築可持續環保的高標準。 L’Avenue is located in the Shanghai Hongqiao Development Zone and was opened in June 2013. The façade design is a unique, streamlined shape that runs from the top of the building in a curved form, allowing light to flood the podium. Just like an elegant lady in a white dress, exuding jewels and a luxurious style; the interior style combines the extended Zen from the East with French artistry. The façade fully conveys the high-end brand image of L’Avenue. 新濠天地水舞間 City of Dreams Dancing Water Theatre

水舞間擁有世上最大的商用泳池之一，容水量大約 3,700,000 加侖（14,000立方米）。圓形270度劇院有一中央舞台，直徑約 25 米，四周傾斜座位圍繞著三個方向，可容納多達 2,000 位觀眾，包括 V.I.P. 70 個座位。劇院舞台上有一個 40 米高的鋼桁架空間（淨 30 米），為演出的雜技表演提供足夠高度。 Dancing Water Theatre has one of the largest commercial pools in the world, holding approximately 3,700,000 US gallons (14,000 m3) of water. There is a central stage in the 270-degree theatre which has a diameter of approximately 25 metres, surrounded by sloped seating on three sides containing 2,000 seats, inclusive of V.I.P. section of 70 seats. Hard Rock 酒店 (現稱迎尚酒店），是新濠天地項目內的其中一座酒店，於 2009 年 6 月 1 日開幕，它是澳門首座圓形建築。酒店提供約 380 間客房，包括標準大床客房、高級雙床客房、景緻套房及尊緻套房。 Hard Rock Hotel (now known as The Countdown Hotel), is one of the hotels in the City of Dreams project which opened on June 1, 2009. It is the first circular building in Macau.
