TuffTask 1

Team to carry an empty beer barrel then a 20 kg log around start field. Jump over the fire pit and crawl through a picnic bench. Finally collect 5â&#x20AC;&#x2122; fence post to carry round the course.

TuffTask 2

Team to descend water slide. Each member to crawl under net through mud patch.

TuffTask 3

Team to negotiate river to beach. Collect values on nine posts distributed about the beach and cliffs. Total the nine numbers and if correct then proceed along beach.

TuffTask 4

Team to carry a sandbag onto the marshes, round a post and return.

TuffTask 5

Team to negotiate reed beds and ascend seawall twice. When given three crates they must follow a short course using the crates as stepping stones. Finally a tiring shimmy along the railings before a descent down to the marshes again.

TuffTask 6

Each member of the team to be piggy-backed along the plank. They should carry the tube vertically at the bottom with a tennis ball balanced on the top. Touch the ground or drop the ball means re-start.

TuffTask 7

Team to solve several mental, maths and word puzzles with 15 minutes max to complete.

TuffTask 8

Team to crawl under a covered frame in the mud. Secondly they must create a human pyramid in order to ring a bell suspended high above them.

TuffTask 9

Team to carry a bucket on their post down to the stream, fill it and climb back up to fill a large tub. When the tub is full they can continue.

TuffTask 10

Team to follow route through pond and then swamp area.
