CLASS SCHEDULE
MONDAY:
Open pool available for individual use when classes are not in session. Please be courteous of other exercisers using the pool during this time. The pool may also be used for private instruction during open times.

CLASS DESCRIPTION (These classes are moderate unless stated specifically)
Aqua Boot Camp: Utilizing intervals of higher intensity exercises with cardiovascular endurance segments, this water workout is designed for the fit individual. Basic Aquatics (Gentle): Enjoy gentle,
Aqua Fusion: A variety of choreography is used in this one-hour class of aerobic conditioning and resistance training.
Aqua Motion: This class targets cardio fitness, strength, endurance and flexibility in a stressfree, low-impact environment. This class is appropriate for older adults. Learn2Swim: Group swim lessons for children
Aqua Pump: Ideal for anyone looking for a great water workout, this class combines interval Aqua Zone-ba: A water workout combining dance and fitness movements with Latin music flair.

Aquatic exercise is the only true total body workout. The natural resistive forces of the water effect movement in every direction. The harder one pushes the water, the harder it pushes back. The natural buoyant effects of the water can also offer support to help with balance and allow you to move with greater mobility. So, no matter the level of fitness, you will get the workout you are looking for.

• Warm water is maintained at around 87 to 89 degrees. • Pool is available for free swim any time there is not a class posted. • Aquatic orientations are available.
