Part of what makes Rollins such a vibrant and renowned learning community is the international perspective incorporated into our environment. Students who come to Rollins from around the world make up a significant and valued segment of our campus dynamics. There are currently more than 200 international students who attend Rollins from countries throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Caribbean, South Pacific Islands, and Latin America. A number of faculty and staff are also citizens of various countries. In celebration of the international diversity of our campus community, we proudly display representative flags in Skillman Hall, a dining area of the Cornell Campus Center.

The Office of International Student and Scholar Services helps our international students acclimate to the U.S. academic and social cultures through an intensive orientation and various other programs. The office acts as a resource center for students, faculty and administrators by encouraging and supporting the enrollment of international students at Rollins. The office advises students on immigration and employment regulations, legal rights and responsibilities, health insurance, financial matters, adjustment to Central Florida and the U.S., and personal concerns. The International Student Organization, one of over 140 campus organizations and clubs, provides peer support to international students and hosts exciting activities throughout the year.

Rollins is consistently ranked the #1 Regional University in the South by U.S. News & World Report and is placed among the top comprehensive universities in the U.S. by Time, Forbes, The Princeton Review, Peterson’s Competitive Colleges, and Barron’s Profiles of American Colleges.

Rollins is ranked among the top 25 colleges in the country for study abroad student participation. We continue to be a leader in the field by providing a number of outstanding study abroad opportunities for our students.
