Gauteng Gambling Board COO, Edward Lalumbe Passes Away Edward Lalumbe, a respected and liked member of the African gaming fratenity has passed away. Edward, who held the position of Chief Operations Officer of the Gauteng Gambling Board, and his wife Sundrie tragically lost their lives in a traffic accident on 16 June 2019. “MR LALUMBE had been a valued Executive Member of our team since the inception of the Gauteng Gambling Board in the new democratic dispensation, and will be dearly missed. Please keep the Lalumbe family in yor thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time,” said Steven Ngubeni, CEO of the Gauteng Gambling Board in making the tragic announcement. A memorial service will be held on 27 June 2019 at 12:00 at Time Square Casino, 209 Amarist Ave, Pretoria.
