Comments by Sport Scientist This is Drew's second bike LTT test this month. Drew's VO2max has increased slightly from 6.01 to 6.10 L/min. Threshold power has also increased from 431 to 449 W. These results continue the trend of progressive improvements in fitness over the last three months. Drew appears to be in excellent condition. It is now time to translate this threshold power from the lab to the TT bike on the road.
