Acne can be controlled or eliminated with the right acne treatment. But what causes acne? Acne can be cause by hormones that are released by the various organs in your body. These hormones are what control your overall health. The releases of excess hormones, which cause acne, are a result of the lifestyle you live. If you do not have a good diet, live good, and have a good attitude, then you will have an imbalance in your hormones. This imbalance may not cause acne in everyone, but in many individuals it does. Millions of people are looking for acne treatments. You don’t have to be a teenager to have acne. Many adults also have acne and find it hard to get rid of it. We now know that for teenager’s hormones are one of the leading causes of their acne and so their acne may be harder to eliminate. Therefore, the question is what can be done to control or normalize hormones to prevent acne? Most doctors don’t think diet causes acne. If the doctors were right about food, then they would easily be able to help you clear your acne with their drugs. Drugs can give you temporary relief, is they work at all, but as you use them. They can also give you some unpleasant side effects. For your acne and treatment, your diet is the first thing you should correct. If your hormones are out of balance, then the food you eat is the wrong food. If your colon is toxic, then you ate the wrong food. If you have a heart attack, you ate the wrong foods. If you have acne you ate the wrong foods. Changing the way you eat is the best at home acne treatment. It is not a fast treatment for pimples, but it is a natural way to get rid of acne. It may take a couple of months, but your pimples will not come back right away or at all, if you change your diet. First, here are some lifestyle changes you need to change. If you smoke, drink alcohol or drink coffee, don’t get eight hours sleep,


get depressed frequently, or get upset or angry a lot, then this program will not work too well for you. So, what should your diet consist of for acne and treatment? Here are the foods you need to stop eating and substitute a better choice. You don’t need to stop eating these foods instantly. Few people can do this. You need to do this gradually. I know it will be hard to stop eating some of these foods that you have enjoyed, over the years. * White bread is considered junk food, since it is void of any vitality for your body. It is hard to digest and causes constipation. Avoid Fried Fatty foods such as butter, chesses, and beef. Sweet Chocolates have saturated fats such as milk, butter and sugars that are not good for your health and definitely not good for your skin. * All foods in packages or boxes are junk food. They take from you because they use up minerals, vitamins, and digestive enzymes during their digestion. They contain no fiber, so they cause constipation. Foods with artificial flavors and preservatives. * Milk, ice cream, hard chesses – these foods cause allergies and cause mucus to form. This mucus coats the colon giving bad bacteria and other pathogens a nice place to live and thrive. If you cannot digest dairy products, this can cause you to have acne. * Sodas are the worst drink you can take. They contain plenty of sugar and phosphoric acid. Sugar is considered a white poison. It creates so many health problems in the body that the FDA should outlaw it. Avoid using salt only because it has iodine. Iodine has been shown to cause acne. Vitamin B12 can aggravate or produce acne.

So there you have some ideas on where to start when you have acne. These acne treatments are natural and this is the best way to go. Drugs have side effect and create other illnesses or conditions. There you have it, a diet for your acne and treatment. You will need a lot of will power and desire to change your diet for eliminating acne. It can be done, but do it slowly.
