EARLY COLLEGE PROGRAM ONLINE SUMMER INSTITUTE
(AGES 15–18)

At the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), we believe that meaning and making are inseparable. That means you begin with an idea and choose the media that best helps you realize your vision. Students are free to combine materials and disciplines or focus on a single medium. Join us this summer for our Early College Program Summer Institute (ECPSI) and our Early College Program Online Summer Institute (ECPOSI) and take your work to the next level. To participate, students must have completed their sophomore year of high school and be at least 15 years of age.
An intensive residential program offering one-, two-, and four-week sessions, ECPSI enables students to develop and better understand their artistic practice all while being immersed in the inspirational surroundings of Chicago.
An intensive online program offering three-week sessions, ECPOSI affords students from anywhere in the world the ability to interact with and learn from our acclaimed instructors. This program utilizes the platform Zoom.
Highlights of these programs include:
• Earn college credit that may transfer to any college you attend
•Collaborate with students from across the U.S. and around the world
•Prepare a competitive portfolio for college applications
•Work with our faculty of practicing artists, designers, and scholars Merit Scholarships and Need-Based Financial Aid are available. The deadline to apply for them is March 1.
