A conversion of a former 1960’s office building to provide modern City Centre apartments in the heart of Canterbury close to the West Station. The building was completely refurbished and re-clad in a contemporary rain screen system that incorporated a terracotta tile that has a similar colour to the traditional peg tile found locally.

We acquired this property fully refurbished following its destruction by a fire in 2002. The property is situated in a busy lane in the city centre and is let as a traditional public house.
