The Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Pastoral Blog Pastor Ronnie D. Joyner, D.Min.

This is my 40th year in the Ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ, I am led to offer this Biblical FrameWork to offset the fallout from the Recession and now the Sequestration. It is a Work of Commanded Action: THE Commanded ACTION: Positioning the People of God in a Revelation 3:10 Posture ~ 'Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth' NIV.

What kind of 'hour of trial' will be released in 2014? Gerald Celente offers his Top Ten Trends in his Trends Journal, check them out here: http://www.lewrockwell.com/2013/12/gerald-celente/top10-trends-for-2014%E2%80%A8/. Let me suggest A PLACE OF POSITIONING ~ John 1:29-51 is the place of positioning. Meditation and my prayers have produced THIS exegetical framework which reflect what I believe will become a practice for many in the Reviving Foundational Spirit of Acts 2:45 and Acts 4:32-35 ~ "They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need" NIV and Acts 4:32-35 "All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in 'them all' that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need" NIV. These passages

echo the content and vision of Koinonia. Koinonia describes the inner life of the community or fellowship as evidenced by the Early Church. It defined the spiritual behavior among them. Cain Felder, Professor of New Testament and Languages at Howard University, says that "Luke describes a socio-economic ideal that would rival the best at

Qumran, or among the Therapeutae of ancient Egypt." The Essenes, those living in Qumran and a "covenant community" believed that they constituted the "Israel of God," the spiritual seed of Abraham (Rom. 9:4-23; 11:5) or the remnant which preserved "the faith which was once delivered unto the saints" (Jude 3). Those of the Therapeutae were monks who studied the Laws and oracles of God that they might be preserved until the coming of the Messiah. The Essenes were the faith preservers of what later would be called Christianity. The key theme which characterized the life within this intertestamental fellowship was their belief. Their belief bridged the gap between the Old and New Testament and laid the spiritual ground work for the internal life within the New Testament Christian Church. Acts 2 and the succeeding images which reflect the uniqueness of Koinonia serve as a basis of Cooperative Economics. (Breaking Free From Financial Bondage, Ronnie D. Joyner, p.84 2012)

What is the guiding belief in this Biblical Framework? Let's review the phrase, 'to lift John1:29-51 up to God'. It is in the Spirit of Jesus lifting the two fish and five barley loaves up to Him. As the result was, the two fish and five loaves became enough to feed more than 5000 excluding the women and children, Matthew 14:13-21. I must admit, the more I have raised John 1:29-51 up to Him, the more my hope of relief for individuals and families has evolved. John 6:28, 29 provides balance to this practice of belief by adding the work required, it says, "Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?” Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.” The ministry of Jesus is "Belief in Action". An example we lift is John 1:29-51. When reviewed, the first four disciples of Jesus came out of Bethsaida, Andrew, Simon (Peter), Philip and Nathaniel. These four men are biological family members in the case of Andrew and Simon (Peter) and neighborhood friends as in the case Philip and Nathaniel. The Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry will be our textbook for bringing families and neighborhoods together. As you know, a textbook does not take the place of the Bible, but is a commentary and reflection upon the context. What I have seen in John 1:29-51 bore exegetical and hermeneutical revelations to bring transformation for our times.

Let's be clear, the Educational, Evangelistic and Economic Empowerment contained in The Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry (Textbook, DVD and Lessons in Family Development) contain a 12 Month Curriculum which celebrates the themes of Biblical Jubilee, Leviticus 25:1-55, Deuteronomy 15:1-18, Isaiah 61:1,2 and Luke 4:16-21. I believe the church, partnering with the appropriate 'community help agencies' must pool their resources to bring relief to the new economic trouble spots within the community. In my own Hampton Roads Community, the classified ads have added advertising space for persons, business and city governments to sell precious prized items to save homes and families. Such items as cars, trucks, motorcycles, contents of storage spaces and expanded notices of Trustee Sales predominately for Foreclosures fill these pages. A Revitalizing Educational Ministry under the Biblical Authority of John 1:29-51 will release the Education in the Spirit of Jesus to meet the needs of those being affected by the Recession, Sequestration, Foreclosure, and Unemployment. The Monthly Jubilee Tuition Seeds sown into the fertile soil of this Educational, Evangelistic and Economic Empowerment Venture will produce a great harvest of educational, evangelistic and financial renewal. We have partnered with the Samuel Dewitt Procter School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA. Through their Empowerment Track, we will be awarding Continuing Education Units to each one who enrolls in the program and meet the CEU Requirements. This biblical framework is focused on helping an enrollee obtain the best of what transformation can provide and surpasses the 'strained and afflicted' lifestyle caused by being 'poor and needy'. Who are the 'poor and needy'? Those living in these strained and afflicted conditions today are borne out by The US Census Bureau. The Bureau recently reported that the poverty rate -- the percentage of people living in poverty -- is at about 13.2 percent, this computes to about 39.8 million Americans are

3

living in poverty. The government defines poverty as earning an annual income of $22,025 for a family of four, $17,163 for a family of three and $14,051 for a family of two. Out of a U.S. population of 309,162,581 39.8 million Americans live in poverty, this computes to 1 out of every 8 persons in America are living in poverty. Here's a collection of pictures depicting the poor in America and beyond. I would hasten to say, many of us either live with or are in the neighborhood of someone who is dealing with poverty. It is also conjectured that the other seven persons are not out of the woods. The Brookings Institution reported that in Hampton Roads, the number of poor living in suburbs grew 25% from 2000 to 2011. In real numbers from 68,202 to 85,513 - (ConfrontingSuburbanPoverty.org). On top of this 'new normal' many were trying to wrap their heads around - then comes the Sequestration. Huffington Post recently published how sequestration is affecting many in our communities, you can read the article here > http://huff.to/XFK6f4. Many have wondered, is there a lifeline? Many governmental programs are affected. Many of my members who are civil servants have gotten notice of furloughs for up to 11 days which represent about half of the 22 days that can legally be imposed in a year and also about half the number which had been originally planned. Many churches are facing foreclosures daily in addition to their members dealing with juggling between foreclosure and bankruptcy. What is the response of the Church in this instance? I believe the Voice and Power of the Church is still under the Lord's Anointing. We have a digital copy of The Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry Booklet (Textbook) and I can share it with you in the Voice of John the Baptist. Additionally, you do know Jesus' titles includes 'Rabbi or Teacher' and one of the great instructive words from Him to each of us is 'learn of me', Matthew 11:28-30. "Learn of Me" calls us to dig deep in the Word of God for answers from God. The Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry and its Institute is a learning process which focuses on John the Baptist, Jesus and according to John, the first four disciples of Jesus -'The next day John was there again with two of his disciples. When he saw Jesus passing by, he said, “Look, the Lamb of God! When the two disciples heard him say this, they followed Jesus' John 1:35-37 NIV.

Follow this John the Baptist Principle and Introduce Andrew and Philip to The Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry and It's Institute.

4

This Introduction gives them access to the Education of the ministry and its Institute - the 44 Page Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Booklet and the 98 page Lessons In Family Development are outgrowths of the seed of God released in Pastor Joyner. View the 45 min. Video Presentation which highlights the Priestly Anointing into which you are entering that undergirds this ministry. For the learning process we gain from Jesus, we refer to John 1:38, 39 - "Turning around, Jesus saw them following and asked, 'What do you

want?' They said, 'Rabbi' (which means 'Teacher'), 'where are you staying?' 'Come,' he replied, and you will see" NIV. When Jesus 'turned around' His posture matched His question, 'what do you want?' While it is a broad open ended question, the response from these two young men narrows the options to 'where Jesus is staying'. Jesus' answer opens the door to a location for conversation with the Invitational Words, 'Come and See'. For Year of Jubilee Family Legacy purposes we Invite you to an entrepreneurial location with family in mind, we refer you to a setting where you learn more about becoming a Legacy-preneur here is the John/Matthew Generation textbook > Actions of Healthy Leaders and Families also referred to as Legacy Preneurial Training (L.P.T.) This 45 page booklet is the longer CEU Training. Pages 30, 31 of the Year of Jubilee booklet has a shorter training which challenges you as well, both share the Kingdom perspective of leadership - in the church and family.

The Education of the Family Legacy Ministry and its Institute ignites Evangelism and guides you in Building a 12 Member Evangelistic/Discipleship Team. Jesus had a 12 Member Evangelistic/Discipleship Team, He is our model. Notice the personal affect of His posture and person as He follows the "finding" platform of Andrew and crystallizes an awaited passion in Simon (Peter), "One of the two who heard John speak, and followed him, was Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother. He first found his brother Simon, and said to him, “We have found the Messiah” (which means Christ). He brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him, and said, “So you are Simon the son of John? You shall be called Cephas (which means Peter or A Stone") John 1:40-42 RSV. Biological brothers and sisters

must be brought to Christ and Christ be permitted to reveal 'the unknown fortune' of finding themselves in Him. Note the action of the other disciple that followed Jesus, Philip. His ministry ignites that of a 'discipling evangelist', it reaches into the neighborhood, The next day Jesus decided to go to Galilee. And he found Philip and said to him, “Follow me.” Now Philip was from Beth-sa′ida, the city of Andrew and Peter. Philip found Nathan′a-el, and said to him, “We have found him

5

of whom Moses in the law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.” Nathan′a-el said to him, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him, “Come and see.” Jesus saw Nathan′a-el coming to him, and said of him, “Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!” Nathan′a-el said to him, “How do you know me?” Jesus answered him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.” Nathan′ael answered him, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!” Jesus answered him, “Because I said to you, I saw you under the fig tree, do you believe? You shall see greater things than these.” And he said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, you will see heaven opened, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man” John 1:43-51 RSV.

Ministry to these four is primary in this ministry. I have provided a chart on the next page which describes the Development Process, it starts with the Andrew Generation thru the Matthias Generation. Note the anointed tentacles of such an inreach and empowering outreach. Through it, we are seeking to curb the dismay of our times described by Dr. William A. Jones in his book, God in the Ghetto, where he says, "too many of us are living in 'a sick sociology based on a faulty anthropology which emanates from a false theology'". To that end, Jubilee must be practiced, and when it is, it must provide enabling content. Maria Harris suggests that this Jubilee Content include: kerygma ~ proclaiming the Word of Jesus' life, death and resurrection; didache ~ the activity of teaching; leiturgia ~ the power of worship; koinonia ~ the fellowship of community and diakonia ~ caring for those in need. These five areas are covered in The Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry and Institute. The tuition is $600 for the year, but paid in $50 Per Month Jubilee Seeds (Luke 6:35; I Timothy 5:18; Hebrews 11:6) to the LegacyPreneurs who help grow the Institute. Performance based rewards is our prime measure to provide incentives in this ministry for the growth of the Institute and the building of your family legacy. It is in this segment of the ministry that we utilize the Monthly $50 Jubilee Tuition Seed for Economic Empowerment. We Start with The Andrew Generation: Review the Introductory Set and if you feel the leading of the Lord Enroll. Next, Sow your first $50 Jubilee Tuition Seed, Complete the (Short L.P.T. on page 32,33 in the Family Legacy Booklet) - $25 goes to the Family Legacy Ministry and $25 goes into Your Jubilee Account. You have begun, now follow the textual instruction and watch your Philip Generation open 'Next Day' Educational, Evangelistic and Economic Empowerment!

The Philip Generation: Following the John the Baptist Principle, Introduce the Family Legacy Ministry & Institute to Andrew and Philip. Let them review the Introductory Set, listen to or view a copy of the DVD, the 6-6:30am Priesthood of Prayer Morning Devotional or review a copy of the Dr. Ronnie D. Joyner Daily, all part of our daily media content. After this initial Introduction, let them honor the John 1:35-39 Invitation, Come and See by reviewing and complete the Legacy Preneurial Training (L.P.T.) on pages 30-31. Once completed they sow their $50 Jubilee Tuition Seed, wherein $25 from Andrew and $25 from Philip will go to the Family Legacy Ministry/Institute and $25 from both of them go into Your Jubilee Account. (You now have $75 in your account, see the chart below). From this point on you can remain an enrollee, but Growth in the Ministry/Institute is occasioned by the new Enrollees who wish to become Legacy-Preneurs. Following the John the Baptist Principle, your first Andrew enrollee follows the John the Baptist Principle and extend the Lamb's Invitation of Come and See to Alice and Patricia.

Generation Total Disciples Total Jubilee Rewards Andrew (1) 1 $ 25.00 Philip (2) 3 $ 75.00 Peter (3) 7 $ 175.00 Nathanial (4) 15 $ 375.00 James (5) 31 $ 775.00 John (6) 63 $ 1,575.00 Matthew (7) 127 $ 3,175.00 Thomas (8) 255 $ 6,375.00 James (9) 511 $ 12,775.00 Simon (10) 1023 $ 25,575.00 Judas (11) 2047 $ 51,175.00 Matthias (12) 4095 $ 102,375.00

Philip, your second enrollee, following the John the Baptist Principle, extend the Lamb's Invitation of Come and See to Albert and Phyllis. For Alice and Patricia, life ahead has 'Great Promise'. In the same spirit, life ahead for Albert and Phyllis is also filled with 'Great Promise', v.50,51. After filling out their enrollment papers and sowing their $50 Jubilee Tuition Seeds, the Your Family Legacy and Making Disciples Training begins for these four. ~Your Evangelistic and Jubilee Reward growth is evident by $25 going to You from Alice, Patricia, Albert and Phyllis and $25 from each of them to the Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry. From the chart above you have entered the Peter Generation and will generate $175 monthly while impacting 7 new persons with this Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry and its Institute. Education, Evangelism and Economic Empowerment continues to the Matthias Generation with the potential of impacting thousands with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and creating economic empowerment for families at the same time, this is an extremely Empowering way to generate an income so we can build for Kingdom Purposes and create

7

Positive Family Legacies. The chart above forecasts the potential. It is potential which will literally impact lives through the Kingdom of God and simultaneously impact the kingdom of this world with unseen salvation proportions. We yearn for such a/the day, "The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign forever and ever.” Rev. 11:15 NIV.  

Note: Press forward in the authority of Matthew 28:18-20. The Family Legacy Keys: The Mentoring and Modeling Ministry of Andrew and his work with Simon (John 1:40,41), additionally with Philip and his work with Nathaniel (John 1:45,46) are so important. Such ministry is key 'follow up' to the initial Introductory and Invitational ministry as we maintain all Growth through the Anointed Ministry of The Lamb, (John 1:51). In this Anointed 'Next Day' example, God will lead us by the use of His Word into answers over recession, sequestration, unemployment, bankruptcy and even foreclosure! He now enables us to be built as a New Covenant Community bearing the results of an Educational, Evangelistic and Empowering Economy!

What's keeping you from getting started today? The Word of God is our only Hope! E-mail me and let's move into Our 'Next Day' ~ RonnieD.Joyner@gmail.com

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” Matthew 28:18-20 NIV.
