Part 1- ‘My Voice’ This part shows more of my serious side. This side of me shows more when I’m in deep thought and at school. It gives me a time to really think about things. Therefore it doesn’t show as much. But when It does show, I really like to use my voice.

Responsibilities of Our Parents The responsibilities parents have for their children are to feed and water them, love them, help them, show them how to take care of themselves, scare the mean ole monsters away, teach them not to lie or cheat life and most importantly to teach them to love and treat others the way they want to be treated. Our parents have these responsibilities for a reason. Not to be mean and just make you do things you don’t want to so they won’t have to. They do it out of love. To show you that you won’t like everything you do. To teach you to grow up and do things on your own. All they want to do is make you a better person than they were. They don’t want you to grow up like they did. They want to make you the best they can to help you succeed in life. So why can’t we realize this? Instead of just back talking and doing the tot al opposite of what they say, grow up and do it. They will respect you more and let you have more freedom. I know they may seem a little unfair and kind of chaotic. But hey, life is a little unfair and chaotic. You’re just going to have to get over it.

Our Voice Someone’s voice can affect a situation by giving them something to root for. You have to throw something out that will make them question their neighbors and themselves. Like Martin Luther King, Jr. he gave the crowd a new thought. He showed them how it could be instead of leaving it how it is. He gave everybody hope that there could be a better day. So maybe we could all try that one day. Affect someone with just our voice and our voice only. Not by your looks or popularity. Just your voice. Be a Martin Luther King, Jr. and give them hope. Show them how powerful your voice can be. If they show no interest, don’t give up. Martin never gave up. He kept going. Even after he died he still kept going. His legacy lived on. Make that legacy. Be that person. You can make that happen. If you would just use your voice.

Reasons for Our Rules I think the purpose of the rules is to keep everyone in line. If one person de cides to go and kill someone, it doesn’t affect just those people. It also affects everyone around them. My life without rules would be dreams come true, that later turns into a nightmare. At first it would be fun to be able to do what you wanted when you wanted. But then after a while I think everyone will go crazy and become crazed murderers or psycho serial killers. Making everyone realize that the world is in need of rules to keep everyone safe and at least some people sane.

Casey or Sawyer? Casey is the good kid? Sawyer is the bad kid? Who knows?! I know I don’t know. They both had believable stories. Casey told us he was in the science lab all day, but why? And Sawyer went to school early for a test? Why couldn’t he go after school? Casey says one thing, and then Sawyer says another. What’s the truth and what’s a lie? How can I tell the difference between them? This is so difficult! But I must make the right decision. I am the Jury. Casey claims Sawyer as the bully and himself as the victim for the past few years. But then Sawyer claims Casey as the weird kid he has tried to become friends with. So as I listen to their testimonies I realize this is not Sawyers first rodeo here. He has been through this before. Therefore Sawyers testimony is not true. Meaning he most likely could be lying about everything else he has said. Casey so far has told the truth. So I now believe Casey is being framed. Earlier I heard Sawyer say he was the best in his science class and won an award. This saying that he would very easily know how to make a bomb. Therefore, my theory has been proven. Sawyer Simpson is guilty!

Part 2-“Crazy Times This part is about my fun and silly side. When I hang out with my friends or family, this is the part of me that comes out the most. All I want to do is have fun. And my friends let that happen. While my family shows me the way.

The Cowboys I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Here I was cheering on one of my favorite teams; The Cowboys. What better way can you spend an afternoon? We were sitting on the couch, in the floor and wherever we could find a place to sit giving them the moral support they deserve. We all love spending all our free time to catch up on our teams winnings. It helps us all grow more as a family and become closer to each other. We just all seem to get along much better after we watch The Cowboys play. It just seems wrong not to watch them. It’s against our nature. We were born to be natural Dallas Cowboys fans.

My Crazy Little Sister She grabs the puppy by the neck and takes off running knowing once she got caught she would get in trouble. I chase after her trying to save the puppy. She runs faster. I get closer. For a two year old, she’s pretty fast. I finally catch her and release the puppy from its misery. I feel so bad for that dog. All she wants to do is go a few minutes without being abused by a giant two year old. But then again, all my little sister wants to do is play with the puppy. I know. It’s a complicated system, but it’s a work in progress. She has gotten better at keeping herself more controlled. She used to just grab wherever she could to pick up the puppy. Which would usually involve the legs, and sometimes the ears, or tail. Yeah, It usually never ended very well. Even though the puppy acted like it was having a horrible time, it always ran right up to her when she put it back down and my little sister never seemed to run out of love to give that puppy.

A Time I Got Dirty A time I got dirty was when I went paintballing for the first time. It was at Kenadi’s birthday party with Delanie, Gentry, Tyler, Scot, and Ethan. We played girls against boys when we played capture the flag. Then on the last game of capture the flag Ethan joined the girls’ side and helped us get all the other boys out. After capture the flag we played in the woods above Kenadi’s house. The girls’ hid first while the boys came up to find us. We waited for what felt like a long time before we finally saw them coming up the hill heading straight for us. It was too late to run. They have already spotted us and were starting to shoot. I was hiding behind a tree when they first started shooting. You could probably guess how that ended. I was waiting for them to spot my tree and start shooting when the first shot hit me. There was a sharp pain in my neck and then in my leg. I turn around and see Scot hiding behind a tree a little ways in front of me. I try to shoot but my gun wasn’t that great, so I run farther back into the woods and run into Gentry. We immediately begin to watch each other’s backs for any sign of our enemy while also trying to find our other teammates. We find Delanie and Kenadi a few feet below us shooting the others boys behind a giant rock. Then out of nowhere Ethan jumps out and starts shooting at us. Gentry and I take action and start shooting back making him run further up into the woods in a cave right above us. We don’t know where he went so Gentry climbs up trying to find him. No luck. He yet again jumps out of nowhere and starts shooting at us. I shoot back. My gun still isn’t working very well so I run and hide behind another tree. Gentry follows and claims to say we lost him. This was true. We had been there a few minutes when we heard some yelling. So we go to check it out. Ethan had taken his mask off and got shot in the face. He had a bloody lip and kept spitting blood out. So we all decided to take a break and refill our guns. After we refilled it was the boys turn to go hide. That’s when things got real serious. The girls had a plan. We were going to go all Act of Valor on them. That’s right. We knew exactly what the boys were going to do. So we decided to use it against them. We went two at a time. Gentry and I went up into the woods while Kenadi and Delanie stayed behind and watched our backs. A few minutes into the game, Scot spotted me and Gentry going up into the woods. But Delanie and Kenadi got him out before he could even aim at us. It was up to me and Gentry to get the others out. It didn’t take long to find them. Once we found them, it was a matter of minutes to get them out. Justice was served. The girls had won!

My Friends Gentry is so cool! She steals candy for me from Mr. Stony and writes about me in English! Courtney and Kathryn are also very cool! They sit by me at lunch and make me laugh ALL the time. Especially Courtney. She says funny things all the time, and does stuff that’s really funny. Jordan is just crazy. She talks all the time and eats my food. She also copies off my work so she doesn’t get in trouble. Even Holly is cool! She lets Seith braid her hair in Math class and tells me what funny things she says to people. Ashley is the REALLY crazy one! She kills Zombies and eats their Jolly Ranchers. Some days she writes me notes. (Not Really) And some days she hates me. (Like Today) I got candy from Mr. Stony and she didn’t!! (Ha-ha!!) Then Brett Stole my candies and ate it! #Jerk Delanie is another crazy, cool friend of mine! She dances a lot at the dances and doesn’t mind to tell you what’s on her mind.

SpongeBob’s Obsession One day SpongeBob will find a Great Big Whale Shark and will sing him his favorite song; The Best Day Ever. SpongeBob is a very creative songwriter. He writes about things that are inspiring to him. For instance, he always thought Great Big Whale Sharks were so graceful and talented. They always planned the right time to open their mouths to catch their prey. Resulting in SpongeBob making a song about them. SpongeBob loves to sit in his pineapple and watch the Great Big Whale Sharks in their natural habitat. He always learns something new about them. Like whenever Great Big Whale Sharks dance they show so much love and passion for dancing, it's just so unbelievable. If only SpongeBob could be as talented and graceful as a Great Big Whale Shark. His Life would definitely be made.

Part 3-“Creativity This is about my creative side. I love to write short stories and poems. It gives me a chance to be whoever I want and to go wherever I want. It lets me feel in control and powerful. The reason behind why I have so many.

Somewhere Down Under Deeper and deeper I go Down a slow and crucial road. The more I strain the faster it goes. I have nothing left to hold. Just me and myself; Alone. While the King of it all sits on his Throne Pleased with my actions and thoughts He smiles while My Savior goes off with a trot. Wishing and hoping he had seen me fought. Thinking just maybe I was worth to save. How dumb of me not to think to pray. If only I had listened that day...

Love
Love is in the air. Can’t you feel it? It has a way to find you.
You barley have time to think. Think only of your future.
Can you see your future? Future is a challenge.
Challenge yourself without a frenzy. A Frenzy can have an end...

Mother Nature Storms shook homes; Electricity flickered. Which only means one thing; Mother Nature has returned. She seemed to be having a break or something because we went a whole summer with nothing but a drop or two of rain. Now to me this doesn’t seem that fair. All we wanted was a little rain to freshen up our gardens and yards. But I guess that was a little too much to ask for. So we were stuck with a town full of dirt and a lot of dead flowers and trees. The town looked like a ghost town. We had no tourists, no pretty flowers, no lovely meadows to run through, and worst of all we had no water to swim in. Yeah, I know. It was a miserable summer. Okay, okay. It wasn’t that bad. It brought us all closer to each other, right? Our town would still be fighting over little things if it wasn’t for Mother Nature. Wait a minute. Could that be the reason why she left us? But why would she leave just because our town was in chaos? That doesn’t make much sense. Wait... that whole summer we tried everything we could to find water to make our town look cleaner for more people to visit. And we all worked together to make it easier. Maybe that’s the whole reason. Maybe she tried to show us just how hard it is to work the weather. Or maybe she just needed help there for a while. Who knows? All that matters is that our town has been saved and closer together than ever before.

Terrorism at its Worst As we sat there and watched the other plane crash and burn to the never ending sea, I came to realize this was no accident. It was a terrorist attack and there was another plane coming. Meaning we were next. A few moments later the other passengers began to realize it also. They all realized today was the day to say their last goodbyes. But there was no way to give out a warning call to their loved ones. So they just sat there with a horrified look on their faces and just cried. Everyone screamed as it came closer, except for one person. He stood up calmly and rushed to the cockpit, looking as though he has done this all his life. A moment later, a voice came over the intercom. A strange voice we weren’t used to hearing. My guess is that it was the man that seemed so calm. He told us he was an Air Marshall and he knew exactly what he needed to do and to make sure all our safety latches were latched on to us. It seemed as though the plane should have hit us by now but I’m guessing the plane chickened out on us. Or maybe they have a plan much more painful than the last one. Then all of a sudden we hear a loud buzzing sound getting louder and louder by the second. And of course we could see it a minute later getting closer to our left wing. It hits. We all scream. And the Air Marshall is trying to tell us something but everyone seems to be too caught up into what just happened and not comprehending on what is going to happen next. I think he said something about crash landing... But I’m not all that sure. It seems to be the only way to survive this crisis. So I hold on tight and pr ay I can make it out alive. The next thing I remember is waking up in a hospital with piles and piles of flowers and get well soon cards lying around the room. Then a moment later, a nurse walks in and tries to explain to me what happened. Unfortunately, I was the only survivor and have been in a coma for the past 20 years. I couldn’t believe what she was telling me so I flipped out and went on a rampage! I took off down the hallway and ran wherever I could until some huge men took me down. And that was the last thing I remember. The next time I woke up, I was in a foam room with foam cubes on my hands. The next few years were a blur. All I remember is waking up every day wondering when I can leave this place. But the way they keep talking to me tells me I’m not going to be leaving anytime soon or at all. I’ll be stuck in this miserab le room for the rest of my life.

The Tragic Story of My Best Friend When my dog died I was devastated. He was my Best Friend that I did everything with. We would walk through the woods, eat candy, and sleep together almost every night. I spent most of my time with him. Until he decided he wanted to take his own adventure. He was always the adventurous one. All he ever wanted to do was just run around the house and see what he could find. And I guess the house got a little boring to explore so he decided to take it a little further. Then one night I let him out so he could go to the bathroom but he just ran out into the woods, leaving me and the house behind. I called and searched for him for the rest of the night and the rest of the week. No luck. I finally just decided he would come back when he was ready. Or he just won’t come back at all. Then one day I came home from school and saw my dad sitting on the porch waiting for me. He normally didn’t do that so I thought he might have some good news. He sat there for a moment and then told me he found my dog. I couldn't help myself and immediately asked where he was. He didn't answer as quickly as I thought he would and I soon realized why. He finally said he found him on the side of the road; Dead and eaten upon. Then said the coyotes must have got ahold of him while he was in the woods and brought him up closer to the road or a bird just picked him up and took him there. Either way it wasn't very pleasing to hear. I just wanted to go to my room and cry. And that’s exactly what I did. I cried for hours and hours until I finally fell asleep. I don't even think I ate dinner. I just cried. For days I was just so sad and miserable I didn't feel like doing anything. Until I finally realized crying wouldn't help anything. Just make me more miserable. So I finally stopped thinking about him as much and tried to just move on with my life. But on some warm summery nights you can slightly hear the coyotes howling in the distance. And on those nights all I want to do is just curl up and remember my Best Friend.

Everything Has an End I didn't know exactly where the train was going. After paying my fare, I simply stood on the platform waiting for it to whisk me away to somewhere, anywhere but here. And that’s when it happened. The car came out of nowhere. It crashed into the front of the train. The back of the train goes flying up into the air. Everyone screams and tries to run away. But it’s too late. The caboose comes crashing down smashing every ones dreams of becoming America's Next Top Model, or The President of the United States. It all runs away as they all breathe their last breath of air. Seamlessly becoming unconscious and wishing they had one last chance to see their loved ones to say their last goodbyes. But knowing very well they won't live long enough to make it through the next minute. It seems so unfair to have to watch all of this and know there is nothing you could do to help any of those people suffering from this tragedy. All you can do is hope that no one else has to watch this. As I stand there, I realize not everyone is going to live another day. Everyone will have their time to go. It may take longer than others and it may be sooner than others. But your time will come. So never take your life for granted and live everyday like it’s your last. You never know when it will actually be your last. Because everything has an end. Even you.
