Dear Sandra As you know RBC is one of our first national partners and it’s amazing to look back and see the growth of our organization since our partnership started 40+ years ago. The longevity of this partnership has directly contributed to our growth to 30 universities across Canada, and the development of over 11,000 Canadian alumni around the world!

As our impact grows across Canada, so does our relevance for Canadian student development. Our international exchange programs develop globally minded leaders that will help Canada remain a major player in our ever growing global marketplace. This paired with our Youth to Business form that bridges the gap between Education and leadership , providing youth and business to come together and tackle issues that Canadian companies are facing today, and challenge each other in what exactly the future of industries might look like. With out RBC’s generous contribution year after year , we would not be in the same position and developing the future leaders Canada needs. To this end, we would like to request a renewal of our partnership with RBC for $10,000 over the upcoming year. This report provides a brief update of where we are today, where we are going in the next year, and RBC’s role in this. We’re providing more experiences than ever, and we can’t wait to showcase and expand that impact with your partnership. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to contact me at (416) 368.1001 ext. 21 or at shawnf@aiesec.ca Sincerely, Shawn Fulham

We also saw our Youth to Business Forum grow with the development of the student youth voice, creating a new integrative way to bridge the gap between youth and business across Canada. This has allowed us to truly leverage our student voice within the business community and truly represent the national youth voice.
