It is with great pride that we have put together a very high quality set of genetics to offer you, as breeders, to add to your herds. These females are a true sample of what our cow herd entails: strong maternal traits, proven milking ability, sound structure, docile natured, and attributes that are noticed in the show ring. All animals sell are guaranteed to be fertile. The Lodoen and Olson families will guarantee open heifers to breed; however, please keep in mind that animal conditions influence fertility greatly. If there is a problem, we would want the females to be returned to us to be bred. In the event that an animal will not settle with the efforts of the buyer and seller, a sale credit in the amount of the purchase price will be issued. We will guarantee one pregnancy on each package of embryos sold if implanted by a certified technician. If pregnancy is not confirmed, an additional embryo will be received.

Transportation Herd Health

Our herds are in excellent shape. The females have been poured with Dectomax and are on a full, yearly vaccination program. Vet care is provided by Dr. Russ Behm, Minot Vet Clinic, 701-852-4831 and Dr. Darin Peterson, Casselton Vet Clinic, 800-216-9985

Insurance

As soon as an animal is purchased, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. Joana Friesz with Northland Insurance Agency will be present sale day.
