The Joles Group Lease Up Lease Up Fee: 6% of lease term with a one year minimum. Fee is paid through the initial collection of rent and security deposit. If the tenant vacates before the end of one year, they are responsible for a prorate of the fee paid to The Joles Group.

Vignette staging if home is vacant.

Showings to all perspective tenants.

Screen tenants utilizing the following: Credit check Verify past rental history of last 2 landlords Photo id Pay stubs Verify current job status Bank statements Owner has final say on who they rent to.
