Here’s a simple yet elegant menu for a high tea party that will impress your guests with its simplicity and charm.

CUCUMBER TEA SANDWICHES

Thinly sliced cucumber on white bread with herbed cream cheese. Cut into finger sandwiches.

SMOKED SALMON PINWHEELS
