MONTECITORIO 2018 Architecture Roma IT Architecture Design studio
The project site is in a central area of the city of Rome, next to Palazzo Montecitorio, seat of Italian government. The request was for an office building with auditorium including a public space which we proposed as a garden. From a deep historical analysis we found outlining directions before shaping a project which could grant public and working use
MAGAZZINI RACCORDATI 2018 Requalification and interior design Milano IT Interior Design studio
Stazione Centrale is Milan’s main train station, deeply implanted in the structure of the city. From the station facility to the ramification of the railroads, a raised set of tracks heavily divides two neighborhoods: below, on each side at ground level, there is a row of now abandoned storehouses. The project proposes to insert a wide range of functions in relation to the surroundings, the potential and the connections of the location along the rails.

THE DRESS 2018 Industrial requalification and rebuilding Bologna IT Competition - Honorable mention The project is designed to represent the core of an international establishment in the fashion field through its landmark nature and community sided spaces. The new building stands where the old convention center was, keeping the original volume and structure while being strictly bounded to context via a series of fins running along the existent buildings. This approach enhances the entire lenght of Centergross’ central row of buildings creating the illusion of an organic and sinuous facade while mantaining the intervention light end less expensive. This facade generates public spaces on the garages’ roofs, being accessible both from the buildings and from the road.

MOOS SOFT MOBILIT Y 2016 Territorial strategy and masterplan design Munich GER Landscape Studio The aim of the project is to consider landscape as a relationship between man and nature focusing on the theme of inclusivity and participation. It is focused more on the theme of mobility, intended as the creation of a network with interchanges, which is able to connect people and landscape, using soft mobility and public transport. It also considers the integration between the existing cycle paths, adding some points of bike sharing, with the re-designed water and canal system, with the aim of making it navigable with kayak or small boats. The core of the project is the Regatta Park See, thought as an interchange point where, through a line concept, all the functions are allocated. These functions are: the improvement of the parking, the creation of a sport park, a viewpoint, the facilities for the sunbathing area, a docking point for kayak, a rest area and hostels.
