What Is A Natural Nutritional Diet?
Natural refers to those things that are created by nature and that have not been altered. Nutrition is the nutritional value that food gives you after you eat it. Diet refers to the combinations of foods that we eat daily. So a Natural Nutritional Diet is defined as, “The nutritional value we get from foods we eat every day that is grown or raised naturally. This includes fruits, vegetables, and meat that we eat.” So what is so important to understand what a simple series of words means? Well, it is the Natural Nutritional Diet that you should be striving for. If you don’t know what this diet is, then you will never know what it can do for you and you will never strive for it. Here it is the support for why you should be striving for this Natural Diet. There are literally hundreds of studies that say your diet should consist of a high level fruits and vegetables because you will experience a reduction and even a prevention of all kinds of illness, sickness and diseases. If you don’t get sick, you won’t need drugs or natural remedies. A Natural Diet consists of around 70 – 85% fruits and vegetables, 15 - 30% protein, and 10% fat. Your liquid outside your cells, lymph liquid, and inside your cells should remain alkaline for good health. Fruits and vegetables are what keep your body liquid alkaline. When your diet is high in acid foods, the lymph liquid become less alkaline and needs help to neutralize this acid. It gets help by pulling minerals from different parts of your body, if your body does not have enough minerals stored away within your body. Fruits and vegetables contain a high source of minerals and this is what makes fruits and vegetables the alkaline food. When you are short on minerals, they are pulled from your gallbladder, other organs, and tissue and moved to the lymph liquid to help neutralize cell acids. If too many minerals are pulled from the gall bladder, cholesterol will precipitate out of the bile causing gallstone. Or, it can pull calcium out of your bones to neutralize cell acids and this can cause osteoporosis. Your body will pull minerals from any where in your body
that stores minerals to neutralize cell or blood acids, because cell and blood acids will destroy cells, tissue, and joint integrity. The blood will do the same thing since it needs to maintain an alkaline level. If its pH drops to 7.2 or below you may die. Its normal pH is 7.4 so you don’t have much room for change. This is how critical it is for you to maintain a nutritional diet consisting of fruits and vegetables. It is this produce that provides all the minerals to keep your body alkaline by being able to neutralize acids as they are created by cells and other body functions. It is important to also eat acid foods. You cannot survive, if you only eat alkaline foods. For this reason there are some fruits that are acidic and you have many other foods like grains, beans, and meat that are also acidic. You need a balance which is 75% fruits and vegetables and 25% acid foods.
