Make Your Body Alkaline

If you are suffering from pain, stomach irregularities, ulcers, gout, constipation, and you name it, isn’t it time to take care of these issues before they become devastating diseases? Recently, some clients have asked me about alkaline body. They wanted to know how important it is to strive for an alkaline body. My answer was, Absolutely Essential! With high cost of Health Care, it’s time for you to look for ways to prevent pain, illness, and disease. You will have a better chance of staving of illness of any kind, when you have an alkaline body. So what does it mean “Alkaline Body?” What this means is that your body’s pH or acid level is back to normal. When your body has more acid then necessary, you have an, “Acid Body.” This excess acid is what leads to numerous unpleasant health conditions. The first one that comes to mind is gout. Gout is a condition where excess acid is attacking tissue at various joints in your body causing inflammation. Most diseases are a result of inflammation that is why disease names end in “itis,” colitis, diverticulitis, arthritis, prostatitis, dermatitis, hepatitis, and the list goes on. The food you eat has a major impact on the creation and accumulation of acids in your body. When you eat a high carbohydrate and low protein diet, you have eaten an inflammatory diet. For this reason, you want to watch your carbohydrate intake. When you don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables, in any form, you will have an acid body. Disease will follow. So how do you know if you have an acid body? You will


know, if you have any disease, feel body pain, lack energy, have skin sensitivity, acne, and develop frequent sicknesses of various kinds. So what is the first thing you need to do to counteract an acid body? The first thing to do is to start eating these acid binding fruits as breakfast every morning. 1. This will give you a start in getting rid of acids in your body. Many of the minerals in fruits and vegetables will neutralize those acids. Using these fruit and vegetable tips will also help you get rid of constipation.
