Colores del Sol is a new wine, which delivers a higher level of Argentine Malbec. It is sourced exclusively from the Luján de cuyo vineyard district within Mendoza, South America’s most prestigious wine-growing region. This vineyard is amongst the highest, driest, and sunniest in the world, at elevations reaching 3,500 feet. The Domaine de Valmoissine is located on the site of the ancient monastery and university of Valmoissine at 1500 feet abovesea level, which guarantees sunshine during the summermonths, whilst remaining cool and limits the possibility of spring frost. The grapes are entirely handpickedbefore being fermented in stainless steel tanks. Mas de la Dame, or “farm of the women” is owned by Anne Poniatowski and Caroline Missasoffe who have redefined the potential of this ancient terroir. The breathtaking 16th.century estate is situated in Les Baux de Provence, a charming medieval village atop a rocky outcrop in southern France. 100% hand-harvested and aged for 15 months.
The 70-acre estate is nestled in Oregon’s WillametteValley, surrounded by a hill chain of volcanic origin. The aroma is therefore defined by earth and forest floor, mushroom and moss. This sustainably grown Pinot was aged for 11-months in French oak after it was gently destemmed and cold soaked. Celebrated for its hot sunny climate, historic monuments and rich culinary tradition, Sicily has been producing rich flavored and full-bodied wines since Greek and Roman times. The Arancio winery was constructed to make quality single-varietal wines and is equipped with cutting-edge machinery.
Maysara Pinot Noir. McMinnville, OR 2007. Biodynamic. Red raspberries, soft tannins, white pepper.

BeroniaCrianza 2007, Rioja, Spain. Traditional style Tempranillo blend, voluptuous, toast, nice spice

This is the inaugural bottling for Starry Night. 2010 Lake County Terre Vermeille vineyard proved an ideal location in the gravelly iron rich soil at a 1,200 foot elevation above Clear Lake. By allowing the grapes to fully develop this 100% Cab Franc has rich fruit drive flavors of raspberry, blueberry, and cassis along with aromas of violets and pepper. Cabernet Franc is a parent grape of Cabernet Sauvignon and is often blended with Cabernet Sauvignon to make Bordeaux-style wines. Enjoy this wine with Beef, Pork, Lamb, and hearty pasta dishes. A bold new Cabernet Sauvignon “from the Colorado land”. The name Colterris was derived by combining a three letter abbreviation of Colorado“Col” with the Latin word “terris” meaning from the land. This estate blend combines grapes from the Huerhuero & Jardine vineyards located in the rolling hills of Paso Robles, where warm afternoons and cool evening breezes guide the grapes to perfect ripeness. The varieties used in this blend are very unique to Paso Robles and California’s Central Coast. The Vermentino and Verdelho have responded extremely well to the Huerhuero Vineyard. A blend of stainless and oak fermentation, this is a crisp, refreshing glass of wine. Chardonnay makes the most well known white wines in the world. The grapes for Saintsbury come from Carneros in Napa Valley, a region perfectly suited by climate and soils. The result is a flavorful wine fermented and aged in oak that is not oaky with lots of fruit on the nose and the palate, but not a fruit bomb. From the “Seattle of Spain” comes this harmonious Albarino, produced at the winery of Marisol Bueno from a plot located in the higher part of the estate with sandy subsoil, which enables the fruit to reach excellent ripeness levels. Making top quality wines has always been Marisol Bueno’s passion, and for the last 21 years she has shown an ability to get the best out of an ambitious team and produces some of the best white wine in Spain. All the grapes are picked by hand and aged in stainless steel tanks. The “Wine Advocate” gave this wonderful Albarino 93 pts. The Argentine “hotness” from the Famatina Valley. Always crisp and light, ready for any occasion. In 1890 Carl Gunterloch founded the estate by investing his fortune into the top vineyard sites of the “Rote Hang” area (“Red Slope era”) in the Rheinhessen appellation. Over the past decade, the 5th generation, Fritz and Agnes Hasselback, have brought the estate to world class level earning 3 times a perfect 100 point score for the TBA dessert wines.

Segura Viudas dates back to the 11th century. Yet it wasn’t until 1945 when Sr. Segura purchased the medieval farmhouse known as Can Esbert and built a state-of-the-art facility that includes five levels of subterranean wine cellars. Segura Viudas has earned many honors over the past five decades, including being named “Winery of the Year” by Wine & Spirits magazine. Lunetta, which means “Little Moon” in Italian, is produced from handpicked grapes vinified at Cavit’s prevailing sparkling wine facility in the northern region of Trentino. Dry and light to medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a long finish. The Muscato grape is Piedmont’s signature white grape and responsible for some very dazzling sparkling wines. This Rose is made with white and red Muscat grapes. Immediately after harvest the grapes are pressed and obtained, filtered and chilled at a very low temperature to ensure the fragrant perfume.

This wine is 100% Melon de Bourgogne with vines averaging 50 plus years old. The soil is composed of schist and mica over a base of granite. Grapes are handpicked while the wine is fermented with indigenous yeast in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This wine is bottled after seven months sur lie. Höpler Winery is located on 106 acres in the inspiring Pannonia climate, which entails cold winters with little snow, along with very with very hot and humid summers. They also receive the highest amount of sunshine in Central Europe, up to 2,000 hours a year! Their vineyards are located on the hill country-side with a mix of different soils including; clay, limestone, gravel and pre-historic rocks that remain some of the oldest growing areas in Burgenland. Grüner Veltiner is also known as the national grape varietal of Austria. Joseph Phelps Vineyards founded his estate winery and vineyard in 1974. The 2009 Sauvignon Blanc was grown in Spring Valley Ranch outside St Helena. The 2009 season was cool overall compared to the previous nine years. The cool growing season flawlessly captured the fruit and floral aromatics and focused acidity. The Mer Soleil Vineyard first developed in 1988 was named for the two natural forces that create its growing conditions: sea (mer) and sun (soleil). This Chardonnay was grown in selected blocks of the Mer Soleil Vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands of Monterey County. They harvest the grapes when just fully ripe, their gold color hued with green, expressing clean aromas of the Chardonnay fruit and firm acidity. The grapes fermented in stainless steel. This small, family owned Estate named their wines Buty as a direct reflection of the landscape that grows the vines. The first five years Buty winery was in operations it was only ran by the two owners, Caleb and Nina Foster. This crisp blend contains 65% Semillon, 27% Sauvignon Blanc and 8% Muscadelle. All fruit was fully shaded from the summer sun, unlike most fruit grown in cool climate vineyards. The Semillon grew in sandy soils on vines planted in 1982 while the Sauvignon Blanc grew in sand-loan soils on vines planted in 1997. Named “Best Chardonnay in the World” at the Gault Millau World Wine Olympics in France. The Trefethen Family continues their 30-year tradition of excellence making Chardonnay, their most popular white wine. The Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley provides the perfect growing area for the chardonnay with well-drained, loam soils and marine-influenced climate to create grapes with rich balanced flavors. The 2009 vintage had consistently mild weather resulting in stress-free vines, long grape hang times and fruit with finely developed flavors at lower-than-normal sugar levels.
