Gross floor area: 2258 m2 Use area: 1875 m2 Plot area: 2,6 hectares Concept: The Community center is intended for day care of children and meetings of Muslim community of Logan City. Most part of the plot obtained nature conservation status due to wetlands virgin forest. Division of boys and girls is the main key design feature of the project. This design supposes maximal use of daylighting and natural wind ventilation, and represents remote motives of Turkish traditional architecture via facade solutions.
