WAY How can you stand out in your patient’s eyes?

Most pharmacies are surrounded by competition, and that competition typically offers similar prescriptions, front-end products, and prices. Make your store stand out by offering services that none of your competition can offer, like curbside pickup with payment and signature capture, enhanced customer loyalty benefits, more efficient staff, mobile point-of-sale, and much more. Having a business partner who has installed over 1000 pharmacies nationwide, that has a CEO who grew up working in his father’s pharmacy, a POS system that integrates to over 25 Rx systems, and a support staff dedicated to only pharmacy POS, what could be sweeter? Be the apple of your patient’s eye with RMS as your partner!

From its inception, Datarithm has pioneered store-to-store inventory transfers (aka “balancing”) for pharmacy. In 2012, we launched our automated inventory demand forecasting and reorder optimization features. We followed in 2013 with the release of our configurable cyclecounting platform. Today, Forecasting, Balancing and Cycle Counting represent Datarithm’s three functional pillars. These pillars, coupled with our customizable option settings, offer an inventory control solution with more depth than any other inventory system on the market.

Product Overview

Controlling inventory with consistency, centralization and precision has proven challenging to pharmacy. The industry itself is unique; it has its own “ebb and flow.” New drugs continually enter the market. Unexpected news can instantly change a drug’s demand trend. There are thousands of NDC’s in a typical formulary. A drug’s dispensing history can be recurring, or sporadic, or seasonal, or new to a formulary. Drugs are constantly going generic. Generic drug prices have been unpredictable. Wholesalers will switch drugs. Physicians often change their scripting patterns. Reimbursement rates fluctuate. Unit costs vary over time. Laws change. The list can go on; while fast-moving drugs are easier to control and predict, management of the rest of a formulary is best described as guesswork mixed with fear of a stock out. Adding to the challenge is the fact that the majority of day-to-day inventory work typically falls on the pharmacist and tech.

n Forecasting - It is a fact; a larger sample size increases statistical

significance. Datarithm takes that to heart by using 24 months of transactional history. Datarithm selects and deploys the lowest error bestfit algorithm, automatic smoothing, trend analysis, and Economic Order Quantity Calculation. Datarithm also applies advanced logic based on client preferences. It all leads to a strong forecast for upcoming usage of each NDC in each location across the enterprise. All forecast settings are customizable to match our clients’ objectives.

n Balancing - Turns, Turns, Turns. When it comes to your prescription drug inventory, Datarithm knows how fast each NDC in each location is turning. If it makes sense to “push” a full or partial NDC from a “cold” to “hot” dispensing location, we will automatically suggest it. If the NDC is not turning at any location, Datarithm suggests return to wholesaler for full credit if possible. Whether in-date, short-date, or expired, Datarithm realizes the NDC life cycle and provides our clients with the features necessary to keep their prescription drug inventory balanced. All balancing settings are customizable to match our clients’ objectives. n Cycle Counting - A little work goes a long way. Utilizing a dual-rank

approach, management controls count frequencies, on-hand precision is elevated, and potential diversion is flagged. All cycle count settings are customizable to match our clients’ objectives.

How can you stand out in your patient’s eyes?

Company Background

DOSIS products by Manchac Technologies are designed to enhance efficiencies in your pharmacy. Our initial product, the DOSIS L60 is the leading provider in LTC blister card automation, featuring deployments in 37 different states across the United States, including Hawaii. DOSIS L60 is the cornerstone of single medication 28, 30 or 31-day blister card robotic solution. The DOSIS L60 is the only compact affordable robot that fills, seals and patient labels blister cards. ®

Led by Randall Murphy and Monroe Milton, Manchac was founded by veteran pharmacy automation engineers who are experienced in the design, development, manufacture, service, and support of pharmacy automation products. Manchac owns more than 100 years of collective industry experience within an ever-growing pharmacy market, serving long-term care and assisted living facilities.

Product Overview

DOSIS® L60 is a robotic solution for completely automating prescription filling, sealing and patient labeling of 28, 30 or 31-day single medication blister cards (a.k.a. bingo-cards) in a physically compact enclosure. The L60 has the capability of filling a day supply into the card in any order. This solution offers unbounded value to pharmacies in need of higher prescription throughput without extra staffing. The L60 operates hands-free which allows your pharmacy staff to continue their work while DOSIS produces prescription labeled blister cards. DOSIS is the most cost-effective, fully automated prescription packaging of blister cards in the market. Blister cards, which typically hold a single medication 30-day supply, are preferred for use in long-term care facilities due to their ease of handling, inspecting and administering to patients. Compliance starts with medication time pass labels, which provide ease of medication administration. DOSIS has the capacity to run continuously and unattended for up to eight hours, before restocking empty blisters. To minimize impact to pharmacy floor plans, the unit is similar in size

and shape to a vending machine or shallow refrigerator (26" L x 42" W x 78" H). An L60 can hold 60 unique medication canisters at a time, which allows for adding extra canisters in rotation based on your medication formulary needs. Each DOSIS canister has capacity of 1000cc. DOSIS is typically installed and operational in a single day, and makes an impact to the pharmacy’s card production in the first week. n Flexibility DOSIS improves your pharmacy’s flexibility to meet the needs of your customers. You can set dispensing parameters based on payer type, facility or prescription. Being able to use the same automation for a variety of customers, you can now grow your business without the fear of outgrowing your automation. •  No dedicated staffing need for DOSIS, it is simple to operate. •  Typically only 45 minutes to one hour of touch time per 8 hour shift to keep DOSIS producing. •  Keep up with an increase in your prescription volume demand. •  Eliminate overtime for filling cards. •  DOSIS works while you are not with its ability to work after normal business hours. •  Stop pre-packing cards, DOSIS does on-demand! •  Allows for a remote on-call pharmacist to fulfill a prescription remotely, such that a prescription is ready upon their arrival. n Additional Products •  DOSIS cTRAQ removes the guesswork from sorting all prescriptions: Get the right script to the right facility every time. cTRAQ monitors completed work versus work-in-process, highlighting work to be completed. •  DOSIS mPAQ Printing takes over label printing allowing optimal workflow: Reducing waste and time spent chasing labels. Adjust label content for med-pass labels, auxiliary warnings or formatting based on facility and medication type. •  DOSIS Consulting allows you to leverage our vast experience of pharmacy knowledge: Observe, analyze and propose solid effective solutions.

Carrying the torch for compounders. We know that quality compounding starts with quality chemicals. That’s why we conduct 14 tests and analyses on every ingredient and every lot, not just the initial lot, and reject almost 200 chemical lots each year. But it doesn’t stop there. It also means providing the industry’s best education and training programs (more than 115 in 2014) combined with more consulting pharmacists on-hand than anyone else and access to more than 8,000 formulas. What does all this add up to? Assurance that compounding pharmacists and their customers can experience quality without compromise. See our process at pccarx.com/quality.

Find out more at: www.pccarx.com/quality Here is the Quality Difference that PCCA Brings to Member Pharmacies Every Day:

n Every Lot – Not Just the Initial Lot – Is Tested •  We do not solely rely upon the USP or manufacturer’s label to ensure the quality of the chemicals received. •  Every lot received is tested using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible analysis, melting point, specific gravity, solubility, and chemical identifications. • Additional testing of APIs is done using actual formulations.

n 14 Checks and Analyses are Performed on Each Chemical Lot •  Nine qualitative and quantitative analyses are performed on every incoming chemical lot before it is released for repacking or sale. •  Each lot is tested against the certificate of analysis (C of A), including: USP, EP, NF, FCC, ACS, and PCCA standards. •  After initial testing, all results are reviewed for accuracy by a second QC analyst. • Chemicals are tested only by degreed Chemical Analysts. n PCCA Rejects Almost 200 Chemical Lots Per Year •  PCCA is fully registered by the FDA, DEA and State of Texas as a manufacturer and follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). •  Only FDA-registered and GMP-certified manufacturers are used for the purchase of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). • Exclusive, proven bases and formulas. n Proven Bases for More Patient Options With access to more than 60 proprietary bases – unavailable to other compounders – your PCCA pharmacy will have more options to treat patients, from VersaBase® topicals, specifically designed for compounded HRT delivery, to Lipoderm®, the industry’s only transdermal proven to deliver four drugs simultaneously, to PracaSil™-Plus, our newest base for scar therapy backed by a number of studies showing its effectiveness. n Comprehensive Education is the Key to Compounding Continuing education is the key to quality compounding solutions. Your PCCA pharmacy has access to more Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)-accredited continuing education than anyone else. In 2014, PCCA will conduct more than 115 ACPEaccredited sessions across the United States, Canada and Australia, as well as scores of other training sessions from clinical and technicianrelated topics to sales and marketing. n Complete Support Member pharmacies have access to the industry’s best support with more than 30 pharmacists and pharmaceutical chemists on-hand to answer the toughest compounding and clinical questions. n Advocacy Through our dedicated public affairs group, PCCA advocates for each member’s right to compound through such things as regulatory and insurance support, product availability and crisis intervention. We work hard on your behalf to raise awareness of compounding and to protect your practice and your patients.

Company Background Associates of Cape Cod, Inc. (ACC), is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of products developed to detect and quantify gram-negative bacterial endotoxins and (1g3)-ß-D-glucans. Our products are used worldwide by leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies to ensure the safety of their parenteral drugs, biological products and medical devices. Our goal is to provide the best products and services, as well as the best technical support and customer service, in our industry to enhance the productivity and efficiency of all our customers. We are ISO 13485: 2003 certified, our laboratories are FDA Inspected and DEA Licensed and our Beacon Diagnostics® laboratory is CLIA certified. Product Overview Associates of Cape Cod, Inc., (ACC) is pleased to introduce a new FDA licensed version of our rapid endotoxin detection kit, Pyrosate®. Pyrosate® is well suited for performing endotoxin assays in full compliance with the Bacterial Endotoxins Test, USP chapter <85>. Pyrosate® has been developed as an easy-to-use Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) gel-clot test that enables rapid testing and does not require special laboratory supplies. The easy to follow, step-by-step illustrated instructions allow the user to set up assays within minutes. In addition to FDA licensure, the Pyrosate® Kit is now available in sensitivities of 0.03 EU/mL, 0.125 EU/mL and 0.25 EU/mL, in both 10 pack and 30 pack formats. With the introduction of this licensed version, in addition to research and water testing, Pyrosate® is ideal for dialysis centers, compounding pharmacies, pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Performing the Test

The Pyrosate® kit is a rapid gel-clot test that contains a 2λ* endotoxin tube (PPC) matched to the sample (SPL) tube for each sensitivity. This feature is unique to the Pyrosate® assay. The endotoxin tube (PPC) assures that the sample does not interfere with the test, ruling out false negatives. Pyrosate® is formulated to eliminate false positives due to (1g3)-ß-D-glucans. This endotoxin specific reagent does not require additional blocking buffers.

Reconstitution Pyrosate® is reconstituted directly with the sample by adding 0.5 mL to the sample tube (SPL). After approximately 60 seconds of gentle mixing, 0.25 mL is transferred to the endotoxin tube (PPC). The lot-specific incubation time at 37±1°C is given on the Certificate of Compliance. Stability Pyrosate® is stable at room temperature and does not require refrigeration for shipping or storage. Product Applications • Hemodialysis • Water and Water Systems • Filter Industry • Research • Final Product Release Product Benefits • Shorter Assay Time • Endotoxin Specific • No Dilutions Required • No Refrigeration Required • Matched Positive Product Control * λ (lambda) is the lowest concentration of endotoxin to cause a positive test result under standard conditions.

Rob Standridge Year Founded: 1999 Employees: 10+ employees Phone: (405) 321-5356 Address: 2600 Technology Place Norman, OK 73071 Website: www.rssoftware.net

Company Background What started as a quest by one pharmacist on a mission to discover pharmacy software that truly worked with his unique practice, ended with the realization that if a pharmacist truly wanted software a pharmacist would want, a pharmacist would need to write that software. In fact, every pharmacy owner was innovative in their own way and each wanted features in their software that could help them harness these innovations. Thus, RS Software was born, and over the last decade and a half the team at RS Software has continually developed products that are miles ahead of their competition. As a Microsoft Partner, it is RS Software’s mission to create new and innovate software products, which would be found from Microsoft, Apple and other cutting edge software companies. Workers’ Compensation is More Profitable and Easier Than You Think ServRx™ specializes in workers’ compensation pharmacy claims management, offering customized contracts with the most flexible and competitive payment terms in the industry. ServRx™ gives your pharmacies the opportunity to minimize bad debt and short pays as well as improve cash flow. President & CEO: Todd Delano

Company Background ServRx™ was founded by veterans of the pharmacy claims processing industry. Our executive team has collectively overseen processing in excess of $3 billion in workers’ compensation and commercial prescription claims over the last decade. We have experience working with many different types of clients including independent pharmacies, compounding pharmacies and regional chains. Since its inception in 2008, ServRx™ has expanded significantly, processing claims with thousands of payors throughout the country. While the company continues to grow, our mission remains the same: ServRx™ works closely with each client to develop solutions that maximize the revenue cycle and improve access to medications for injured workers nationwide.

n Work Flow • Implement patient and payor specific clinical edits. • Customer Care Center • No co-pays or out-of-pocket costs for your patients. • Real-time online claims adjudication. • Fast and free pharmacy setup with ServRx™ BIN.

Diversification is Key PBMs continue to put downward pressure on reimbursements for independent pharmacies, especially in the Compounding segment. In the past, pharmacy owners have either contracted with third party billers that stifle workflow and allow claims to be heavily discounted by PBMs; others have limited their Workers’ Compensation volume, or even decided not to take it at all. In the face of a changing and increasingly hostile payor environment, both within workers’ compensation and beyond, you owe it to your business to talk to ServRx™ today about maximizing your opportunity in workers’ compensation. Testimonials “ Our compounding pharmacies stayed away from work comp for years not wanting or needing to deal with the hassle. But with reimbursements constantly threatened, last year we started working with ServRx to manage work comp claims. ServRx has provided an incredible boost to our bottom line. We’re tapping into a totally new revenue stream, and in work comp there is never a patient co-pay to collect.”

Service Overview ServRx™ is a leading electronic prescription claims processing and management company. We partner with pharmacies to develop customized electronic solutions that are designed to accelerate the revenue cycle. Many claims processing companies rely on antiquated technology and IT infrastructure. ServRx™ uses the most sophisticated IT systems in the industry, allowing our clients to benefit from real-time adjudication.

ServRx™ Customized Solutions Offer Many Benefits to Clients:

— Gary Rees, Pharmacy Owner

“ Our pharmacy operations have been greatly improved by the addition of ServRx. Collections are always a big headache for our staff but ServRx has taken that load, increased our workers’ compensation collection rates from 65% to 90% and made life a lot easier around the old “pharm.” The folks at ServRx are super nice, very knowledgeable and have the perfect skill set to get the job done. We recommend them as an A+++ company with whom to engage.” — Tim Hayes, RPh, Hayes Pharmacy

n Cash Flow • Increased revenue and profits. • Decrease non-compensable claims volume. • Minimize risk, short pays and losses. • Decrease staff costs. FA L L 2 0 1 4

Corporate Tax Deductible Non-Qualified Benefit Plan for the Independent Pharmacy Owner by Stratos Wealth Partners Stratos Wealth Partners’ advanced planning concepts, such as the corporate tax deductible non-qualified benefit plan, allows owners to maximize their income and reduce their taxes paid, while building assets for their future. Company Background

Stratos Wealth Partners, headquartered in Beachwood, Ohio, is an independent, partner owned and operated financial services firm. We define our success by assisting successful pharmacy owners working towards their goals. We strive to elevate the meaning and purpose of advanced wealth and tax mitigation planning by affording our clients the opportunity to experience it on an entirely new level. We have built a reputation in the pharmacy industry around advanced planning strategies for our clients. Stratos is led in the pharmacy space by partner Jeremy Thompson, CFP® who has been addressing the needs of Independent Pharmacy Owners across the country for more than a decade. Jeremy and his team provide a comprehensive spectrum of services to address the complex financial needs of Independent Pharmacy Owners, their businesses and their families.

Product Overview

Do the following topics concern you? •  Increased Income Tax Environment and the amount of Income Taxes you’re paying. •  The amount you’re able to contribute to your Qualified Retirement Plan. •  The inability to establish a benefit plan solely for you, as the owner, or key employees on a tax deductible basis. • A cost effective Life Insurance Solution with tax advantages. • Inconsistent investment returns. If so, it’s time to better understand there could be a plan through your business that will allow you, as the owner, to counteract the inefficiency of a qualified plan, higher tax rates and inconsistent investment returns. The corporate tax deductible non-qualified plan/Restricted Property Trust is an employer sponsored plan for owners and/or key employee(s) that provides a 100% corporate tax deduction and only a 30% tax inclusion for the owner/employee or key employee. Resulting in a net current tax deduction for the owner/employee of 70%. This is a non-qualified plan so it does not have to be offered to any other employee of the corporation. Any corporate entity such as a C-corp, S-corp, LLC (filing as a partnership or S-corp for tax purposes) or partnership are eligible to implement this type of plan, Sole Proprietorships are not.

The annual contribution limit is tied to “reasonable compensation”. It may allow a high-income-earning pharmacy owner to contribute several hundred thousand dollars per year or more over a 5, 10 or 15 year period. In the event a participant should die prior to completing the funding of their plan; a death benefit will be paid to the named beneficiaries. Thereby self-completing the plan design. These plans are strictly governed, in order to achieve the benefits of the strategy. The plan is subject to the rules governing “property transferred in connection with goods and services”. If the owner is deemed to have “constructive receipt” of the property or control over the asset, there is no current tax deduction. This is called a “substantial risk of forfeiture” and that is what prevents the plan from being considered deferred compensation and preserves the ability for the current tax deduction by the business. If a business owner has consistent earnings, the plan may be able to potentially address challenges. By allowing the business owner to put themselves in their own benefit plan, 100% of plan contributions can go to his/her benefit. The plan allows for a current tax deduction to purchase life insurance. This combination may allow for a steady and conservative rate of return on the dollars contributed while mitigating an unknown future tax risk that is inherent with qualified plans. This plan is not a fit for everyone. Individuals seeking the advantages of this strategy must have a five-year horizon and strong, consistent cash flow. If the company is unable to make the annual contribution to the plan, the assets inside the plan are forfeited to a qualified charity that the owner names at the beginning of the plan. However, if the non-qualified tax deductible benefit plan fits your business, it can play an integral role in helping you work towards your personal financial goals.

Features & Options

n Restricted Property Trust: 100% of the contribution goes to you, the owner; your business receives a 100% tax deduction on the contribution; you pay tax on 30% of this amount; you decide how much to contribute; the plan assets are protected from creditors; does not interfere with your other qualified plan assets or contributions; the plan’s funds are allocated to a whole life insurance policy; a death benefit is provided for family or partners. n Why is this allowed: Selected contribution amount is fixed; minimum term of 5 years; failure to comply results in amounts accumulated being forfeited and donated to client directed charity; illiquid during chosen term length; the assets never revert back to the corporation.

Company Overview

RxSafe began operations in 2008. Many of the principal employees have been innovating together since the early 90’s at such companies as Pyxis, Omnicell and DDN where they have extensively contributed to the advancement of automation in the pharmacy industry. RxSafe’s founder and CEO, William Holmes has authored 49 U.S. patents.

Product Overview

The RxSafe 1800 is the leader in automated, high-density robotic storage and retrieval of stock bottles. It represents an evolutionary leap in pharmacy automation technology because it goes beyond drawerbased systems. Unlike vial filling robots that hold a small percentage of your formulary, a 3-tower RxSafe system can hold virtually all of your oral solid stock bottles. When you’re busy, the RxSafe 1800 system really shines. Users report that a single operator can routinely fill at an effective rate of over 100 scripts per hour. If your space is tight, or there’s better use for the space, RxSafe is the solution. In a 3-tower system up to 5,400 stock bottle containers fit in 40 square feet of space. Technology sets our automated strip packager, the RxASP 1000 , apart. Offering more than 1000 canisters, it takes oral solid packaging to a whole new level. Our easy-to-use universal canister means there are no more trays or remote filling stations. Join the other independents, chains, hospitals, clinics, military, and institutional pharmacies that have selected RxSafe in the quest for a better pharmacy. ™

Accuracy. Efficiency. Security. With only one technician and one pharmacist, virtually every pharmacy, every day can fill all prescriptions without extra filling staff. And, with one open bottle at a time, there’s less chance for error, no wasted inventory and no narcotics theft. In fact, the RxSafe 1800™ is so secure it’s been approved by the U.S. Department of Defense for C2 narcotics storage.

With the RxSafe 1800, inventory is 100% accurate because it stores stock bottles behind locked doors and forces workflow at one station without the added expense of other software or hardware. Remote Stock Management is another standard feature of the RxSafe 1800. All pharmacy inventory is managed by the system whether it’s inside or outside the RxSafe. No more audits. No more overstocking or wasted inventory. n RxASP 1000 The RxASP 1000™ breaks all the barriers of past strip packagers. Designed with the most versatile “hi-fidelity” pouch printing and the easiest to open pouches, it has the highest speed in the industry and the lowest operating cost. What really stands out is the huge space savings. Engineered to have the smallest footprint of any strip packager on the market, the RxASP 1000 replaces 10 automatic strip packagers in half the space. Additionally, our product line includes the RxASP 20™ for entry-level packaging and retail adherence programs. RxSafe provides you with a complete package to guide your patients to 100% adherence. Seven years in development, RxEnsure™ is an additional level of assistance for your patients—outperforming anything on the market.

Testimonial

“ Our primary goals for making this automation investment were to increase our workflow and inventory management efficiency so we could free up staff to spend more time and attention on clinical services and other revenue generating activities.”

WHAT! YOU’RE NOT USING TO PROCESS AUTO ACCIDENT PRESCRIPTION CLAIMS? 2 MILLION PERSONS ARE INJURED EVERY YEAR IN AUTO ACCIDENTS. According to a recent federal report, auto accidents significantly impact health costs, accounting for $35 billion in medical spend, including prescription drug costs.

$1.5 BILLION IN PHARMACY SPEND. In 23 No-Fault and PIP states, $1.5 billion is spent every year on prescriptions related to auto accidents. These expenses are typically covered by the patient’s auto insurance coverage in states with No-Fault and PIP (personal injury protection) laws.

OVER 4 MILLION AUTO ACCIDENT RX CLAIMS. That’s how many auto accident prescriptions Auto Rx has processed, making us the nation’s largest processor of No-Fault and PIP auto accident prescriptions claims.

PROCESSING IS SIMPLE. From your third party screen, aside from patient information, we only need the Cardholder ID and Group# fields to be populated. That’s it. We take care of the rest.

PAYMENT IS GUARANTEED ON ALL CLAIMS. When you receive an on-line “Paid Response” message from Auto Rx on an auto prescription claim, payment on that claim is guaranteed.

PATIENT PAYS LITTLE TO NO OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS. With few exceptions, your customers will not have to pay out-of-pocket costs for the prescription or co-pay*.

GET STARTED TODAY! Call or email us. We can have you set up to process in as little as 30 minutes. *(dependant upon state laws and individual policies)

No patient deserves a visitor like this. The days of manually washing vials has gone away and the purchasing of sterile vials can be cost prohibitive. Due to increased attention from regulatory agencies and the need for future compliance, there is a hyper-focus on the cleanliness and sterility of vials. More importantly, microorganisms and other contaminants can be disastrous or even deadly when injected into the bloodstream of a patient. Proper and thorough vial washing is critical to ensure the safety of patients. PennTech is a world leader of complete aseptic vial production lines. Specializing in low to medium speed machines, the focus is on simplicity, efficiency, and a compact footprint. Our machine design philosophy is “soft” rather than “hard”; servo motors rather than gears, belts, and chains. Our mottos are “Less is more” and “Smaller is better”. In doing so, we provide equipment that strictly adheres to cGMP guidelines with a very small footprint, making them easy to maintain and operate.
