In this video I’m going to give a natural remedy for gout. I don’t want your gout to turn into something serious, and if it already has, then you need to check this out.

Here is a natural gout remedy that can help you get rid of your pain. You can use this as an extract, in liquid form, or you use it as a root and make a infusion , a strong tea.

It’s called Dandelion

Dandelion extract is useful for gout, since it contains a lot of Potassium. This mineral can neutralize body acids and reduce your body acid load, making your body more alkaline.

When this happens uric acid is more likely to remain in blood solution, instead of precipitating into Painful crystal deposits.

If you can’t get dandelion extract get dandelion root and making a tea, but as an extract it more concentrated.

For a tea, allow the dandelion root to boil for 10 minutes, then shut off the heat and allow the tea to sit in hot water for 5 minutes to make it stronger.

Add a bit honey to give it more flavor. (do not use dandelion powder)

Drink this 2 to 3 times a day. Put it in a thermos to have it handy.

Dandelion tea taste good with a bit of honey so don’t worry about the taste.
