All sizes 20g mini/40g/ 60g Semi-ďŹ nished products: European quality tart shells (sweet & savoury) in 5 sizes, pizza bases, tortillas & puff pastry. US-English bakery: Including Danish butter cookies & mufďŹ ns, cup cakes, English fruit cakes, scones, sweet buns & tea cakes, Chicago & NY cheesecakes (100% Danish cream cheese). Our cake range includes 65 classics, & we are happy to customise. Gourmet conserves & preserves: (Minimum real fruit content 50%) including strawberry conserve, & a wide variety of tropical fruit preserves & chutneys. Available soon: Real fruit syrups that are better than French imports for drinks & cocktails in bars & cafes. All products available blast frozen, par-baked, or fresh for certain lines. We can custom make any bakery item.
