Five «S» for purity in the workplace «CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS» is a famous Indian saying. However, in our time, purity can be used not only in the spiritual, but also in the corporate sphere. Purity in the workplace is the employees’ health, high efficiency and quality of work. Therefore, in Kusum, India it was decided to adopt the rule of «Five «S», that is, five pillars of purity: The implementation of the 5S methodology gives a number of advantages to the enterprise: • Reduction of the time spent for finding small items and reduction of the number of errors. • Increase of the safety of production and increase of the available space. • Reduction of the exploitation costs and time. • Improvement of the product quality and work efficiency.

• Sort: all items not involved in current operations should be kept separately. • S et in order: arrange the necessary items so that they are convenient to use and easy to find. • S hine: clean your workplace every day. • S tandardize: the first three points should make a whole. • S ustain: the right things should be done regularly. CYCLE MEETING OF «KUSUM» FIELD FORCE IN KAZAKHSTAN From January 21 to January 24, a cycle meeting in Almaty for the entire field force of the company «Kusum» in the Republic of Kazakhstan was held. The main purpose of the meeting was to summarize the results of the past 2018, to discuss the plans for the 1st cycle of 2019 and the actions to launch new products: Zolopent, Domrid and Semlopin. In order to present information on the medical part of the new products in the most vivid and intelligible way, authoritative speakers were invited – Kaybullaeva Jamila Akhtanovna (Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Gastroenterologist of the Highest Category) and Atarbayeva Vaziliya Shakentaevna (Doctor of Medicine, Cardiologist, Head of the Department of Cardiology and Rheumatology of Higher School of Education and Science). The festive party was conceived in the Indian style, but what kind of India is without dances and songs? Our Kazakh colleagues were up to par and prepared creative speeches on the theme of the evening, not leaving anyone indifferent. Moreover, the matter did not stop with songs and dances alone – among other things, the employees prepaired a movie to present at this fascinating evening! And, what a party is without prizes and awards? The zing of the corporate holiday was two award ceremonies: awarding field officers of Almaty and Kostanay with certificates of honour for 100% fulfilment of MAIN FEATURE

MAHA KUMBH MELA IS HINDU FOR «GREAT FEAST OF THE JUG» Kumbh Mela or Kumbha Mela is a mass pilgrimage of faith in which Hindus gather to worship and bathe in a sacred river. In general, Kumbh Mela is celebrated once in every 6 years, but since its venue wanders between four cities, it turns out that it is actually celebrated once in 3 years. Depending on the frequency, it is divided into three varieties. The most common ones are Ardh Kumbh Mela (once in 6 years) and Kumbh Mela itself, sometimes also called Purna Kumbh Mela (purna means full), which is celebrated once in every 12 years in Allahabad. And only after 12 full Kumbh Melas comes the Great Kumbh Mela. The 2011 Kumbh Mela was the largest gathering of people with over 75 million pilgrims. The gathering was so huge that the crowd was visible from space.

From 1985 to 2003, I performed on the stage many times as a club member. After 2003, I did not sing at a stage as often, but I used to sing at family and official events. I have been singing for two years using the SMULE mobile app. It allows you to sing solo, a duet, and a group, listen to other performers, put likes, comment, etc. As a rule, I sing at SMULE several times a week. MYANMAR The restrained beauty of the women of Myanmar is sung by poets, but it is unlikely that poets could crack the secret of their smooth and elastic skin (and without a secret it is hardly possible to maintain the elasticity of the skin under the scorching sun). And we know! Women of all ages in Myanmar use Tanaka wood powder, which is a natural UV filter, has antibacterial properties, helps the skin retain moisture, tightens pores, regulates oily skin and protects against inflammation. Most often, Myanmar uses a slurry of powder mixed with water – It is applied to the face in the form of a mask, and not solid, but with patterns. It turns out to be both decoration and protection.

UZBEKISTAN If the beauty’s eyes are precious stones, then eyebrows and eyelashes are the setting for these jewels. In Uzbekistan, this setting is traditionally paid special attention, and the secret of bushy and black eyebrows of the local women is the plant named dyer’swood. The juice of this plant is a natural dye and hair growth stimulator. It is curious that the colour of freshly squeezed juice is green, but then it darkens and turns black. The application of dyer’swood is a kind of female ritual: friends gather together, squeeze juice onto the bottom of inverted bowls, drink tea, chat about everything in the world and, of course, beautify themselves.

KAZAKHSTAN Natural beauty is unthinkable without natural cosmetic treatments, and in Kazakhstan they know a lot about it!
