Water retention is a highly technical, weather dependent process that requires an enormous amount of safety and skill. Combining our team’s experience building reservoirs and dams with our ability to self-perform this critical infrastructure component allows our clients a greater measure of project predictability in what is typically an unpredictable environment.
Reeves Young provided the site work services to support the creation of a fivemile tunnel from the Chattahoochee River to the Bellwood Quarry. The tunnel sends 2.4 billion gallons of water to the quarry – enough to supply the city for 30 days. The tunnel also connects the quarry to the Hemphill Water Treatment Plant. Reeves Young’s scope included a 3,800 SF permanent soil nail wall, 3,500 SF modular block walls, and 48 16″ diameter auger cast piles varying in length from 29-38 ft. Site utilities included 1,300 LF of 36″ ductile iron pipe; 3,000 LF of waterline up to 8” in diameter; 1,500 LF of sanitary sewer; 3,700 LF of reinforced concrete pipe up to 24” in diameter & high-density polyethylene storm sewer. Scope also included pump station yard piping with 36”-48” ductile iron pipe and 140 LF of 84″ fiberglass reinforced epoxy pipe. Site finishes included 12,000 SY of asphalt paving; 12,700 SF of permeable concrete paving; 6,500 LF curb & gutter; 13,000 SF concrete flatwork and a rainwater harvesting pond.
This highly complex project for the City of Chattanooga involved the construction of three 10 million gallon, pre-stressed, concrete storage tanks, one cast-inplace 40 MGD pump station including four 10 MGD submersible pumps, and one cast-in-place diversion structure incorporating an existing 84” gravity sewer, two carbon absorption odor control units, one electrical building including switchgear, VFDs, 600 KW standby generator, automatic transfer switch, restrooms, and HVAC units. The project also included construction of a cast-in-place valve and flow meter vault and two retaining walls. Installation of buried and above ground piping ranging in size from 8” to 54” diameter was also required on the site, including 680 LF of 36” diameter force main pipe, as well as micropiles for construction. Replacement of electrical gear at the existing Influent Relief Pump Station was also required. Modifications were also made to the existing West Bank Outfall, including demolition and a new metal weir box.
Reeves Young provided construction services for this new, 10 MGD sewage pump station which also required an expedited schedule due to a consent order from the Georgia Natural Resources Environmental Protection Division.
The project included placement of approximately 5,000 CY of cast-in-place concrete, rock excavation, and a 48” gravity sewer. Installed equipment included submersible pumps, slide gates, odor control system, and a 5-ton bridge crane.
This project was a fast-track design-build for a 10 MGD pump station. It included a 30-foot excavation in solid rock; 5,000 CY of cast-in-place concrete, 30,000 CY of rock excavation, and 3,000 LF of pipe. The project required work performed in multiple shifts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Equipment included submersible pumps, chopper pumps, slide gates, an odor control system, and a magnesium hydraulic feed system. A temporary bypass of the existing facility also was required for the duration of the project.
This new, 0.5 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant on a 20.2 acre property consisted of screening, sequencing batch reactors, clarification, filtration, UV disinfection, post aeration, sludge holding, thickening and dewatering, plant drain pump station, chemical feed systems, a building rehabilitation, and electrical power distribution including standby generator, new SCADA system and two new lift stations. The Airport No. 1 Lift Station and Force Main consisted of replacement of pumps, starters and other equipment at the existing pump station and installation of 17,000 LF of a 12″ high density polyethylene pipe. Smithwick Creek Lift Station and Force Main consists of new submersible wastewater pump station and installation of approximately 15,000 LF of a 10″ high density polyethylene pipe, 2,300 LF of 24″ ductile iron pipe sanitary sewer and 1,300 LF of 8″ PVC sanitary sewer.
This fast-tracked project consisted of the expansion of an existing plant to increase capacity and satisfy critical water needs. Reeves Young completed the expansion of membrane facility capacity in the existing membrane building, construction of a new high service pump station and associated electrical building, a new surge tank station and associated compressor building, a CO2 generator building and containment area, gravity thickener, gravity thickener feed pump station, and new thickened sludge pump building.
Reeves Young was chosen to upgrade an existing 5.0 MGD wastewater facility, which included multiple project components like constructing new splitter boxes, clarifiers, RAW/WAS pump station, and converting existing sequencing batch reactor (SBR) to an A2O sewage treatment process. The project also required retrofitting existing tertiary filters, replacing digester process equipment, an existing belt press, and chemical feed equipment, as well as removing the conventional activated sludge (CAS) process from service.
The main purpose of this project was to upgrade and improve the chemical systems at Clear Creek CSCF by replacing the four (4) NaCl (sodium hypochlorite) storage fiberglass tanks, replacing the pumps and piping systems to improve system process reliability, upgrading the Foxboro system, and rehabilitating the drum screens at Custer Avenue CSCF. Reeves Young also provided system wide flow monitoring improvements at various facilities including Clear Creek CSCF, North Avenue CSCF, Tanyard CSCF, WA WQCF, Cluster Avenue CSCF, Boulevard Regulator, and EA WQCF.
Reeves Young was chosen as the construction manager for The Water Tower, a 55,600 SF water innovation and research facility including office and collaboration space, classrooms and meeting spaces, 250-seat multi-purpose space, and multiple laboratories. The campus, which is part of the F. Wayne Hill facility and the Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center, also features active public spaces including a greenway and trails, as well as a Dirt Training Center.
Reeves Young was selected as the Program Manager for this expedited design-build project. Designed specifically for the Phillip Morris USA facility, The WaterHub reduces consumed water by 40% and eliminates 55% of wastewater discharge. Major equipment installation included influent pumps, rotary bar screen, odor control system, EQ/tank/pumps, fine screen, weir gates, membrane system, UV System, RO system, fiberglass reclaim tank with reclaim pumps, and a greenhouse. The overall plant capacity is 710,000 GPM expandable to 1.5 MGD.
Reeves Young was chosen as the design-builder for The WaterHub, an on-site water recycling system on the Emory University campus which utilizes eco-engineering processes to clean wastewater for future non-potable uses. It is the first system of its kind to be installed in the United States, and is capable of recycling up to 400,000 gallons-per-day – nearly 40% of Emory’s total campus water needs. The cleaned water is then used as process make-up water in Emory’s steam and chiller plants and toilet flushing in select residence halls. The system was built to reduce Emory’s draw of water from Atlanta’s municipal water supply by up to 146 million gallons of water annually. It also includes a 50,000 gallon emergency water reserve which will allow Emory’s heating and cooling systems to function for an average of seven hours in the event of any disruption in water availability.
Reeves Young served as the Design-Builder for this new, 5,350 SF, 2 MGD Water Treatment Plant on a 6.63acre greenfield site and self-performed a significant portion of the work. The project included clearing and providing access to the work area, construction of Well #6, a treatment structure, lime feed system, high service/backwash pump station, wash water pond and stormwater pond, and yard piping. In addition, Reeves Young performed clear well excavation backfill, electrical, splash pad, under drain and standpipes, disinfection, and foundation work. Significant coordination was also required between our team and the contractors responsible for the construction of the groundwater supply wells, clear well, and offsite waterline.
This project involved upgrades and improvements to an existing dewatering facility that included the replacement of two existing centrifuges with two Flottweg Model C5E centrifuges. It also involved improvements to the sludge conveyor including the replacement of the vertical conveyor with an inclined conveyor section, a new loading station, and rehabilitation of the existing conveyor system. Two new polymer blending units were also installed. Building improvements included replacement of the HVAC systems, structural modifications and corroded metal repair, replacement of all electrical switchgear, panels, and distribution wiring system, and repainting of the entire building. Improvements were also made to the SCADA and instrumentation systems.
Reeves Young was responsible for the upgrade and expansion of this existing water treatment plant for Carroll County Water Authority. The project included a new pre-treatment facility with rapid mixing, flocculation and plate sedimentation, additional multimedia filters, new chemical building and chemical systems, a new 1.5 million gallon concrete clearwell, a new high service pump station with 3 new 400 HP vertical turbine pumps and 2 new 200 HP vertical turbine pumps, a solids retention pond, SCADA system, 1000KW/1250KVA emergency standby generator, new administration building, and new maintenance building.
This improvement project for Dalton Utilities included chemical system upgrades, a new coagulant Building, conversion of an existing filter to a post chemical building, modifications to an existing raw water chemical building, site work for three chemical unloading stations and new loading dock, demolition of an existing coagulant tank and feed pumps, lime slurry storage and feed system, fluoride feed pumps, and day tanks.
Reeves Young was selected as the designbuild contractor on this project for Dekalb County. For the pump repair, services included replacing the high service pump station No.1 intake header, the removal of four small transfer pumps, and the addition of two large transfer pumps. For the tank refurbishment, all three steel tanks required new vents, ladders, and manways, as well as removal and replacement of all the coatings inside and outside.
Reeves Young was selected as the builder for this project, consisting of furnishing and installing clarifier equipment and making concrete repairs to eight existing clarifiers; renovating the primary sludge pump station; replacing flow control gates; consolidating power feed, remote and local controls to four secondary clarifiers.
The scope for this project consisted of constructing a new 1.25 MGD wastewater treatment plant in the Little River watershed. Preconstruction services included design and constructability reviews, cost estimating, valueengineering recommendations, and preparation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal package. Construction services included CMAR procurement, construction and construction management, start-up, performance testing, commissioning, and operator training.
This progressive design-build project for Barrow County included providing design and construction services to expand the capacity of the Tanner’s Bridge Wastewater Treatment Facility to 1.0MGD. Design features included septage receiving, headworks, a splitter box, two sequencing batch reactors, equalization basin, dewatering building/boxes, digester, chlorine contact chamber, flow monitor, effluent pump station and aeration and discharge into the Apalachee River.

This project at Bellwood Quarry for the City of Atlanta Water Supply feature turnkey heavy civil services that included a 3,800 SF permanent soil nail wall, 3,500 SF of modular block walls, 48 16” diameter auger cast piles varying in length from 29’–38’, and site grading. Utility infrastructure included 1,300 LF of 36” ductile iron pipe, 3,000 LF of 8” and below waterline, 1,500 LF of sanitary sewer; 3,700 LF of 24” and below reinforced concrete pipe and high-density polyethylene pipe for storm sewer, and yard piping for the pump stations (2,500 LF of 36” ductile iron pipe, 280 LF of 30” ductile iron pipe, 140 LF of 48” ductile iron pipe, 140 LF of 84” fiberglass reinforced epoxy pipe). The site finishes consisted of 12,000 SY of asphalt paving; 12,700 SF of permeable concrete paving; 6,500 LF of curb and gutter, 13,000 SF of concrete flatwork, landscaping and irrigation, fence and guardrails, site furnishings, and a rainwater harvesting pond.
Reeves Young provided heavy civil services in support of the construction of State Farm’s new headquarters. The project included 165,000 CY of dirt hauled off and 170,000 CY of rock blasting with haul off and utility installation for a 40’ deep, 100,000 SF footprint for a four-story underground parking deck. Services provided also involved earthwork, shoring, dewatering, utilities, concrete precast culverts, MSE walls, asphalt paving, and signalization. Installation of two of GA’s largest pre-cast culverts to build a new roadway. Utility work included 400 LF of 24” sewer line, jack and bore sewer line under a six-lane parkway, storm drainage, and water lines.
Reeves Young was responsible for the turnkey site development on this 2,000,000 SF project near the Atlanta BeltLine for Brasfield & Gorrie. The project included heavy civil services such as erosion control, site grading, dewatering, blasting, excavation of 205,000 CY of dirt, 40,000 CY of rock, site utility installation, and intersection improvements.
Reeves Young provided turnkey site development services including erosion, dewatering, shoring, excavation, grading, stormwater, water, and sewer infrastructure for Norfolk Southern’s new corporate headquarters. The two-tower project includes approximately 856,000 SF of office space and a 14,000 SF childcare center with a 3,600 SF outdoor play area. Three levels of below grade parking were also required for the project and entail 77,100 SF of shoring, 159,270 CY of soil excavation, including 29,000 CY of impacted soils, a temporary dewatering system with over 100 wells, and a permanent underdrain system.
The Beacon Municipal Court Complex was an adaptive re-use and new construction of a historic, three-building city municipal complex. The project, totaling 84,377 SF, included a police and municipal court facility with courtroom, holding cells and 911 communications, an active living building with classrooms, a gymnasium, and a City of Decatur Schools Administration Building. The LEED Silver project also included the construction of a plaza to connect the three buildings. Three additional project scopes were added mid-project: re-routing a major artery of the city’s active storm sewer, building a two and one-half acre water retention vault below a soccer field to manage site flooding, and expanding and renovating an adjoining community pool.
This project for Brasfield & Gorrie involved a comprehensive heavy civil scope including demolition of the existing parking lot and hardscapes, mass grading and fine grading, and installation of underground water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems. The work performed on this site supported the development of a $126 million 62,825 SF four-story emergency department — the state’s busiest — which has the capacity to treat 185,000 people annually.
This 30-acre new soccer training complex involved the construction of three artificial and three natural turf fields. Reeves Young selfperformed the grading, moving over 200,000 CY of dirt on the site. The project also included the installation of storm, sanitary, and water lines, 10,000 LF of 8”–36” pipe, and 1,000 LF of 48”–60” storm drainage pipe. Hardscape and landscape designs were also implemented, including walls, sidewalks, a fountain, an irrigation system, and parking lot paving.
Reeves Young completed two projects for the landfill, which receives all residential trash for Dekalb County, Georgia. The first project included 4,200 LF of access road grading and paving 84” and 96” diameter storm drain installation, customer drop-off area improvements, a 7-acre stormwater detention pond, office trailer, picnic shelter, vehicle tire wash, storage shed site entranceway, and landscaping. The second project involved moving 1.6 million cubic yards of soil to fill and level the 27-acre area, and the development of two new landfill cells to receive the trash. Both required a landfill liner system and sand layer.
team was chosen by the City of Atlanta to complete the Westside Park at Bellwood Quarry and related site work. The project consisted of conceptual master planning, design, prescribing ecological restorative treatments for highly degraded industrial sites, permitting, and construction for Phase I improvements and amenities. The first phase of the $26.5 million 36-acre project included a gateway entrance at the intersection of Johnson Road and Grove Park Place. Set on the park’s north side, the gateway has lighting, signage, and graphics. The restoration of Grove Park Place included resurfacing the road and improvement of the greenery along the corridor. The park contains trails, a pedestrian connection to the Proctor Creek Greenway, and an ADA-accessible overlook.
This project involved the renovation and expansion of an existing City of Atlanta park located on a former landfill. Reeves Young was contracted by the City of Atlanta to create the first-of-its-kind energy cost-neutral park. Photovoltaic solar panels that act as a shade structure at one of the park’s entrances produce energy, which is sold back to Georgia Power, offsetting the entirety of the park’s energy costs. Park amenities included a splash pad, an enhanced playground with interactive play elements, walking paths that encircle the park, a Little League baseball field, a pavilion, and restroom facilities.
Reeves Young served as the prime contractor for this brand-new park in the Upper Proctor Creek area. This watershed project manages persistent stormwater flooding issues in the area. A vacant property with blighted structures was transformed into a vibrant community asset. The approximately two-acre park includes a rain garden, constructed wetlands, and other green infrastructure that manages 3.5M gallons of stormwater runoff annually. Heavy civil services included self-performed demolition, installation of underground detention systems, utilities, lighting, landscaping, and hardscapes.
The Atlanta BeltLine project is the most comprehensive transportation and economic development effort ever undertaken in the city of Atlanta and is among the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment programs in the United States. As General Contractor, Reeves Young developed significant pieces of one of the most visible components to the project — the 17-acre, multiactivity Historic Fourth Ward Park. Work completed included building the recirculating stream, a splash pad, waterfalls, amphitheater/plaza, and restroom facilities on the fiveacre south parcel as well as the large outdoor trellis, event lawn, and sculpture garden on the north parcel.
Reeves Young also built the third parcel, which includes Atlanta’s first public skate park, with over 15,000 SF of bowls, curbs, and smooth rolling concrete mounds. The parcel also includes a sports field, a shade trellis topped with solar panels, and public restroom facilities.
Part of the second expansion of Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail, this project continued the trail from Kirkwood Avenue to Memorial Drive, over Fulton Terrace/Mauldin Street. The scope of the project included a ramp and stair connection at the Fulton Terrace bridge and pedestrian intersection improvements at Kirkwood Avenue, Memorial Drive, and Bill Kennedy Way.
Reeves Young Recently completed the construction of a new Town Green for the City of Avondale Estates. Avondale Estates is building on its reputation as a green city, and the 2-acre Town Green will serve as an economic driver for the downtown, as well as a place for the community to gather. The scope of work included demolishing existing structures, grading for future mixed-use Buildings, road improvements, pavilion, and Town Green landscape and hardscape. The project includes walking paths, intimate gardens, open fields for passive recreation, a pavilion for outdoor performances, space for events, provisions for food trucks, a children’s area, a dog playground, and other amenities for residents, businesses, and visitors to enjoy.
Reeves Young was chosen by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority to provide Construction Management at Risk services for the Centennial Olympic Park renovations. The renovations and improvements were designed to increase community access, strengthen its Olympic heritage, enhance the visitor experience, and expand programming opportunities. A historic preservation effort was also made to remove, clean, and relocate commemorative bricks in the park.
This roadway improvement project was performed for Holder Construction and supported the construction of the new City Center for the City of Sandy Springs. Reeves Young’s scope included the demolition of existing roadways and corresponding signalization at two intersections. Services included 250 LF of 36” jack and bore utility installation; 3,300
LF of 18” reinforced concrete pipe; 1,000 LF of 12” ductile iron pipe water main; 9,000 LF of curb and gutter; and 27,000 SY of asphalt paving. The project also contained 1.2 miles of walking trails and paths.
Reeves Young was awarded multiple work scopes for this highly technical project for the Holder, Hunt, Russell, Moody joint venture in charge of building Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The project included grading the 40-acre site, which required removing 200,000 CY of soil, equaling 100 dump trucks a day. It also required creating internal access roads; placement of 294,000 SF of soil cement for multiple crane pads; demolition of the existing roadway bridge and retaining wall; installation of water, sewer and utility lines; and installation of sitework, utilities, and traffic signals to support the new entrance road.
Reeves Young provided improvements to community pedestrian access including 6,270 SY of sidewalk, 42,067 SY of mill and overlay, and 10,257 LF of curb and gutter along Lake Hearn Drive and Parkside Place. The scope also included moving the curb line 4 feet so existing sidewalks on the other side of the street could be widened from 4 feet to 6 feet. Seating benches, lighting, and trash receptacles were installed along the sidewalks. Special brick paving was utilized to increase aesthetic appeal. Two raised intersections were also created to mitigate excessive vehicular speed along Lake Hearn Drive. ADA ramps, pedestrian signalization, and crosswalks were also added.
This project involved turnkey site development services including grading, utilities (storm, sanitary, water, chilled water), tree removal, retaining walls, roads, and parking lot paving for a new eight-building student housing complex. The scope also included sewer line installation, some as much as 25’ deep. The project utilized four crews and 25 pieces of Reeves Young owned heavy equipment to complete the project on time.
Reeves Young performed turnkey site development services for The Home Depot Backyard project, a redevelopment of the 13acre greenspace on the site of the former Georgia Dome and what is now Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The unique project is being used for game-day parking, events, and entertainment. The project included mass grading and installation of 6″ of water, 8″ of sewer, and up to 42″ of storm drain utility lines. Reeves Young also performed as Prime Contractor for the installation of a 268,000 CF underground cast-in-place stormwater detention vault.
This project for Holder Construction included turnkey site development for the improvements to Infinite Energy Center. Services involved installation of a precast underground detention system (668 precast pieces that equal 571,535 CF of storage), excavation of 100,000 CY of dirt, shoring with I Beam and lagging, a temporary dewatering system with permanent underdrain system, 7,068 SY of paving, 12,784 SY of mill and overlay, and site demolition. The underground detention system is one of the largest in the Southeast.
This project for Holder Construction involved the installation of a full sanitary sewer system on a 300-acre site which will become a large data center. The heavy civil scope consisted of over 10,000 SF of pipe installation: 2,621 LF of 6” PVC pipe, 4,469 LF of 8” ductile iron pipe, and 4,672 LF of 12” ductile iron pipe.
Reeves Young was responsible for selfperforming 100% of the utility infrastructure work for Holder Construction on these 195 undisturbed acres which will become a 900,000 SF data center. This installation included 8″ sewer and 8″–12″ water utility infrastructure piping, including manholes. Over 30,000 LF of pipe was installed, including 11,367 LF of 8” SDR 35 sanitary sewer piping, 11,892 LF of 12” ductile iron pipe for a fire line, and 13,364 LF of 8” ductile iron pipe for a domestic water line.
This project involved the installation of water and sewer lines for a new SK Battery manufacturing plant. Over 30,000 LF of pipe was installed on this project: 15,678 LF of 8” ductile iron pipe for sanitary sewer, 12,343 LF of 10” ductile iron pipe for a fire line, and 2,740 LF of 6” ductile iron pipe for a domestic water line.

Reeves Young provided Construction Manager at Risk services on the new 29,769 SF City Hall, the second building constructed for the City of Chamblee. The building serves as the centerpiece for the city’s developing downtown master plan and houses office space for the City Manager, City Clerk, Council, and a number of the city departments, Council Chambers to accommodate 186, 29 offices, conference rooms, a community room to accommodate 247 persons, outdoor balconies and multipurpose spaces for public and private use. Reeves Young Heavy Civil self-performed site work, including demolition, clearing, excavation, earthwork, water, sanitation, and storm utilities.
This project consisted of a new 2-story, 21,143 SF, three-bay fire station. The building includes several new features focused on safety and firefighter’s health. A 1,000 SF gymnasium on the second floor helps keep firefighters in shape. A decontamination area with a separate HVAC and airlock system allows firefighters to change out of and clean dirty turnout gear. An infrared sauna was installed to help with the firefighters’ detoxification process. The facility includes a training stairway with a rappelling wall, tunnel rescue training, and a confined space simulator, providing firefighters with critical training in-house. It also includes a public lobby, decontamination shower, gear wash area, gear storage, equipment storage, living areas, kitchen and dining, conference/community room, offices, storage room with adjacent support areas, sleeping quarters, restrooms, and other associated spaces.
Reeves Young was awarded this 22,000 SF, two-story building which will house a library on the first floor with adult, teen and children’s areas, 20 computer workstations, and a multipurpose room. The second floor will be operated by the city for co-working space, college classes and other public or educational uses.
Reeves Young was selected to manage the construction of this new, 40,000 SF performing arts and community center included a two-story lobby that acts as a separate event space or as a pre-function area complete with concession areas equipped with full-service catering kitchens. The 500seat auditorium/theater contains a complete control room for lighting and sound, as well as acoustical wall treatments. The stage contains full rigging for several setups, including an orchestra shell, and boasts an automatic floor lift system that is in place during non-orchestral performances but can be lowered to accommodate an orchestra pit. Also included is a separate black box theater with curtained walls and hardwood flooring to accommodate multiple types of events/performances. The center also features a multipurpose community room, classrooms, conference rooms, administrative offices, and dressing rooms.
Reeves Young was selected as the contractor for this 20-acre expansion to an existing 20-acre park project including the construction of a new, structural steel, wood-covered pavilion with stage and ten tiers of modular wall/grass amphitheater seating. Work included self-performing all of the site development work, including utility installation and grading. Construction also included a new pond with a functional and aesthetic stormwater management device.
Reeves Young was selected to perform the 100-acre expansion to the existing Camp Twin Lakes campus, which adds 20 new camper cabins, a gymnasium, dining hall, medical lodge, and many other amenities for campers to enjoy. This new campsite in Rutledge, Georgia, consists of residential, operational, and programmatic facilities.
Reeves Young was chosen by Cobb County to complete construction services for the Jim R Miller Exhibit Hall and related site work. This project included demolition of the existing A & B exhibit halls and replacement with a new exhibit hall. The new exhibit hall included a large open exhibit area with movable partitions to allow the space to be divided for smaller activities, office space for park staff, staff restrooms including a shower, office for event staff, a conference room shared between park staff and event staff, a concession area with exhaust hood and serving windows to allow concessions to be purchased inside and outside the building, public restrooms including family changing areas, and maintenance/storage areas.
Reeves Young completed this project that serves as the heart of Emory University’s Oxford College Campus. Centered around all student activities, this project included the renovation of a 20,000 SF 1960’s dining hall, and a 13,500 SF addition, including study and classroom areas, flexible open spaces, bookstore, dance studio, game room, lounges, bookstore, conference spaces, convenience store and café/dining options. The project included site improvements integrating the project into existing pathways and plazas. The addition was completed first and tied into the existing building, requiring the removal of the building skin spanning two levels, exposing the structure allowing for the buildings to be connected.
Reeves Young performed heavy civil site work and contsruction services for this renovation project which consisted of facility improvements for Emory’s championship softball program including the addition of new coach’s offices, player’s facility with locker room, lounge, and restroom/showers. The renovation additionally included a new pressbox, public restrooms, new permanent bleacher seating, new VIP terrace, as well as a walkway connection to Eagle Row and Peavine Parking Deck. The heavy civil scope involved site demolition, site grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
Reeves Young was selected to renovate this former Howard Johnson hotel built in 1972, and convert it into into Clifton Tower residence hall. Upon the hotel’s closure in 2014, the 5-story facility had never had a major upgrade until it was renovated by Reeves Young in 2019. The purpose of the renovation project was to increase the occupancy capacity and ensure that the facility met building codes. This fast-track project blended the best features of residence hall and apartment-style living and provided 140 beds and amenities such as study rooms, laundry facilities, and a common kitchen. Exterior renovations included new windows, exterior paint, and rebuilding the South Elevation utilizing a panelized EIFS wall system with energy efficient windows.
Reeves Young was chosen as Construction Manager for this 90,000 SF, LEED Gold, modern facility which houses spaces for both collaboration and individual contemplative space. This facility contains both traditional research and technical services while also providing the latest in computer technology and associated technology support services. It includes a 3-story atrium with curtain wall glass, café, group study rooms, classrooms, research commons, faculty offices, tutoring suite, instructional labs, faculty workrooms, lecture hall with pre-function area, conference rooms, quiet reading areas, and the capacity to accommodate over 300,000 volumes of material.
Reeves Young was selected as Construction Manager for this new 79,000 SF, LEED Silver facility. The project included an E-Sports Gaming Room, departmental areas for Student Affairs and Student Life, a campus bookstore, study and lounge areas, Food Services, dining hall with servery, meeting rooms, multi- purpose ballroom, and lecture hall with auditorium seating.
Reeves Young performed construction and site development services for the athletic fields for baseball, softball, and soccer. The scope of work also included new construction of a 30,056 SF Athletic Building that includes locker and training rooms, coaching offices, and a reception suite. The 22-acre site also includes appropriate access drives, pedestrian and maintenance ways, and maintenance spaces.
Reeves Young performed Construction Management services for this 130,000 SF, fivestory and four-story twin tower with a fivestory curtain wall glass connecting atrium. The facility includes classrooms, tiered lecture halls, computer labs, offices, conference rooms, multipurpose room with moveable partitions, study rooms, 72 seat classroom, foreign language lab, media lab, sound stage with studio, sound recording room, faculty lounges, AV control room, work room, and large atrium. The new facility is a concrete structure with structural steel. The exterior features brick, curtain wall glass and natural stone. The project also received a Project Achivement Award from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
Reeves Young was selected as Construction Manager for this new 93,210 SF academic building on a 25-acre greenfield site. The project features a 3-story educational building that houses the Health & Life Science/Computer Science/Business/Education/Criminal Justice and Math/English departments. Specialty learning spaces were included for anatomy/ dissection labs, patient care and early childhood labs, general classrooms, and TEAL classrooms, also included are three lecture halls, bookstore, and administrative offices.
Reeves Young was selected as Construction Manager at Risk for this new 45,872 SF Industrial Technology Center for North Georgia Technical College. The facility houses space for the Heating and Air Conditioning Program, CNC/ Machine Tool Program as well as economic development, continuing education, existing business and industry training, a catering kitchen, and an event center conference room that seats approximately 240 people banquet style.
Reeves Young completed this 32,460 SF renovation of the Instructional Support Center including 17 classrooms, public spaces, and restrooms, as well as accessibility upgrades. The renovation incorporated new AV technology, MEP systems, furnishings, and finishes. The instructional center serves the College of Architecture, Computing, Engineering, Liberal Arts, and Sciences. Renovations allowed for multiple new approaches to teaching by offering flexible, informal meetings and teaching spaces. Construction was staged over two summer breaks with two mobilizations to accommodate school activities and minimize disruptions.
This project was part of Georgia Institute of Technology’s on-going effort to improve the teaching and learning environments in their well-utilized instructional spaces. It included the renovation of a 4,500 SF auditorium on the first floor of the Instructional Center. Seating was replaced and reconfigured to meet current codes and the entrance was remodeled to increase capacity from 280 to 300 seats. Mechanical systems and lighting were also replaced, and fire suppression systems were extended into the auditorium.
Reeves Young provided construction services for four of the largest synthetic intramural fields in the Southeast for soccer, lacrosse, and football. The scope included demolition of existing sidewalks, walls, synthetic field and stairs, new concrete walls, paving, electrical, site work, fencing, storage unit and landscaping. Two new underground stormwater detention systems with 60” corrugated metal pipe were also installed.
This extraordinary adaptive reuse project of a historical 1925 hospital was transformed into the downtown campus and nursing school for the University of West Georgia. The existing structure included multiple renovations and additions complied over a period of 86 years. The completed facility includes early childhood and patient care labs, lecture rooms and classrooms and offices.
This renovation and addition to the existing Student Center offers students opportunities to become engaged in the campus community and foster relationships with others. The 26,146 SF addition was completed first and tied into the existing building, requiring the removal of the building skin, spanning two levels, exposing the structure allowing for the buildings to be connected. The expanded facility includes a Dance Studio, Student Study Area, Game Room, Lounges, Bookstore, Conference Spaces, and Support Spaces. Additionally, the 11,354 SF renovation included a two-story Lobby, an expanded Dining Hall and new boiler. The ground floor of the existing space received full renovation while 80% of the second floor received interior renovation.
Reeves Young delivered this 54,000 SF, twostory Campus Student Center with Community Conference Center. The facility houses Student life offices, registration, meeting rooms, offices, a two-story glass atrium, 200-seat dining hall, kitchen and bookstore. A new plaza features redefined pedestrian walks, outdoor dining/gathering space and landscaping.
Reeves Young completed the intricate renovation of this 1884 historic county courthouse on the square in downtown Covington that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The three-story courthouse with clock tower required cleaning and restoration of the exterior masonry, hazardous materials abatement, historic wood window, door, and interior trim restoration, plaster restoration, and interior wood flooring restoration. All electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC systems were updated and retrofitted into the existing structure. The rehabilitation resulted in the use of the courthouse for county government operations such as planning and development, purchasing, and other administrative offices. The original courtroom was converted to the county Board of Commissioners meeting room.
Reeves Young was selected as Construction Manager at Risk for this 182,668 SF project in downtown Augusta and consisted of a brand-new judicial center.
The judicial center includes courtrooms, sheriff’s offices, sally port, administrative offices, and city services. This project was delivered $1M under budget and three months ahead of schedule.
Reeves Young served as Construction Manager at Risk for the new construction of this 72,000 SF four-story county judicial facility. The new building consolidated the county judicial functions including the Juvenile Court, Probate Court, and Superior Court. The new facility also included the solicitor’s office, a sally port, holding cells, clerk of court’s office, judge’s chambers, jury assembly room, district attorney’s office, conference rooms, prosecutor’s office, and administrative offices.
Reeves Young provided full preconstruction and construction services for this 28,000 SF, two-story, municipal building to house public meeting rooms, space for city departments including Planning and Inspections, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Code Enforcement, Conyers Security Alert, Public Relations and Tourism, Technology, City Clerk’s Office, Mayor’s Office, and the City Manager’s Office. The project includes an underground parking garage.
This new state-of-the art animal shelter with an emphasis on adoption services featured an active adoption center with viewing areas, 336 kennels with protective housing, surgery wing, outdoor exercise area, operations areas for maintaining and feeding animals, private office spaces, two parking lots, sidewalks and street paving. The project required State of Georgia specified air quality controls for temperature, humidity, and air exchanges as well as coordination with the FAA to minimize disruptions to nearby Peachtree-Dekalb aiport. Services also included erosion and sediment control, grading, bioretention area, and stormwater pond.
The Beacon Municipal Court Complex is an adaptive re-use and new construction of a historic threebuilding city municipal complex. The project, totaling 84,377 SF, included a police and municipal court facility with courtroom, holding cells and 911 communications, an active living building with classrooms, a gymnasium, and a City of Decatur Schools Administration Building. The LEED Silver project also included the construction of a plaza to connect the three buildings. Three additional project scopes were added mid-project: re-routing a major artery of the city’s active storm sewer, building a two and one-half acre water retention vault below a soccer field to manage site flooding, and expanding and renovating an adjoining community pool.
Reeves Young performed as Construction Manager at Risk for this new Public Works campus. The campus houses the city’s Public Works departments including Gas, Electric, Damage Prevention, Fleet Garage, and Streets & Sanitation. The new campus, located on 24.5 acres of city-owned property, included administrative office space, enclosed vehicle bays, parts storage and shop areas, covered vehicle parking, equipment and large parts storage areas, and equipment/material laydown areas.
This project consisted of demolishing an existing, abandoned movie theatre to create a campus to operate and support the entire Augusta Transit System. This included deep foundation construction to remediate the unsuitable soils at the site. The Maintenance Facility included four bays with lifts in each bay, Battery Room, Tire Shop, Parts Storage and Lube Rooms. Adjacent to the facility is a Separate Bus Wash Facility and two separate fueling stations with a dedicated fueling tank. In the main building there is an Operational wing that includes Class A Offices, Meeting Rooms, full locker room for the staff, dispatch and breakroom. The entire facility is backed up with an onsite generator as a potential FEMA checkpoint in a state of emergency.
This 1,500 space, pre-cast, multi-level parking garage connects to the existing building by a new pedestrian bridges and elevated plaza. Located in close proximity to the existing Gwinnett County Courthouse, all pedestrian access had to remain open and maintained throughout construction.
This project provided 576 additional spaces to the comprehensive parking structure that services the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena and surrounding areas adjacent to the Red Deck, Silver Deck and Home Depot Backyard in the heart of Atlanta.

This new construction of a 109-acre park on a greenfield site included four multiactivity artificial turf fields (soccer/football/lacrosse), a playground, two one-story concession/ restroom buildings, a one-story maintenance building, and all associated site work.
Reeves Young served as Construction Manager at Risk on this project. Services included preconstruction, design support, and construction services for park additions.
Components included a Great Lawn, Overlook Plaza, performance stage, pavilion, picnic/ parking area, two multiuse fields, a two-mile trail, open play field, restroom, parking, and new vehicular entrance at Barclay Drive.
This 55,000 SF public safety complex includes fire and police administration offices, evidence storage, booking, police dispatch, fitness center, locker room, and vehicle bay. The public safety complex also includes Cartersville Fire Station No. 4 with three drive-through bays, day room, and sleeping quarters for 15. The building was designed to provide a back-up location for the emergency operations center with a training room, watch room, and redundant power supply. The new facility was constructed to be LEED Certified, utilizing sustainable site design, water and energy efficiency, and by recycling over 95% of the construction waste.
Reeves Young served as Construction Manager at Risk for the new construction of their two-story public safety building which houses the Chamblee Police Department including K-9 units, Municipal Court operations, a publicly accessible community room, K-9 holding kennels, sally port, intake and holding areas, specimen collection labs, and office suites. The site also features a 17acre public park with a dog recreation area.
This project for the DeKalb County Public Safety Department involved the interior renovation of two fivestory buildings totaling 250,000 SF. Both buildings were completely renovated including finishes, mechanical systems, and structural elements to accommodate the new headquarters for the county police and fire departments as well as the county 911 Center — the third largest in the country behind Los Angeles and Miami. The police headquarters houses the DeKalb Police precinct, holding cells, crime scene investigation unit, investigator offices, chief of police office, conference rooms, and training rooms. The sophisticated 20,000 SF 911 Center includes 42 call stations, three supervisor stations, an emergency management agency room, IT storage and repair, server room, and a training area. All areas were built utilizing the latest in communications and technology.
Located on 26 acres in Greenville, SC, this 6,00 SF maintenance operations and administration facility serve Greenville Transit Authority’s Greenlink Bus System. The 40,000 SF bus maintenance area features a fleet service area with two fueling and fluid management lanes, fare collection, eight service bays, and a fully automated bus wash. The facility also houses parts, tires, and tool storage, along with locker rooms, showers, training space, and laundry services. A second 18,000 SF administration building accommodates employee offices, Transit Authority Board and Community Room, driver-ready lounge, dispatch, and conference space. The site also includes infrastructure for diesel, electric, and future compressed natural gas buses. There is also parking for approximately 200 employees and 88 bus parking spaces to accommodate future fleet growth. Site improvements were also included in order to create a green space/park environment with a walking trail and community pavilion.
Reeves Young holds a contract as Construction Manager at Risk for MARTA’s Station Rehabilitation Program, a five-year contract involving numerous upgrades at all MARTA stations in Atlanta. As part of this program, Reeves Young is managing civil improvements at North Avenue Station, replacement of the pedestrian bridges at East Lake Station, renovation of MARTA’s 3-story Arts Center Station, and parking lot replacements at Kensington, Inman Park, and East Lake Stations. Reeves Young has previously served as the General Contractor to successfully complete the East Lake Station Pedestrian Bridge Replacement project.

Reeves Young was chosen by Live Nation and JLL to complete construction services for the Chastain Park Amphitheater Facility and related site work. This project included the renovation of the East Plaza at Chastain Amphitheater, including a new plaza with landscaping, a VIP deck, and three new structures. The existing concessions and public restrooms were replaced by a two-story concessions/ commissary building, public women’s restroom, and public men’s restroom. Additionally, two new exterior elevators that provided ADA access from Alex Cooley Parkway to the plaza and ADA access from the VIP deck to the seating below were also installed.
Reeves Young completed preconstruction and construction services for the new 58,245 SF, two-story structural steel/ masonry Roxy Theater entertainment venue. Services also included the interior buildout of the space for Live Nation Entertainment featuring a full stage, auditorium seating, concessions area, and hospitality areas with seating and waiting areas.
Reeves Young performed as Construction Manger for the renovation and transformation of a 1950’s residential condominium building into a sleek, modern hotel for Kimpton Hotels. Located in Atlanta’s lively Buckhead area, the 8-story hotel features 216 rooms, a rooftop lounge, outdoor beer garden, ground level bar, and a resort style pool. Special attention to safety, noise minimization and coordinated construction traffic logistics were paid to the site due to the numerous residences and businesses that surrounded the property.
Reeves Young served as the Program Manager and General Contractor for this 11-story, 325 room hotel. Located next to the Houston Galleria in Uptown Houston, the Hyatt Regency Houston/ Galleria is steps from the city’s most fashionable shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel features 20 suites, 15,000 SF of meeting space, restaurants, and fitness center that overlooks the pool. Reeves Young also self-performed the excavation and utility installation work for the Hyatt Regency and its neighbor hotel, the Hyatt Place.
Reeves Young was selected as Construction Manager for this six-story hotel featuring 133 rooms, 940-square-feet of flexible meeting space, an onsite restaurant and a 1190-squarefoot athletic studio. The hotel also incorporated the brand’s in-room fitness elements and a balance of health-conscious food and beverage options to help guests maintain their wellness lifestyle while traveling away from home.
Located within sight of the White House, this adaptive reuse, renovation project converted a mid-1960s 91,000 SF 11-story office building into a 164-room hotel. Demolished down to the concrete frame, renovations included adding new elevator shafts and stairwells, installing a steel penthouse structure, and replacing the front façade with curtain wall. Updated hotel amenities include a penthouse bar and terrace, three levels of parking, a business center, and a fitness center.
Reeves Young constructed this 182,000 SF 175-room Hyatt Place hotel located in the heart of Atlanta. This 11-story, post-tension high-rise included an elevated pool, a fitness center, a lobby bar/foodservice space, 2,500 SF of meeting space, retail, and 93 parking spaces. Reeves Young provided Program Management, Construction Management, and Heavy Civil services on this project. This project was constructed on two of the busiest streets in Atlanta, Luckie Street and Marietta Street. The Hotel is front-facing Luckie Street, while the 2-story retail space front Marietta Street. The Reeves Young team utilized SWS panelized EIFS skin in order to save the owner and client five weeks on the projected schedule.
Reeves Young served as the Program Manager and General Contractor for this 15-story, 200 room Hyatt House hotel and parking garage in Nashville’s Midtown district just steps from Vanderbilt University and Nashville’s medical corridor. The hotel replaced the vacant 29,980 SF 21st Plaza office building. Designed to embrace the sound of “Music City” Reeves Young utilized SWS panelized EIFS systems to provide seven shades of white and gray in an “equalizer” fashion of color change. Our team self-performed all foundation and concrete structure, building skin, roof, and building envelope work.
Reeves Young was chosen as the Construction Manager for this 15-story, 141,000 SF, upscale boutique hotel. Its design embodies Buckhead’s unique legacy and was inspired by Georgia’s ancient pottery heritage. It features 218 guestrooms, including seven suites, two dining concepts, and more than 3,700 square feet of meeting and event spaces. Located on the 15th floor, the hotel’s rooftop lounge is called Spaceman and features inventive cocktails and great views of the Buckhead skyline.
Reeves Young was selected as the Construction Manager for this new, 20-story hotel and 5-story conference center located directly on Beale Street just steps from the Mississippi River. The 384,000 SF project includes 44,000 SF of meeting and conference space. The hotel features 363 guestrooms, a rooftop pool, a fine dining restaurant, three meal restaurant, and spa facility.
This 50,000 SF Class A two-story office building with high-end finishes and advanced IT package speaks to the changing trends in office buildings. The building includes activitybased workspaces which offer employees the freedom and flexibility to choose between different workspaces, including private offices, collaboration spaces, hoteling spaces, conference rooms, and casual gathering spaces featuring ping pong, shuffleboard, a lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. The development also features a helicopter pad and hangar.
Located in the loft office building in the entertainment block adjacent to the exposed structure of Truist Park (formerly SunTrust Park), this specialty project for the Atlanta Braves Management Team consisted of a 2,927 SF interior office build-out. The office was tailored to accommodate 6 offices total, including a custom CEO office, conference room, and kitchenette. The project also included an architectural feature wall.
Reeves Young provided preconstruction and construction services for this mixed-use project in a live-work-play community adjacent to the Atlanta Braves Truist Park. Work completed included the 58,245 SF two-story structural steel and masonry Roxy Theatre, a 97,000 SF four-story concrete tilt-up core and shell office building including interior buildout, and a six-level 380-car precast parking deck.
Accommodating Truist Park patrons as well as the surrounding businesses, this 6-story, 140,000 SF parking deck provides 393 parking spaces. In addition to the parking deck, Reeves Young provided construction services for the mixed-use development’s office building and performance theater in the same area.
This 465,000 SF independent living, assisted living, and memory care facility was inspired by gothic French architecture. Featuring 6 buildings, the project included 212 luxury apartment units over a shared 2-level underground parking garage. The property’s extensive amenities include a flower shop, salon, bistro, dining hall, elevated patio, two courtyards, outdoor swimming pool, theater, library, fitness center, and massage studio. The commercial-grade kitchen also includes a high-end appliance package including Subzero, Wolff, and Bosch appliances throughout.
Reeves Young was selected as the builder for this garden-style apartment development located in Buford, Georgia near the Mall of Georgia’s busy retail and entertainment district. The 360-unit development includes nine three-story, 4|3 split apartment buildings, five two-story carriage houses, twentyfour private garages, and in an independent clubhouse with amenities, landscape, hardscape, and pool.
Reeves Young was chosen to build this 243,000 square foot mixed use project featuring 210 units over two stories of parking. The project will feature one-bedroom through three-bedroom spaces, as well as roughly 2,000 square feet of coworking space and about 3,700 square feet of retail and food and beverage space. The project will 362 parking spaces and 52 bicycle spaces.
This 545,000 SF, wood-framed multifamily residential project consists 3 story garden apartments, 4/3 garden splits and 3 story town homes for a total of 395 units. Exterior design features include brick, stone, and painted siding with picketed balcony rails. Interior design finishes include LVP flooring, stainless steel appliances, painted ceilings and walls, painted wood cabinets, and quartz counter tops.
Reeves Young served as the contractor for this 95,000 SF four-story project containing 63 units of I-1c Institutional Occupancy. The building is constructed of a load-bearing steel frame with metal stud infill. Exterior walls are primarily brick veneers with EIFS accents. Interior walls and floor construction are rated gypsum board assemblies. The building also contains the necessary mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
This 208,293 SF three-story community provides 162 apartments for residents — 90 luxury independent living, 48 traditional assisted living, and 24 for those needing memory care. Exterior amenities feature paved walking paths through the gardens, courtyards with covered patio areas, a pickleball court, and a zeroentry pool with a poolside bar. The project also includes a bistro, piano lounge, state-of-the-art demo kitchen, full-service salon, pub, library, restaurant-style dining rooms, outdoor dining areas, and a fully-equipped wellness center.
Reeves Young constructed this 157,401 SF 117-unit senior living facility on 7 acres in Alpharetta, Georgia. The building, which included three-, four-, and five-story sections, required the use of post-tension concrete, residential MEPS systems, installation of three elevators, Class B finishes for fire protection, and the use of a tower crane.
Reeves Young was selected to build this private Christian school for students Pre-K through 12th grade. Construction involved four, single-story buildings with masonry exterior with metal roofing and enclosed connectors between each building that total 117,000 SF on a 100-acre greenfield site. Project features included a gymnasium with stage, band room, art studio, science lab, choir room, 58 total classrooms equipped with smart boards, two chapels, administrative offices, cafeteria, media center, computer lab, and technology room with laboratory.
Reeves Young completed the construction of this 53,000 SF worship facility that includes a 1,200-seat sanctuary accented with traditional arched windows, stained glass, oak wood stained pews and paneling, 10 iron and glass chandeliers, exposed wood beams, and tile floors. The church also includes conference rooms, gathering spaces, education spaces, and a large fellowship hall. The exterior is composed of masonry with detailed accents, arched windows and doorways, and an ornamental metal steeple.
Reeves Young built this 157,000 SF worship facility on a 154acre site. The modern exterior is masonry with EIFS accents with a four-story tower that features a 25-foot diameter round ornamental metal structure atop. Spanning the front of the building are 10 curtain wall window units that bring the outdoors into the two-story lobby. The lobby features porcelain tile floors, a lounge area, and a second-floor balcony with glass railing to continue the flow of natural light. The facility accommodates a 3,500-seat concert hall-style sanctuary with a stage area, large projection screens, theater-style lighting, and state-ofthe-art audio-visual production capabilities. The children’s ministry area consists of a 400-seat children’s worship theater with 24 classrooms, an indoor playground, pre-school chapel, and large activity room. The lower level includes an orchestra rehearsal room, sound studio, video editing room, video studio, choir rehearsal room, several storage rooms, and offices.
Reeves Young was selected to build this new 41,305 SF sanctuary with seating for 1,400 including floor seating for 825, balcony seating for 175, and a choir section with seating for 400. Audio/Visual and sound capabilities were built in to the space while incorporating the exposed beams. The project also included an education and administration wing with administrative offices and a large, two-story foyer, full service kitchen, and 350 seat dining room.
Reeves Young completed the new construction of this 1,200 seat sanctuary with lighting and sound systems, choir area and balcony. The stained glass windows and steeple are from the original historic church and were carefully removed and placed into the new building to preserve the church’s long history. The project also includes a full service kitchen and 750 seat dining area.

This design-build project included demolition of an existing facility, sitework and construction of a new facility. This site was utilized as a dump site over the years, and a significant amount of remediation was required. This project included an ESFR System with 36’ clear height, 76 dock doors, and a cross dock facility with two office locations. A water tank and fire pump were required at the site due to water supply limitations. The project also utilized a TPO roofing system.
This design assist and full MEP design-build project consists of two Class A, tilt wall construction warehouses on the same site, totaling 642,000 SF. Building 100 is a 36’ clear height cross dock facility with 7” thick conventional slab design. Building 200 is a 32’ clear height front load facility with a 6” conventional slab design.
The site features 180’ truck courts and a large auto parking area requiring extensive site work, utility work, and several large retaining walls. The site location also required a Department of Transportation scope of work to expand and add deceleration lanes to the adjacent state route. LEED design and construction requirements were followed to achieve LEED certification for both buildings.
This design-build project features 250,545 of SF tilt-wall construction for a warehouse facility with 32’ clear height and 6” thick conventional slab design. The building also features 49 overhead dock doors including 2 drive-in doors with concrete ramps, a TPO roofing system, and 3 storefront entrances. The 21.5 acre site consists of a variable width truck court with a designated trailer lot allowing for 116 total trailer parking spots.
This distribution center project sits on a 60-acre site with a disturbed area of 39.5 acres. Construction consists of three tiltwall buildings totaling 461,522 SF and an additional building pad for a future building. Building 1 consists of 160,746 square feet and Buildings 2 & 3 will be 150,388 SF each.
This design-build project features a 69,000 SF tilt wall construction warehouse facility. The building is a 32’ clear height facility with a 6” thick conventional slab design. The 6-acre site consists of a 135’ truck court and multiple parking areas. The project also includes an underground detention system with a 109,000 CF capacity to help with stormwater runoff on this compact site.
This Design Build project consists of a new 273,000 SF industrial spec facility that will meet LEED requirements on a 23-acre site. As an early partner in the design process, Reeves Young was able to help navigate the rerouting of existing runoff from the adjacent interstate storm system, as well as reroute utilities to avoid wetland impacts and rock exposure.
This project consists of a single 205,200 SF Industrial Facility on a 17 acre site within the Promenade Industrial Park. The original design had the site exporting 40,000 CY of material, however with 230,000 CY of cut fill, Reeves Young was able to adjust the grades and get the site to balance. The 36’ clear height structure will utilize thin brick exterior to match the adjacent properties architectural finishes. The design allows for single or multi-tenant usage in the future.
This design-build project is a single 210,552 SF building on a 22-acre site. It features sectional overhead dock doors, and two drive-in doors with concrete ramps. There is over 600’ of heavy duty paving at the truck court, a TPO roofing system, and 4 storefront entrances featured in this facility, protected by an ESPR sprinkler system.
