MEET ASHLEY KISTLER
Welcome to Rollins!
We are thrilled that your student will continue their academic journey with us this fall and over the next four years. We know that the high-quality liberal arts education your student will receive at Rollins will help them to become global citizens and responsible leaders and foster a passion for lifelong learning. Our academic programs will encourage your student to ask important questions about the world, expand their worldviews, and develop a thirst for knowledge. Through our innovative Rollins Foundations in Liberal Arts general education curriculum, students are broadly educated to see the world through the lens of diverse academic fields, including the natural sciences, humanities, social sciences, and expressive arts, and enhance their critical thinking and written communication skills. Our amazing faculty are dedicated to guiding our students throughout every step of their academic pursuits through individual mentoring, academic advising, and collaborative research. These close connections forged between students and faculty are one of the hallmarks of a Rollins education and persist long after graduation.
On behalf of the faculty of the College of Liberal Arts and the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts team, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Rollins. We are here to assist you and your students in any way that we can, and I look forward to meeting you this fall.

MEET DONNA LEE
Greetings, parents, families, and supporters of Rollins!
Congratulations, and welcome to Rollins College! On behalf of the Division of Student Affairs, I am excited about the arrival of the incoming Class of 2027 and look forward to embarking upon this journey together. I am delighted to have this opportunity to welcome each of you - you have loved, cared for, supported, and guided your student - into this extraordinary family. Having been in your shoes myself not too long ago, I am keenly aware of the emotions and feelings you may be experiencing as you prepare to send your student to college.
I can assure you that all of us here at Rollins are committed to our students’ well-being and ensuring that every student feels that Rollins is a second home. This journey you are about to step out on will be an important one for you and your student, and as your student grows and emerges into the person they are to become, there may be moments of challenge along the way. It is important to remember that it is in these moments that great growth can happen, and through these moments, know that you are part of a community that will support your student and you through this journey. You are our full partners in facilitating the success of your student. I encourage you to get involved and attend Rollins events on campus and in your home region because involvement will strengthen your relationship with the College and enrich your experience as part of the Rollins community.
Fiat Lux and again, welcome to the Rollins community!

LIFE AT ROLLINS
Promoting well-being and student success: At Rollins, we focus on the 9 Dimensions of Wellness, including physical, emotional, social, occupational, creative, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, and financial, to enhance the well-being of all students. The student-faculty relationship is key to students making the most of their liberal arts education and helps students chart a path to explore all of the great offerings Rollins provides.

Get Involved!
Your student can get involved in leadership and community engagement opportunities, student organizations, attend rec. sports classes, engage in student diversity spaces or explore religious and spiritual life opportunities.

INCLUSION & BELONGING 10
Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core to the mission of Rollins. We understand that each individual is unique and recognize and celebrate what we contribute to the community. This includes the holistic being of a student, and we honor the experiences of historically excluded groups, including dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, visible and invisible abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies. We also recognize employers are looking for a culturally competent workforce, so we do our part to build students’ capacity to work effectively across differences.
Student Organizations
We work closely with the students of leading identity-based student organizations to create meaningful programming and social opportunities.
Learn more about identity-based student organizations.
Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives
Our programming and curriculum around diversity, equity, and inclusion are woven into the fabric of the institution. Ranging from academic courses, exhibits at the Rollins Museum of Art, Annie Russell Theatre or the Olin Library, our literary podcast “Let’s Get LITerary,” trainings and workshops, culture and heritage month celebrations, opportunities to learn and grow at Rollins are endless.

PARENT & FAMILY GIVING
“It is my pleasure and privilege as co-chair of the Parents & Family Council to welcome you to Rollins! I look forward to getting to know you and your families and hope that you will join us in supporting the P&FC. Rollins holds a very special place in my family’s heart. I graduated from Rollins in 1987 and my son, Cas, has chosen to follow in my footsteps in the Class of 2025. I invite you to join us in championing this generation of Tars!”
Established in 1963, the Parents & Family Council (P&FC) is a leadership philanthropic giving circle that supports the College in building a strong, involved, and informed parent community, while sharing a collective parent ‘voice’ to senior administration. In addition to making an annual financial contribution, Council members keep others informed about campus events and current topics in their respective communities and, when able, provide crucially important internship and job opportunities with students.
If you are interested in joining the Parents & Family Council or learning more about giving at Rollins, contact Jacque Willever, Director of Parent & Family Giving, at jlparker@rollins.edu or call 407-646-2414.
