A stone from a place I have never been
“The stillness of stone and the effervescence of thought”
CONCEPT
Stones— unassming, elementary fragments of matter—are elevated and transformed into the substance of thought, reinterpreted on paper.
Drawing emerges as an idea taking form, acquiring an almost material quality: the magma of thought that, through the tenderness of touch, reconstructs an object as a metaphor for its movement. It is thought captured in the burning instant of its genesis.

EXHIBITION JOURNEY
“A stone...” proposes a dialogue between drawings and their counterparts: the embossings. Created using letterpress, these pieces present the stones’ titles/poems, preserving their form and revealing what has shaped them..
The stones, small in scale compared to the drawings, invite a more intimate encounter within the exhibition.
The fanzine expands the exhibition’s universe in another format, providing context and offering visitors the chance to take a piece of the experience with them.

FANZINE
I work from intuition, weaving my art from myself, from my own substance. I conceive the image as a whole, unconfined by the conventional divisions of technique—as gateways into my world, as trajectories that allow transformation.
I also perceive them as objects of an intimate universe, as substances that reside within my memories and longings—containers of moments torn from time, holding both the traces of the past and the possibilities of the future.
I situate myself within the legacy and ideals of Romanticism, close to the quiet perception of the Victorian era. My images invite an exploration of beauty, a search for the meaning within form, a discovery of its strength, its fragility, and the depth of its significance.
