Disney as Chairman of the Board, William H. D. Cottrell as President, Diane D. Miller as First Vice President, Sharon D. Brown as Second Vice President, and Royal Clark as Secretary and Treasurer. Signed neatly at the conclusion in black ballpoint by Disney, and countersigned by Clark as secretary. In fine condition.
