Up to 140 players competed in the annual fundraiser organised by Kevin Abbs, of North Norfolk Rotary Club.

A total of 35 teams paid to play a round at the

magnificent £5,000 was raised on the day, all in aid of the Holt Youth Project.

It means the total amount raised for the charity by local businessman Mr Abbs – who is a Director of Crayford and Abbs Nissan in Gypsies Lane, Bodham – now stands at well over £30,000.

Mr Abbs said “I’m quite active in the local community and love to do my bit to help out charities and projects.

“I’m particularly passionate about The Holt Youth Project and the amazing work it does with local children in the immediate area. Julie Alford, who founded the project, is a fantastic local personality who has helped transform the lives of scores of youngsters. The more we can do for her, and her organisation, the better.”

Dear Margaret,

I would be grateful if you could print the Surgery dates for Judy Oliver and I. Now that the dust has died down after the elections we can continue to serve Sheringham South, which has always been a privilege. In spite of the rain and wind, the gardens are looking great, there should be a prize (we will work on that!) Don't forget to trim the odd hedge which may be over the pavement. There is still a degree of dog mess but if anyone cares to give me a call identifying the villains, I can always take action! Surgery dates are as follows : Always on Friday at 12 noon for one hour at the Community Centre on 21 August, 18 September, 16 October, 20 November and 11 December. Don't forget, my telephone number is 01263 824662. Here's hoping for better weather and a good Carnival! Dick Shepherd

Revised date for RNLI Cromer Lifeboat Day

RNLI Flag Day

As you will appreciate, due to the awful weather on Saturday 25 July and the predicted conditions on Lifeboat day itself, we had to postpone the event.

I, Richard Grieve, give notice that the street collection which took place in Sheringham for the RNLI on 18 July raised the sum of £1846.26.

We have decided to hold the event on Sunday 9 August. The day will be almost the same with stalls, live demonstrations etc BUT unfortunately the Sheringham Shantymen, have a prior engagement.

There were no expenses incurred or payments made in connection with the collection.

To make a change we will be having Rig-a-Jig-Jig performing inside the boathouse rather than on the Pier forecourt. They will be giving demonstrations of Norfolk Step Dancing and are very ably led by Fiona Davies, who is the sister of our Coxswain, John Davies.

Kelling Probus Club

Kelling Probus Club held its July meeting at the Dales Hotel, Upper Sheringham on 16 July. Twenty one members and 2 guests attended, and after the usual tasty lunch the club was given a very interesting talk by Trevor Eady, General Manager of the North Norfolk Railway.

FREE VALUATION

Trevor told the club that the original name of 'The Poppy Line' was not used so much today due to identity problems. The line now has 40 employees and 400 volunteers. He said that every running day 40 volunteers were needed, and the line was always looking for new recruits.

One of the most important jobs other than the general passenger dayto-day running is the new expanded Boiler Shop where the railway's engineers work on boilers from all over the country, and have a reputation for their efficiency and high standards. This part of the railway generates income for the railway as well as repairing the lines own trains.

Trevor then talked about the new project at Sheringham, which this winter will see the demolition of the existing toilets and Tourist Information at the east end of the station and a replacement modern toilets, Information and NNR shop in its place, run by the railway. The present buffet will expand into the old shop. He is looking forward to the new facilities in the spring of 2016. He said that the decision in 2009 to expand the service to eight trains per day had been a great success they now carry 161,000 passengers per year.

Mr Eady then ran through a list of all the special days that attract people from all over the UK. He mentioned the Steam Gala in March, then Thomas Day, Dad’s Army Day at Weybourne, Diesel Weekend and The 40s Weekend, probably the most popular of all. He went on to mention the September Steam Gala with two famous engines visiting this year. He rounded off the year with Halloween and Santa Specials, Dining Trains and Murder Mystery nights. Trevor stressed the educational value of the line, which welcomed 100 schools last year. The line was one of the Top Ten Heritage railways in the country.

Several members asked questions and he was thanked by the Club for a most entertaining talk. Our Club is open to retired or semi-retired men and meets once a month for lunch and a speaker on the third Thursday of each month. John Whittington will give interested people details on 01263 820333.

The Care Act Written by Miranda Marshall – Director at Hayes + Storr

The Care Act came into effect on 1st April 2015. It is a major and important reform and will affect anyone living in England who has care needs now and in the future.

The ‘Wellbeing Principle’ is a new and important concept. It covers a wide range of factors including: personal dignity; physical, mental and emotional wellbeing; protection from abuse and neglect; accommodation; family, domestic and personal wellbeing. There is an attempt to recognise that different people have different needs rather than just considering which Local Authority (“LA”) service they will fit into. There is a move away from only providing residential (i.e. care home) and domiciliary (i.e. at home) care. There are a wide range of assessment methods now available.

Garden Maintenance & Landscaping Grass & Hedge Cutting ~ Clearance & Tidying Fence Installations, Repairs & Painting Local man offering a friendly & reliable service Patio & Pathway Installations Competitive rates, free estimates given Property Maintenance & General DIY Fully Insured kerrybilly@vodafoneemail.co.uk

The important changes that you should know about are:

• The legal right to a Care Assessment. The LA must provide this to anyone who appears to need care or support. This is regardless of their finances and even if they are paying for their own care. If someone is eligible for support, a Support Plan will be agreed and they will receive a Personal Budget. It is important to have an assessment as this will have an impact on how much one ends up paying for care over a lifetime. It should help people to plan their care and ensure that they get the right support.

• New means-testing thresholds. The LA will arrange a financial assessment to decide what someone can afford to contribute towards their care costs. The thresholds are £118,000 if in a care home and £27,000 if living their own home. Below these thresholds the financial contribution decreases on a sliding scale as assets get less. There is also the Minimum Income Guarantee to ensure that whatever is paid towards care does not cause the person’s income to fall below a certain level.

• Carers have a right to an assessment of their needs. Anyone who provides unpaid care has a right to this as a carer. If the carer is eligible for support from the LA, a Support Plan will be agreed and the carer should receive a Personal Budget.

Other changes will only come in from 1st April 2016 and these will be explained in a further issue.

‘Migration’ Exhibition at The Belfry

The Belfry Arts Centre in Overstrand is pleased to offer the opportunity to see the quality and variety of work by Liz Waugh McManus, a unique collection by a talented artist.

Previously the work of Liz Waugh McManus was included in the three group contemporary glass exhibitions shown at The Belfry Arts Centre in 2010 (Contemporary Glass), 2011 (On the Brink) and 2012 (Snakes and Ladders) when the visitors comment book showed clearly that her work caught the imagination of the people viewing the exhibitions. ‘People were drawn to the combination of technique, imagination and animation and were captured by the memories of childhood dreams and fears fuelled by fairy stories and nursery rhymes. Her work has gained recognition since then, both nationally and internationally, having been included regularly in the British Glass Biennale and was selected for the Coburg Glass Prize in Germany’ writes Nora Gaston. Former mentor, Angela Thwaites, writes “Liz Waugh’s first solo show was a well-kept secret at The Cut, a former maltings turned into a spacious multi arts centre in Halesworth, Suffolk. Walking through the generous space the works gradually took you over one by one drawing you into their layers of meaning. The work shown encompassed film, animation, image and glass in all cases contemplative, subtle and thoughtfully produced.

After training in art and design at Dartington College of Arts and Oxford Polytechnic, Liz did a PhD in anthropology of art at the Queen’s University of Belfast. She writes ‘my multifaceted practice has included sculpture, puppetry, theatre and animation. I discovered the medium of glass in 2002 and as a foundation for personal experimentation learnt glass skills from leading practitioners in the field, such as Clifford Rainey, Tessa Clegg and Irene Frolic, and had mentorships with Emma Woffenden and Angela Thwaites. My work has been shown nationally and internationally and has been included in British Glass Biennale and the Coburg Glass Prize exhibitions. I am member of the Contemporary Glass Society. I aim for a sense of living presence in my work and to engage with the viewer through narrative or playfulness. Combining glass with video projection enhances the possibilities to do this. The artwork is an exploration of snippets of sto-

We are of course very busy this time of year, and we have lots of families staying with us and enjoying the fabulous weather‌(!) This recipe is always good for kids, as it’s a variation on an old classic but with a nice summery flavour.

Please do pop in and see us for dinner, Sunday Lunch or afternoon tea – 01263512412 to book.

1.Heat the oven to 190C or Gas 5. 2.Beat the butter and the sugar together until smooth. 3.Stir in the flour to get a smooth paste. 4.Add in the ginger and mix 5.Roll out until the mix is 1cm/½in thick 6.Cut into rounds and place onto a baking tray. Grove nominated for double restaurant award Owner Richard Graveling is delighted to be in the running again. “To be honest we are pretty humbled to be nominated by several of our patrons he said. “It has given the staff a great boost and we would like to think that Cromer will get behind us and see if we can make the shortlist again this year.

Cromer’s only two-Rosette eatery will be flying the flag for the town in the annual Norfolk Food and Drink Awards.

The Grove in Cromer has been nominated for the Restaurant of the Year category in the prestigious awards, which reach their climax with a gala dinner in September.

And the Grove’s head chef Michael West is also in the running for Norfolk Chef of the Year.

The Food and Drink Awards are the highest accolade in the country and reward restaurants that “create an unforgettable dining experience, cook to a degree of excellence using fresh, local produce combined with an unsurpassed level of customer service. The Grove reached the shortlist in 2014 and will be looking to try to go one better this year. Ce le

North Walsham and District Branch of Cats Protection

The phone is still not working 100% as a new permanent ‘line’ has not been installed yet. Hopefully, this will have been done by the time you read this!

People may wonder why we feel so strongly about neutering cats. However, a glance in our pens at present should help them to appreciate why. At present we have 37 kittens in care (thankfully a further four were re-homed this week), most of which are recent arrivals. Two of these litters have come in with their mothers from outside situations, with no reports of missing cats in the areas concerned. We have also taken in seven litters of kittens from people who had not appreciated how difficult it would be to find new homes for them, or who had taken on pregnant cats which were no longer wanted by their owners. Another three kittens came into care and needed hand rearing, as their mother was sadly killed on the road when they were a few days old. A further litter of three kittens was left in a cardboard box on the doorstep of one of our fosterers while she was out. As this is the fourth time this has happened to her, she has real concerns that this might happen while she is on holiday. Four kittens were also rescued from a feral colony where we are paying for the adults to be neutered. Sadly, one of these was born with only three legs. However, from our experience last year, we know it will learn to live with its disability. As well as the arrival of all these kittens, we must also include 3 five month old little females found dumped in a box which was only 15" by 11" by 10", with hardly any room for them to breathe, let alone move. As they were all ‘calling’, a visit to the vets was top priority once they settled in their pen. We have also taken in another stray that was living close to one of our volunteer’s home and creating havoc in the area by fighting, again because he had not been neutered. Although not old, he is not a young cat and, due to the fighting, he had badly damaged an eye, which sadly could not be saved and had to be removed.

These kittens and cats are just the most recent arrivals that have joined us, either because their mothers were not neutered or they had also not been

done and are in addition to the cats already in care.

If you are interested in receiving help to neuter your cat/kitten please ring 07880 256948 (to see if you are eligible for a voucher). This number is for vouchers only and will not be able to help with any other enquiries. The number also applies for those wishing to take advantage of our special neutering campaign.

If you are looking for a cat or kitten (or have any other queries) please give Stephanie a call on 01692 535858. Alternatively, you can visit www.northwalsham.cats.org.uk/ for a description and photographs of the cats before giving us a call on the above number to find out where any particular cat is being fostered.

SHERINGHAM HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY FLOWER AND PRODUCE SHOW The Society’s Flower and Produce Show will be held on Saturday, 15 August in the Lighthouse Community Church and the schedule is now available. There are classes for everyone and you do not need to be a member to enter.

So whether you grow flowers, fruit or vegetables, make flower arrangements, knit, paint or take photographs there is something for you. Additionally there are cookery classes so if you see yourself as the top Sheringham baker or pride yourself on your jams or marmalade why not give it a go.

Class 77, for example, is for a Victoria Sandwich made to the following recipe:

BODHAM HORTICULTURAL SHOW

Ingredients 4 oz. soft butter 2 large eggs, beaten 4 oz. castor sugar 1 level teaspoon of baking powder 4 oz. self raising flour Raspberry Jam

Method Pre-heat the oven to 350F/180C/Gas 4. Grease and line two 7 inch / 17.5 cm round cake tins. Place all the ingredients in a bowl except for the raspberry jam, and beat for two minutes until smooth. Divide the mixture between the two tins and smooth the tops.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until well risen and springy to touch. Turn sponges out on a wire rack to cool. When cold, sandwich the cakes together with the raspberry jam and sprinkle with extra castor sugar.

Further details of all the classes are in the schedule available from the Show Secretary, Jo Hayton on 01263 821463.

At the last meeting of the Society members heard a talk by Steven Hagon, Assistant Head Gardener at Blickling Hall who talked about his 40 years working in the gardens. We heard about the early history of the gardens and the latest plans. Steven talked about the cutting of the famous yew hedges which was originally done by hand with shears and took two months to complete and also about the famous visitors to Blickling that he had met including Kim Cattrall, from the TV series ‘Sex and the City’. Bob Wilkinson

Bodham Horticultural Show was held on Saturday 25 July in the Village Hall.

In spite of the varied weather of the spring and summer, there was a lovely display of flowers, fruit and vegetables exhibited.

The Handicrafts and Domestic sections showed the excellent and varied talents of the village residents. Best in show, winning the Billy Cooper Memorial Cup, was a painting of a riverside scene by Judith Shires.

New exhibitors were welcomed and did well in their classes whilst the experienced stalwarts continued to do well.

This year, following a children’s workshop, there were many entries in the mini-scarecrow and miniature garden in a seed tray children’s classes which were fun and colourful.

There was a friendly, sociable atmosphere with lively support for the raffle (with items donated by local businesses), the refreshments with its tasty selection of homemade treats and the outside Gardeners’ Stall. Mike Sayer ably ran the Auction of Produce held at the end of the show.

Overall, through sponsorship and fundraising on the day, the Show raised £570 for the Bodham Senior Citizens’ Christmas fund. Well done to the winners at the Show and thank you to all the generous donors and volunteers who helped make the show a great success.

Jacobs donate to About With Friends

Jacobs, the engineering consultancy carrying out the Bacton Rejuvenation Project at Bacton Gas Terminal, have donated almost £500 worth of soft play equipment for the use of younger members of About With Friends.

The money was raised through a football score prediction game organised by Malcolm Lown and Mike Donovan. Workers on the BRP pay a weekly fee in a game known as The Footie Thing and at the end of the season the money is given to a charity chosen by the organisers. Jacobs have worked with About With Friends in the past and this year wanted to buy something specific for the younger members who attend school holiday schemes and the Friday night Youth Club. The charity needed some soft play equipment and this was duly provided by Jacobs.

SHERINGHAM & CROMER LIONS CLUB

This year, the Sheringham & Cromer Lions Club will be celebrating five years since they were formed, and during this period, we have gone from strength to strength. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you something about the Lions Club and what we do.

The Lions Clubs are all part of the Lions Club International, which is based in the USA. Lions Club International was started by a man by the name of Melvin Jones, in Chicago on 7 June 1917 when he, along with other businessmen joined together under the leadership of Melvin Jones, for the sole purpose of helping improve the conditions in the communities where they lived. From this date, the Lions Clubs have spread throughout the world, and are there purely to raise funds to help the needy in their own area. We use various methods to raise money to be used in our area, and not for nationwide, or worldwide use.

When the Sheringham & Cromer Lions Club started in 2010, a small group of interested people met in the house of one of our founder members, and the club was formed. We, initially, were part of the Taverham Lions Club, but in October 2013, we were proud to be converted in to a Chartered Lions Club, and all the members became Charter Members. To be able to make this wonderful step, we had to increase our membership to 21, and by doing so, we had become one of the fastest growing Lions Clubs in the UK. What do Sheringham & Cromer Lions Club do, I hear you ask. We meet on the second Tuesday of every month at the Morley Club in Sheringham for our business meeting, where we discuss any events that are taking place. Our Treasurer and President give us updated reports on the club and our finances. We consider any requests for help, and may arrange any social events for the future. On the fourth Tuesday of the month, we have some kind of social event - it may

be a fund raising evening at the Morley Club, such as carpet bowls, a darts match, or something similar where the public are invited to attend. We have had visiting speakers, who have either told us about a group or charity that we may be considering helping or a guest speaker, who will talk about something that they are connected with, or their own life. The most interesting of these, was an evening with Wing Commander Ken Wallis, who in his late nineties, spoke to us about his life as a bomber pilot during and after World War 2, and his life in ‘Civy Street’, including his exploit with his ‘autogyro’ airplanes which he built at his home near Dereham. These stories including his time spent flying the famous ‘Little Nellie’ in the James Bond film, ‘You only Live Twice’, where he took the part of James Bond in place of Sean Connery! Ken spoke for so long that the staff of the Morley Club had to ask that we draw the meeting to a close as they wanted to go home. We then later visited Ken Wallis’s home for a look at his wonderful collection. We were all deeply saddened when he passed away a little while later. We have also made visits to two breweries and to the offices and printing works of the EDP newspaper group in Norwich.

Our main purpose though is to raise funds for various local charities and good causes and, since we formed in 2010, we have raised over £6570, which has all been given to various local charities including Sheringham Woodfields School (£500), Nelson’s Journey Children’s Charity (£1700) The Walcott, Bacton and Happisburgh Flood Relief Group, including personal donations to some of the residents (a total of £1250 ), plus several other donations. In addition to this, we have also purchased a special bed for a small boy with severe medical problems, and pushchair accessories for a little girl with a rare medical condition.

Every Christmas, we have been able, with the assistance of a number of local companies, to distribute Christmas hampers to a total of 55 needy families. We also supply, free of charge, a ‘Message in a Bottle’ - if

you are suffering from a constant illness, or you have to take regular medication, you can request a ‘Message in a Bottle’ either from a member of the Lions Club, or from your local GP.

The message in a bottle is a small plastic container with a printed form inside, where you put down all your medical conditions and what medication you are taking. The bottle also contains two small green stickers. You fill in the details then place the bottle in the fridge or a cupboard, and put one small sticker of the outside of where you have put the bottle and the second green sticker on your front door. If you need an ambulance or paramedic, they will look for the green stickers and then can tell straightaway what your illnesses are and your medication. These details can save a lot of time and can result in saving your life. These bottles are free, so please collect yours as soon as possible. Due to various reasons, we sadly have now reduced in numbers, and we need more members, so if you are interested in becoming a member of the Sheringham & Cromer Lions Club, or would like to now more, or want a ‘Message in a Bottle,’ please contact one of the members listed below. Also please, if you see one of our members standing in the streets of North Norfolk, with a collecting tin, put a small (or large) donation in. Every penny we collect will be used for a local charity or good cause. Except in very special circumstances, we do not support any charity outside of our area, and every penny we collect goes to the local good causes.

We run the club by having raffles and fines at our meetings, and a small annual subscription, and unless we state otherwise at an event, no money collected is used to run the club.

Please help us help others by either joining us, making a donation when we are collecting, or support one of our events. For further information please contact: Lion Brian Harris, Branch Secretary on 01263 821276 brihaz@btinternet.com. Lion President Anton Elliot on 01263825560 elliotaj.8@gmail.com. North Norfolk District Council prosecutes Cromer man for burning commercial waste illegally (2) Burning commercial waste producing noxious smoke on 13 June 2014 A Cromer resident has been fined a total of £3343 for burning waste illegally following an appearance at Norwich Magistrates Court.

Harry Wright, 59, of Fellside Farm, Cromer pleaded guilty to two offences of burning waste contrary to section 33 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) prosecuted Mr Wright following an investigation by its Environmental Protection Officers after reports were received from members of the public of burning and of large plumes of thick black smoke. Despite receiving three visits and written correspondence from the officers, Mr Wright continued to burn waste illegally. Photographic evidence was offered to the court.

Mr Wright pleaded guilty to the following: (1) Burning commercial waste producing noxious smoke on 11 June 2014

24

He was fined £1065 for each offence, £1000 for prosecutions costs and £213 for victim surcharge.

North Norfolk District Council’s Leader, Tom FitzPatrick said: “I hope that this successful prosecution sends out a strong message that North Norfolk District Council will not tolerate those who behave in such a reckless and deliberate manner. Mr Wright showed a blatant disregard not just for the law and the advice of Council officers, but for the environment and for the health and well-being of others and in such cases, we will seek to prosecute.”

NNDC would like to thank the members of the public who reported this incident and. People are advised to contact the Environmental Protection Team at North Norfolk District Council on 01263 516085 if they suspect waste is being burned illegally.

Coltishall Clinic

A no-knife, three-dimensional, natural face-lift using fillers or your own fat.

Two main characteristics of a beautiful face are fullness and flawless skin. We have many treatments including lasers to provide skin rejuvenation and even generate new skin. But how can we provide fullness? We have realised that a number of changes happen in the face due to ageing. Most important of these is a loss of volume. This is often more pronounced than loss of skin elasticity. So in this case adding volume to the face results in a youthful look, whereas skin removal can result in tight but not a youthful look.

Fat is your own natural filler. Fat is not merely a passive ‘filler'. It is an active metabolic tissue and a rich source of various growth factors and stem cells. Use of fat to fill areas of volume loss is not new but we have new techniques and refinements, which make it very successful. This procedure is very attractive if you are also considering body contouring or liposuction. Recent problems with breast implants have made fat transfer procedure attractive for breast enhancement as well.

What happens with facial ageing?

The old method of looking at facial ageing was based on a gravitational model: that all things fall over time. The new model of the facial ageing process focuses on the primary importance of how the face deflates and loses volume decade after decade. What was once thought to be sagging has now been understood to be caused by facial deflation. A facelift without volume restoration looks artificial. Replacing lost fat results in a natural look.

What is fat transfer?

Fat transfer is the transfer of fat from one part of your body to another. A doctor must carefully harvest fat cells that are then injected to firm, fill out or plump up other body part like face, hands, cheeks, breasts or buttocks. This is also known as fat injections or autologous fat grafting.

How are fat injections different from commercial fillers?

There are many commercial injectable fillers such as Radiesse, Restylane, Sculptra, Juvederm etc that are available for facial rejuvenation. Each of these products has its own unique set of advantages and disadvantages. An ideal substance would be readily available, inexpensive, longlasting, natural-feeling, and would not cause adverse reactions. Your own tissue meets these requirements. Since it is your own body fat there is no chance of allergic reactions. Some of the injected fat can be reabsorbed by the body and more than one session may be required.

What happens during the procedure?

This procedure is performed under local anaesthesia. The process requires gentle fat removal using low-vacuum limited liposuction and the use of thin, delicate, non-traumatic fine tubes to protect the survival of each harvested living fat cell. The fat cells are then purified and slowly injected using a small syringe and cannula. Tiny droplets are placed throughout the tissues assuring that each transferred fat cell will have an adequate blood supply to achieve the permanent survival of the injected fat cells. Facial areas that can be treated with fat injections include the temples, eyebrows, marionette lines, under eyes (tear trough), jaw line, nose to mouth lines, cheeks, chin and scars due to acne, chickenpox, injury or surgery. This provides a three dimensional volumetric face lift.

What will my recovery be like?

Patients who have fat transfer experience a quick recovery. You are advised to rest for a few hours after the procedure. After 48 hours you may increase your activity as tolerated. Most patients are back to work within 2 to 5 days. Refrain from heavy exercise for a few weeks. Some amount of swelling and bruising can occur. Ice compresses are applied for 24-48 hours to minimize inflammation. Discourage massage and excessive facial animation immediately following fat grafting. These restrictions are to prevent migration of fat away from the desired areas of treatment.

Lively music coming to Briston!

The next in the very popular series of organ shows at Briston will feature one of the UK's most likeable and talented players, Paul Carman. Paul is the promoter of the well-known Orla range of organs in the UK, but now he and his lady partner, another well known musician, Esquin Jonke, are agents for the fabulous German built Bohm organs as well, and Paul will be doing his show using the amazing Bohm Overture instrument - it has to be heard to be believed, such is the versatility of this instrument. In Paul's capable hands, it can recreate not just organ sounds of course, but Big Bands, Symphony orchestras, Trad Jazz, lush film and show themes, and just about every other musical genre you can think of!

Louise Ellis

Due to the popularity of these shows, advance booking is essential as there are only 100 seats available. The date is Friday August 21st, the show starts at 7.30pm (doors open at 7pm). The venue is the very comfortable Copeman Centre in Hall Street, Briston, NR24 2LG, and there is free parking right outside, and wide level access for our disabled music lovers. Tickets are just £6 each (what a bargain!) with accompanied under 16 year olds getting in absolutely free - just mention this when booking, which you can do now by 'phoning Carol on 01263 860844.
