Project Lead the Way Biomedical Science Pathway Program
By immersing students in activities like practicing suturing and constructing body structures from clay, PLTW Biomedical Science empowers students to build knowledge and skills in biomedical science, as well as in-demand, transportable skills like problem solving, critical and creative thinking, communication, and collaboration.
Student Life
Student life at Salesian reflects the diverse nature of our student population, enabling students to follow their passion in different areas of interest.
Approximately 82% of our students participate in co-curricular activities including more than 40 clubs, a jazz band, and a comprehensive visual and performing arts program. Many students are also involved in Student Leadership and Ministry (SLAM), a unique program combining leadership training and community service involvement.

Salesian College Preparatory has a well-deserved reputation as the “Home of Champions.” Since 2000, the Salesian Athletic Program has earned 6 California State Titles, 7 NorCal Championships, 30 North Coast
Section Team Championships, 9 North Coast Section Individual Championships, and 80 League Championships. The Salesian Pride field 15 teams across 13 sports with 25 competition levels (Varsity, Junior Varsity and Freshman) across 3 seasons (Fall, Winter, Spring).
Salesian College Preparatory has been honored as a Nike Elite program for its boys and girls basketball programs, a unique designation specifically for sponsored high schools.

Salesian students recognize that the faith we profess must be lived through our actions. Each year, every Salesian student completes the following:
• Participation in Service Day and completion of the self-assessment/reflection form
• A service donation event (i.e., Project Santa)
• A service project of the student's own choice on or off-campus. This includes completion of a self-assessment/reflection form and a project supervisor’s confirmation of the project completion.
